I had a pretty bad slab leak under the toilet. Christian came by in less than an hour for an estimate but wouldn't be able to fix it for a few days. On the day of he was almost an hour late saying he confused the appt with another customer. In looking at the reviews it seems that he's often late. He dropped off two guys then left. Never did he mention that it wasn't him doing the work. I am a female, and would have preferred not to be alone with two men. The guys tear up the concrete, and a few hours later Christian is back with an update on what's going on and what needs to be done. But it seemed his agenda was to get me to replace the entire plumbing in the house. A job that cost 5 times more. At least 30 mins he tried to explain to me the advantage of doing this. I just needed the leak fixed now as it's been leaking pretty badly for days. So I declined to replace all the plumbing. The fix took about a day. Despite all the pretty pictures the owner shares, his employees did not leave the area in great condition. There was a lot of concert dust and pieces left. The wall behind the toilet was torn up, which it was never explained to me that this would be done and that I'd need to hire someone else to fix it. Don't do what I did and go with the first quote. Get at least 3 and read the bad reviews. There is some similarity. read more

The absolute best! Had an emergency plumbing issue in my laundry room one day before moving! Called Incredible Plumber and spoke with Christian at 7AM. He came out as soon as he could, which was 2PM. I have done every plumbing / sewer related project imaginably with Christian over the last six months. I believe it includes trenchless sewer line replacement, replacing the pipes from my house to my sewer line, light sprinkler related work, replacing galvanized steel pipes in multiple places throughout the house (involves outdoor stucco work and interior drywall patch work), installing new whole house filtration system, replacing toilets and faucets. Christian and his team are polite and do high quality work at an aggressive price. He beat by a mile all my other sewer line project bids. His work indoors included highly competent dry wall patch work. I always bid to every problem - what is the cheapest solution and what is the best long term solution. And I pick and choose the best coarse of action for me. Christian is great at discussing options. I do notice a few comments about being late but honestly any service provider cannot accurately predict when a given job will be completed. They have an idea but what if something comes up once you get behind the wall.. should they leave in the middle to keep their next appointment.. Customers have to be reasonable too. Omgosh so i had a huge puddle of water in my front yard after watering the lawn. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from because the puddle was manifesting on the driveway. Nowhere bear the lawn area. It was going on for a month before i went online to google a plumber. Thats when i found someone near my area, Christian. I had a clogged up toilet due to my son's carelessness by flushing paper towels and needed a plumber right away to fix it. I called a handful of plumbers that I found on yelp and the best quote I got was from this company. Christian had a very busy schedule and told me that he would stop by as soon as he finished with other jobs. It was already past 8pm by the time he was done, and came to my house around 9pm. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't easy fix since the entire toilet had to be removed in order to take out the paper towels that were stuck further down, so he told me he would come back the next day to fix it. The following day, Christian came right on time along with his associate. They went straight to work and was able to get the paper towel out and put back the toilet. He then offered a free diagnostic regarding the pipes' condition underneath the house by using a high tech camera. My house was built in the 1950's and been living here for 17 years. The pipes were never replaced since I lived here and that they were made of steel and extremely corroded. He advised me to get them replaced so that I don't have to deal with slow sink drain, better water flow, better water pressure and prevent leak problems in the future. He gave me a very reasonable price so I agreed to do it. The estimate to complete the job was 2 days but it took 3 days because the guys had to dig underneath the house to create a trench for them in order to replace the pipes without charging more. Christian had his guys do the job and they were very punctual, clean and courteous. Overall, I'm very pleased with the job that they did and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues in their homes. Our recent experience (04/2025) with Incredible Plumber was not a good one! We hired Incredible Plumber/Christian (saw a good review) to have a garbage disposal installed, but, OUR experience with Christian was not a good one!!!!! On a Friday morning Christian came to assess, and, after negotiation, he gave us a "quote", but, was "impatient" while my husband & I discussed it. We then agreed & Christian went to get the materials & proceeded to do the installation. We paid him & asked for a receipt. He said that he would "email me" the receipt & took my email address. Saturday morning there was water under the sink with water running down the side of the garbage disposal. My husband then called Christian & he said he would be "right over"--- that he was near by, but, after a few hours of not showing up, we called again, Christian then said that he was in LA "on an emergency " (like ours was Not) & that he'd be here at 10 PM!!!!!!! I told him "NO", this leak has been all day & we need it taken care of NOW! At 8 PM, he sent another plumber, who had 3 leaks to fix & a hose to replace. He was very apologetic for what Christian did to us & Christian NEVER did give us a " receipt" & after several phone calls every day, to Christian, the calls were not answered--- we left voicemail messages requesting the "receipt that we requested & that we are owed", but, it is now 1 week later, and, still NO Response & NO receipt from Christian/Incredible Plumber!!!!! He was able to accomplish what I wanted, but he's the kind of person who can have a few small inconveniences. First, he may not be very punctual. Initially, he said he would arrive within an hour. I called him back an hour later, and he said he would be there in 40 minutes. Forty minutes later, he sent me a picture of his car saying it was broken and he was fixing it. I hoped he was okay. Second, he is a very large man, but he may not give the impression of being the least bit polite. This is not my description, but that of my elderly father. He charged like a tank, and my father seemed to be offended by something. His tone of voice when I spoke to him on the phone was less than gentle, so I kind of agreed with his sentiment.
