UPDATE A few months later, here's my new update not happy at all I came here for a tint job and it came out very average, bubbles and contaminates in the film, also when I got my truck back the passenger door didn't open anymore, and they told me "we don't open the door panels at all" which they definitely did because they told me to take it to Chevy to fix it lucky it was under warranty. Not only that they didn't put my driver side door panel back on right, it was not flush which I also had the dealer fix, Now, the "professional" installers who put my door back together didn't do it right because when I roll up and down my passenger window there is a clear scratch in the tint and it's getting worse, which I asked to get fixed and they wanted to charge me another hundred dollars just for the passenger window on a midsize truck On top of that I had inquired about a position that they had open there, they scheduled me out two weeks to come back for an interview, which I did and I did very well they even told me that I did get the job. They just need to work out their schedule first. After several weeks of not hearing back from them, I call the owner and he clarifies that I did get the job that it's just about the schedule. They need to fix first. He said two weeks for sure I should be a good to start working So I quit my other job to be ready for the new one, Come to find out two weeks ago by they never even give me a call or text no follow up whatsoever about the position, till this day, I haven't even got any word back from them Overall experience is a one out of 10 read more

I was greeted by another austin which i believe is the sales manager. He was very friendly and helped me choose which tint to go with for my windshield. Got the tint a few days ago. Both front and rear windows along with the windshield. Austin was helpful with picking the shades of the tint and had great information about the tints. Only downside is I have a few air bubbles on the center windshield film. It's very subtle and not as noticeable. It's just keen to my eyes. read more

Upon arrival, we were blown away at the impeccable job that had been performed. PPF was applied to the entire front hood, front fenders, most of the grille, and mirrors. The guys suggested adding on a "luggage piece" to the back bumper, which was a terrific idea. The film is practically invisible (in the best possible way). Awesome experience from the get go!! We had just purchased a new vehicle for my wife and knew we wanted to get it wrapped mostly for protection. We visited 4 different shops for quotes, there was a $5000 difference from the lowest and the highest prices.Threw out the high and low and ended up going with Tier 1. The first time we walked into their shop we were amazed at how many vehicles where there, most were very high end. Shop was awesome, clean and crews were working hard on numerous vehicles. Austin was a pleasure to work with and gave great advise. The owner, Tony, also came out and spoke with me and my wife and gave some other advise. Before they started, the main tech that would be working on our vehicle was introduced to us and he explained the process. After a week we were able to pick up the vehicle, it came out incredible and exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier and communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, start to finish.I didn't expect them to tell me it needs to come back in in two weeks for a final inspection and they would go over the entire vehicle to make sure everything adhered properly and a final cleaning. I do not recommend Tier 1 auto tinting, and here's why. I explained to them that I wanted the work to be done flawlessly, and that's why I paid a premium for their services. When we came to pick up the vehicle, they had not performed quality control to make sure everything was done correctly, and there were scrapes and bubbles on the window, that lasted beyond the two week settling period. I brought the car back two more times, because they had not done quality control again, even though I specifically asked him to please look over the vehicle before releasing it. The third time we came, the vehicle still had scrapes on at least one window, and we just gave up. We don't know why the employees do not look at the vehicle, prior to releasing it, but it was a big burden to have to bring it a fourth time, and we needed the vehicle. We could not leave it there any longer. They could not provide transportation, and did not offer to come to where I was at to remedy the situation. I will be looking for another company next time I need auto tinting. It's a shame, because I was looking forward to giving them more business. Past the front office: I had a ceramic coating done elsewhere and I was having some issues that I, and the application shop, did not understand and Tier 1 immediately identified the problem (improper application leaving some high areas). BEWARE: They will bully and assault you as a part of their agenda. They took 8 days on a simple front ppf job and delayed the completion time over and over again. In order to track any updates for my car, I had to reach out repeatedly and was always met with a "we are on schedule" just for it to be delayed again. Picking up the car was its own nightmare- no walk around of the car after completion or pictures (which was promised during and after the service). After I filed a dispute, they reached out multiple times and agreed the service did not meet expectations and that they would ensure that what happened to me would never happen to anyone else. Only for them to coerce me back promising they would make it up to me and to complete a follow up inspection, during this inspection I was bullied and assaulted. Abusive language was utilized and they got in my face multiple times and had me worried for my safety. I bought my Tesla in March and as the temperature started to rise, I started to notice the battery was going down much faster and the majority of that had to do with keeping the cabin a cooler temperature in the heat. Plus, having had previous skin cancer I was very concerned about the glass roof and the entire car being surrounded in glass practically. I found Tier 1, I saw their video on Facebook and reached out to them. Got a quote online and brought my car in. I met Austin who was the owner I was surprised because he was the same guy in the video. I figured it was an actor they hired. Well they did a great job.
