Very cool brewery just down the street from the Twins stadium, they have several styles of beers on tap. I tried 3 IPAs, and enjoyed them all. The inside has a nice decor, and plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, so ideal for meeting up before or after Twins games. The staff was very friendly, and it's convenient to get to, right off the blue line train. They don't have a food menu, but I'm sure you can bring some in. If I'm ever back in town, I'd be down to come back. read more

Was here earlier this week for a Happy Hour with coworkers whom I have never met in person :). Very very spacious place with indoor and outdoor seating. I had the IPA and something else but both very good. I think they only have popcorn for food but there is a very good taco place a few blocks away. In speaking to the bartender I learnt that they have been around for 5 years now . Definitely worth checking out if you around Downtown and need a quick drink to drive these hot summer days ( no complaints :) read more

Pints and pups and plays, oh my! This place knows what they're doing - yes they are a brewery but more than that they are a destination. Their beer is good and they have a nice variety of interesting taps but what keeps me coming back here isn't the beer, it's everything else. +They allow dogs inside. This is a big win in Minnesota where it's too effing cold to sit outside 50% of the year. Not only do they allow dogs inside, they host dog events! They have Paint-your-Pup events, dog meet-ups, and more. +They do Trivia every Monday and have loads of games to play whenever. Lots of breweries aren't open Mondays but they are! +Their space is enormous and most their tables are huge picnic-style tables that allow large groups to sit together. There are so many breweries popping up in the Twin Cities and only a few are memorable, Inbound is one of them. The space is cool. It's huge and open, garage style window/doors that roll up all around the building, long community tables, and a live band. Overall, a fun atmosphere. Varied beer menu, everyone should be able to find something they like. Since I wasn't driving I went for the higher alcohol content beers of course. I didn't exactly find one beer I fell in love with, but I enjoyed each beer I tried. I saw a food truck out front, although it was shut down around 930pm on a Friday. Eat first if you're arriving late, or order pizza...wait, can you do that? Only thing lacking was a bit of diversity. Great brewery in North Loop. Stop by before or after a Twins game for good tasting beer that's not severely over priced! Follow their instragram to see what new beers are coming. They have a beautiful venue that you can rent out for special events. The beer list is ever changing but my favorite is the Apricot Fuzz. It is my go to beer - super refreshing and fun summer beer but honestly, I order it all year round because I'm always in the mood for it when I am in North Loop. Parking is hit or miss since its North Loop. Plan ahead for parking or just take an Uber! read more

Very cool brewery in my neighborhood! I love the music and chill vibe. I'm not very big on beer so I love the craft soda. The bartender informed me that they make them in house. My favorite is the grapefruit soda. It's tart, but sweet. It reminds me of my favorite Caribbean soft drink, "Ting." There is always a food truck parked right out front. I love how they rotate them so there is new food to try. There was gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches while we where there. They are also very dog friendly. We took our pup with us and he had a great time too. This will surely be one of our summer hang out spots. read more

My favorite thing about inbound, second to their beer, is that they are open on Monday. Not sure why so many places are closed Mondays, but I'm never let down by Inbound! They have an impressive high top bar that is easy to see everything from. I'm a shorty so it's a plus to be able to see across the room with it needing to stand on a chair. My husband I visited the Twin Cities for the first time last month, and we decided to check out the local beer talent as long as we were in the area. We found Inbound BrewCo on Yelp and dropped in on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It was a great way to spend an hour before leaving town. The space was cool, a big blocky black box of a building that was almost unmistakably a craft brewery in the new hip industrialish vein. It was reasonably busy at 4PM on a Sunday, but there was plenty of room for us to sit at the bar with our luggage. I was even able to charge my phone while we drank. There was a food truck parked right outside for the hungry, and some people were playing a game of giant Jenga. A fun, relaxing scene. Service was excellent. Our bartender was friendly, and he pointed us toward his favorite beers on the Inbound list. I guess this place doesn't do pre-set flights, but you can build your own by buying tasters of whatever beers you please. We shared tasters of the Session IPA, the Apricot Pale Ale, the Comet Pale Ale, and the Hibiscus Saison, then pints of the Imperial Saison and the Comet. Tasters were $3 each for 4 oz. pours, and pints were $4 apiece thanks to happy hour (usually $6, which is still reasonable for this sort of beer). Every single beer was on point, but I was particularly into the hoppy Comet and the rich, boozy Imperial. The Apricot is apparently a signature, and I see why it's so popular--light and fruity but full of lovely flavor. We had a fantastic time at Inbound and would've loved to stay longer if we didn't have a 5:00 dinner reservation and a 7:50 flight. I'm glad we squeezed in this stop. If you want to go for a relaxing drink after a hard day or a place to have a large party, Inbound BrewCo has you covered. An awesome open area with plenty of natural light and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Definitely a place to visit if you don't like being squished in large crowds. On to the beers, for starters the Conifer Crush was excellent. If you are in to IPAs this one will not disappoint. Their Raspberry Kölsch is light slight sweet with a nice aroma of raspberry. Perfect patio weather beer. The Cream Ale has mainly been my go to beer if I'm indecisive. I really think Inbound has got theirs down. It's like, refreshing and a little crispness to it. By far one of my favorite breweries around the Twin Cities. The beer is good and you'll always find yourself having a good time. I had a delicious Peanut Butter Milk Stout and I am in love with it!! You can really smell the aroma and taste the peanut butter. The bartenders were fast and efficient with orders and there's always a food truck outside if you're hungry! I highly doubt you'll ever rarely be disappointed when coming here because I never am. read more

