A loud voice kept repeating that message. I could not turn the computer off or silence the voice. A phone number appeared saying I needed to call it for help. Instead, I called FireLogic. I was quickly put through to a technical dispatcher who listened to my problem and connected me to a technician named Danny. Danny was familiar with the particular virus, he told me where it came from and said he knew how to deal with it. He was calm and knowledgeable and walked me through what to do. Within about ten minutes the laptop system was restored. Danny made sure my anti-viral system was still intact. He suggested that even though everything looked fine I should put the laptop through a complete viral check. I did that after we hung up. Two hours later he called just to be sure the viral check had not revealed any problems. FireLogic is an excellent company. I recommend them highly.

I hopped…read moreon my boyfriend's 11 year-old uber-slow piece of junk with the goal of finding a local company to help me out, and fast. I got exactly that with Dave's Computer Services. Dave answered my emails and calls in a timely fashion, and worked with me to make an appointment to save my sanity. The whole job took a few hours, and in that time he restored everything back to its original settings, reloaded software I had purchased, and he actually got rid of junky programs I didn't need that were taking up extra hard drive space. He even reloaded a new virus scan program, brought back my preferred web browser, and configured my wireless so I no longer have to plug my laptop into an Ethernet cable. Dave was a very down-to-earth regular guy and was very easy to talk to. I would continue to call him instead of the hyped up franchise company I will not name. :) In fact, he told me he sells used computers as well, and I WILL be calling him to replace that 11 year-old POS inhabiting our home office. I went to Nestech Computers, Inc. because I had an issue with my PC. The owner, Raymond Vasciannie…read more(goes by Sean), recommended a new motherboard, as he said my current NZXT N7 Z490 was dead. I found a compatible, refurbished model online (Z590), which he installed, and returned my PC. Shortly after, Raymond reached out, asking for details on my old motherboard, claiming he had a similar client issue. This was unusual given that my motherboard model is rare. Later, I discovered a Facebook listing posted by Raymond, selling an NZXT N7 Z490 marked as "used"--posted shortly after our conversation. I later found out that the same listing was made on OfferUp. I grew suspicious, as the listing perfectly matched the markings on my old, dead board. When I asked him to return my old motherboard back, he agreed and immediately deleted the listing. He returned my motherboard but insisted that he'd sold another client's board, denying that the listing was of my board. Despite clear evidence, he stuck to this story and dismissed my concerns. This experience has raised serious concerns about Raymond's honesty and integrity in handling client property. I'd advise caution to anyone considering Nestech Computers, Inc., as I believe my trust in Raymond was severely misplaced.
