Terrible This place is a virtual Petri dish of unclean practices and questionable food. In my opinion i have gotten sick twice from their food. The staff is un- attentive and slow. And yet their prices are still high? This is the only place in the area with bowling and facilities for children's birthday parties. And I believe that is the only reason it manages to stay open. They have spent a fortune pumping high priced games/experiences into the place. But unfortunately after the thrill runs out interest quickly ends. If you're a tourist perhaps this place might hold a one time interest. But as a local I find incredible mos to be an embarrassing failure. went on 6/22/26. best experience ever. great lanes. great service. went back 6/25/26. lane one was really lagging when setting the pins so they switched us to lane two. lane two was really bad. it wasn't picking up the pins correctly and we told the workers but they did absolutely nothing to fix it or move us to another lane. Not an incredible experience. Only 4 or 5 tables filled in the dining room. I had to ask twice for someone to take our order. After 20 min the neighboring table flagged down their server hoping he could help us. I told him it was to late and we would were leaving without ordering He said, "ok" and walked away. This place is AMAZING for private events!! We booked Incredible Mo's for our welcome/rehearsal dinner for the weekend of our wedding, and it was truly incredible. Leading up to the event the staff was so helpful and responsive. It was simple for us to figure out a menu and the food was really tasty. The staff who were working the night of the event went above and beyond and created a totally unforgettable night for us with small details. They were so friendly with our guests, and everything was really well executed. I was even able to make a photo slideshow to display on the screens above the bowling lanes and it was a really fun addition to the night. We can't sing their praises enough! It was the worst experience I've ever had. Don't ever have a birthday party there. In fact don't even go there. You are rushed through it all then they closed early because of being so slow. I bought the full package but ended up not having enough time to use it all. At the end, the waiter informed me that some tape we left on the wall from our banner took paint off the wall and the manager was going to charge for " detailing" but was nice enough not to. Well, I went into that room and there was 8 places where tape had taken the paint off before and I WASNT THE ONE to rip it off the wall, THEY DID IT. So very rude. So, I spoke to the business owner the next day who was very responsive and understanding. Apparently there was a big miscommunication which amplified the situation. I thought I left a 10 percent tip of a $310 bill but it went to dollars instead of percentage and I left 0.10 cents. No wonder the waitress was unhappy so I'll take a bit of responsibility for missing that. This place is no good at all. Ok, there is bowling, but you can bowl at many places. The restaurant has very bad, dry pizza. Not one employee smiles or says hi. I went in one time and there was a female bartender with a lot of teeth missing. There was a special blueberry drink written on a chalkboard on special. I came here on a Sunday night with a big group and it was great. On "Sunday Funday" you can pay $15 per person for unlimited bowling, laser tag, arcade games, etc. I was with a group of 6 and we were able to snag two lanes side by side and bowl four games, so that alone was definitely worth the price. Extremely busy location. Just wanted to do the toddler play room which for the price I thought was a bit much. Could be a little more affordable. Then to have the prizes not behind the counter like at all arcades made it very difficult to try and explain to a 4 year old you can't have that. You have to have so many tickets. Incredible Mo's is our favorite bowling/arcade in Traverse City, and one of our favorites overall. The selling point is that they have the best food out of any bowling alley I've ever been to, in addition to nice facilities. Appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pizza- all great! I was shocked to see an earlier review saying their food was no good because I specifically go here for that. I was also told that they have the same owners as Pangea's downtown, who are known for great pizza! It's a nice, clean, updated bowling alley. They also have an arcade, laser tag, laser maze, escape rooms, and toddler play area. They have great weekly deals. Bowling is always fun and the kids and husband enjoyed a few games in the arcade as well. Our server Jess was awesome! Friendly and kept our drinks filled. I ate at Sauce for the first time and must say it was pretty good for a bowling alley/fun center. At least better than I expected. I got the "Cobb Pizza" and was pleasantly surprised to see it came with kalamata olives. I was a little disappointed because it seemed like the lettuce was a little wilted but it may have gotten wilted by the heat of the pizza. We also got the cookie pizza...wow! It was gooey and delicious! I would recommend this place for their food, but I really want to bring my family to check out all the activities they offer. read more

This was our way of entertaining 5 littles on a rainy day. We bowled and did arcade games. Clean facility and friendly staff. The bowling alleys were clean and well kept. Many of the arcade games seemed to not be working, and the one person behind the counter was too busy to ask for help...so we ended up burning a couple of extra dollars...We did not end up eating here, but the menu looked reasonable. The worst time I went with some of my friends and we had so many problems I spent 100$ on 5 pairs of socks and shoes and and hour of bowling. The lady at the register asked if we wanted socks and we said yes thinking that they were free, and she didn't tell us they were $3 until swiping the card. The first two lanes we got the balls got stuck in the ball retriever and the second lane we got the balls got stuck. The first lane we were waiting for 10 minutes. The second lane waiting for 20 and then we had to go get the help from the desk. They added time to our game but it did not matter we only had 3 rounds left. The mechanic told us that we messed up. He was very rude saying it might I add. Not a good place to bowl when I can go to lucky jacks and spend 50$ on shoes and an hour game. read more

Excellent healthy food, and fun time with the Boccie. We have been to other places like this but I have never had food like this. We (a group of 9 ) ordered some flatbreads, a pizza and a salad. Everything was great, and pretty reasonable considering what we would have paid in Traverse City. No just iceberg, real mixed greens. The pizza crust was also light and not greasy. We also played Boccie, and while it took a bit of time to learn, it's a pretty fun game. The staff was very friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed when we were there (it was really busy). I would definitely recommend this place for a nice evening out with the family. The food is wonderful, I had the sunshine salad and highly recommend it. We attended Incredible Mo's New Years Eve Family party and had a blast. We had 3 children ages 5 - 11 and 4 adults. Everyone had so much fun. The creative bowling was very entertaining whether you were a good bowler or not. The Arcade, including laser tag was fun. Food was very good. Went to sauce for the first time. I wasn't impressed. Our pizza was so covered in flour on the bottom it was inedible. The sevice was mediocre at best. Our waitress ran around to work the bar and serve our table wgile the rest of the staff stood around and talked to each other. I went here for my birthday last Saturday. It was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. When we got there, there was no one at the arcade desk. Being that I was looking to bowl, I went to the lanes to see if an attendant was present. Everyone was dressed casually so I couldn't even tell that they worked there. I was put on lane 4 and my computer kept glitching out. All of a sudden all the employees that were just watching music videos when I got there disappeared. I went to the arcade desk and they were all hiding out there. They switched me to lane 3 and then the pin placers kept glitching out and I would have to manually reset the lane every two frames. They switched me back to lane 4 and credited some of my hour back. They also said we could finish our last game if it goes beyond the hour which they did not. Our balls got stuck and we hit the ask for help button, no one came. After 5 minutes of no help I went to the counter to get help. About ten minutes after the guy got the balls for me, the guy who was probably supposed to help when we hit the ask for help button came and asked what was wrong. You would think this was as bad as it could get. Its not. Our "server" came by and asked if we wanted anything. We got a menu and she said she would be right back. This was at 1030 at night. I never saw my "server" again until midnight when I was getting some shots to celebrate another year ahead of me. I will not go here again. read more