It was a raining Minneapolis day and my friends and I wanted to grab a beer and catch up. There was only one problem, we had our dogs and we couldn't sit outside because it was raining. My friend mentioned Inbound. I researched it and was THRILLED when I found out they allow dogs not only outside, but inside and they were open on Mondays! We stopped in for a couple of beers. The inside is industrial with the nice wood accents. The bartenders were super nice and helpful. As for beer, I only got the Apricot IPA. It was smooth and not too bitter for an IPA. Here for an event (fundraising benefit) and have to admit it was a great experience. The brewery was packed but the servers kept on the taps, filling pints! I enjoyed the blueberry vanilla hibiscus kombucha ($4/pint), with very little vinegar aftertaste. My beer loving partner loved the PB Milk Stout, followed by a Mocha Stout (both $6/pint). Visiting from out of town you quickly discover that most breweries don't open up on Monday until 3PM or 4PM. That how I discovered Inbound. After a short drive across Minneapolis and struggled to find a parking spot. That's apparently an issue everywhere downtown. I finally found one a couple blocks away and then I was ready to start drinking. The brewery is pretty big with plenty of seating to accommodate on the busier days. Coming here during the middle of a Monday, I of course sat at the bar where the bartender was quick to greet me and take my order after a couple minutes to checkout the tap list. I got a flight or 4 but you can get as many as you want. The beers I tried were on par with the Minnesota beer scene but I didn't have one that stood out. They are dog friendly and even give you a few helpful tips for pooch etiquette, so feel free to bring your puppy! They have a happy hour on Sunday through Thursday 4p-6p & 10p-12a. My favorite taproom in Twin Cities! Visit at 1-2 per month. Need to remember to check-in! Love the Apricot Pale Ale. It is the stand-out for me. Typically get a growler of this every month. One of the most interesting brews I've had here is the Oyster Stout- a collaboration brew with Bad Weather Brewing Co, BSG Craft, and the Fish Guys. Other brews I've enjoyed are the Citrus Wheat, Mango American IPA, El Dorado IPA, and Lemongrass Saison. They have scheduled food trucks, music, Monday trivia nights & rotating Thirsty Thursday pitchers. Staff are all super friendly, space is open, & bathroom always clean. These tap rooms are nearly impossible to review - but I'll try. This was the 3rd or 4th stop on a tap room tour night out, so at this point I was pretty beered out and full. I was going to get something small, however there really wasn't anything in the current offerings that I was too interested in. They did have a beer (or 2?) that had undertones of BANANA! (I loooooove banana flavor). I sampled a bit though and it was much too bitter for me (not the banana, but the beer). I was sad it wasn't something that would have pleased my pallet better, because...BANANA! The space seems nice, it was a BITTERLY cold night and all the glass didn't help it feel any warmer, but I bet it's great in the summer. The benches were GREAT (some places have cheap bendy benches (LOOKING AT YOU FULTON) so it's nice to have something solid to sit on. (Hey, this is what you get from a review when you don't drink any beer!) There was a band which I wasn't super thrilled about as it makes talking difficult, but amazingly in the space it wasn't too overbearing and ended up being fine. The beer is good. It's close to target field. Bigger space than Fulton. Modist is also just down the street so you could definitely mini-brewery crawl. It's open and spacious. Awesomely high warehouse ceilings. Basically surrounded by windows in the seating area. Super nice staff. Communal tables and good bar searing. An upstairs...modern and up-to-date space. If you are heading to a Twin's game or any event at Target Field this summer, make sure you plan ahead and give yourself time to stop by this place. From the name, to the design inside, all the way through to the all important BEER, this place got it right. They have a big wrap around bar and really cool long picnic style seating inside with a "loft" area, a stage and a patio, they are equipped to handle the crowds for events that are happening in the area no problem. If it is the after work happy hour on a non-event night, you'll still feel comfortable belly up at the bar! We went on opening weekend and I was VERY impressed with the selection of beer they had already. Typically these places only have a couple of beers ready, but they need to get open to get cash flowing, not Inbound, they were ready to go. I had a taste of the Imperial Saison which was really good, if you like that s type of beer. For me, just a taste is all I need of that. For my real order I went with the Wild Rice Baltic Porter and was quite happy with the choice. A very well made beer with high ABV, but doesn't taste boozy at all! I haven't done it yet, but when I finally get to some Twins games, this is the place I'll head to after the game. Their decor and branding is probably one of the best I've seen in the breweries around the cities. There's a very clean, crisp, yet warm feel to this place. They also generally have about 16 different beers on tap...That's definitely a much larger selection than other local breweries. I love their space with the long communal tables. There is something wonderful about communal tables. Brining together strangers sometimes. And other times people sitting there and ignoring others but at least the opportunity exists. The outdoor space is great because it is off of a busy street so there isn't any traffic. I easily found a parking spot-score! The last time I was here I tried a lot of different beers. Tonight I went with the imperial season and that was the best decision ever. I love going to breweries. I travel frequently for work, so I try to seek out different ones to go to whenever I am. This was my first time in Minneapolis, and therefore, my first time at Inbound BrewCo. I LOVED the beers. Particular, the chocolate peanut butter beer....wow. If you enjoy dark beers, this is a must-get. The bartenders were friendly and fast. There are tvs and the football game was on. The ambiance with the string lighting and picnic tables is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I came on a Sunday night, and it was almost empty, but I bet it's packed on Fridays and Saturdays. They usually have a food truck there for food, or you can order any food that you want to be delivered to the brewery. I definitely recommend! read more

Full disclosure: we held our wedding rehearsal dinner here, but Inbound is a sweet space pouring creative, and most importantly tasty, brews. I've been to Inbound many times over the years since they opened, and I'm always satisfied with the service, the variety of beers on tap, and the fact that even if it's busy it doesn't seem crowded. This led us to rent out the upper space for our rehearsal dinner last year. Everything was super smooth with them, from answering questions to booking to the amazing care they took the night of the dinner, I was just really impressed. We kept it casual and just had pizza ordered in, and they did everything they did to keep us cool on an unexpectedly scorching early June evening. Overall I think it's just a gem, from location to beer quality to service, I'm an Inbound groupie for life! read more

It was fine, nothing outstanding. We were with a group of 4 and we all have different beer preferences but all agreed the gose was the best.

We ended up here a couple times during our weekend trip and for good reason - the space is open and welcoming for visitors and the weather allowed for the facility to have open their large side windows for airflow and to enjoy some beautiful Minneapolis weather. Dog friendly and lots of different styles of seating available from high-tops to low (and very heavy) stools around perimeter tables. It was very busy on our first visit and not at all on our second visit but the wait time was very brief both visits. Father's Day tradition: superhero movie dad wants to see, followed by a brewery (or two), and then dinner. (And then maybe another brewery.) This year Inbound was the first brewery of the day. I had heard great things, and the place lived up to the hype. Beer was very good - I had both the IPAs on offer as well as the peanut butter stout - and it's a great space. Only small drawback was the service, which was efficient but had a touch of, "we don't like people". Loveee this place! Two of the walls are all windows, so plenty of natural light is allowed in and it feels spacious. There is plenty of seating including benches, high tops, and bar stools. Every server I've had has been extremely kind and attentive. The food trucks outside are convenient and delicious- I've tried Sandy's and B52- check out Inbound's website for their food truck calendar! And my favorite part...DOGS! I love that I can bring my dog inside. They'll provide a water dish if you ask for one. I've seen (and pet) dogs of all sizes from little pugs to a huge Saint Bernard with drool dripping to the ground. My favorite beer is the apricot pale ale- it's very light, refreshing, and easy to drink. The prices are also reasonable at $6 a pint. The smell of bodies and beer can be overwhelming when you first walk in, but it quickly dissipates. read more
