BEWARE of Incredible Plumber, Christain-VERY DISHONEST in my dealing with him. Not only was Christian 3 hours late for his appointment, he could not complete the drain clean out? He said "I couldn't complete the job because my snake got stuck". He knew I lived out of the state. He calls me and tells me there are pipes under the house that need to be replaced for $4800 to fix the problem. He then emails me an invoice for $4800, and wants me to sign it so he can get started the next day. I did not sign the invoice and told Christian to wait to hear from me. I called a plumber I thought was out of town during this time, but luckly was not! "Save the Day" owned by Frank whom I have used in the past, is a great honest plumbing company! Frank sent Eddie over on Tuesday. He cleaned the drain that Christian couldn't and checked the pipes under the house. No leaks and no pipes needed to be replaced. It's unfair Incredible Plumber's ratings seem so high, yet he tried to take advantage of a senior land owner from out of state? Are all those reviews planted? He ended coming asap and showed at 7pm since I wasn't going to be home until then. he gave me an estimate to swap my water heater, drained it and got working on it right away. I asked Christian, the owner, for a site visit. I thought it was weird that he changed the appointment two times about an hour before he was expected. There were a few YELP reviews about reliability which I now understand. On the third date, a Sunday, I gave him a typed list of 5 things to do outdoors (which he said no one else he met was that well prepared), which he took with. There was nothing big by any standard, simple custom requests in the garden of our new 6,000 square ft. home we built. As we walked the property, he said he could do all of it. Seemed like a nice man, he said he understood everything. Christian didn't provide an estimate at that time, and he asked for time until the next day. Each day for a week he didn't answer the phone, but texted he would be following up. I am not in the mood to chase a contractor to give them my money. Never heard from him. I suffered a major leak in my water pipe between the meter and my home. According to my smart water meter, i lost 2,700 gallons over a 35 hour period, at a rate of 99 gallons/hour. I called/texted Chris the afternoon i discovered the problem and he stopped by the house later that day and shut the water off at the meter. After, he provided me with a reasonable quote and he could start the job immediately the next morning. which included digging up a 65 foot trench (back breaking work!) and replacing the corroded galvanized pipes with copper. He finished everything by the 2nd day since it was expected to rain heavily on the 3rd day. He offered me a few recommendations and the pros/cons of each and was very clear on the work he was doing. Incredibly Incompetent, Dishonest, or Both! Originally we had an appointment on Saturday 1pm; I called Christian at 1:10pm to confirm appointment, he told me he needs to reschedule to 4:30pm, almost 3.5hours late! Now that should have been a warning sign already; ..... ...he shows up for the appointment at around 4:20pm. Had a leaking sprinkler line under the pavement, Christian diagnosed issue; agreed on a price to fix for $700. On the actual day of work, he said could not find the leak and surprise-surprise, he wanted $2500 to complete job. We told him no and he left without cleaning up. Be careful of the "Incredible Plumber"; this fella is either incredibly incompetent, dishonest, or both. Stay away!!!!! read more

We had Christian come out again for our other toilet that wouldn't flush. He came out the next day and when he snaked the toilet he noticed roots in the water. He took off the toilet and there was basically a tree growing out of the toilet! I don't understand how it even flushed at all. Christian had to remove the roots , cut the tile, break the concrete and then put in a new pipe. He also put in a new clean-out access in the front of the house in 112 degree heat! Him and his helpers did excellent work and were very clean. Christian is a great guy and does quality work. We were worried about the tile he had to cut around the toilet because we don't have that tile to replace it, but he was very careful not to cut too much tile and you can't even tell anything was done. He work with me from the beginning up to the end. At the beginning it was just to empty the septic tank. However we noticed the pipes were cracked and has roots. Yikes! After that, he returned with a different person and said only this other guy would be doing the work and he can't be there and has to leave to supervise another task. Finally, he came and replaced my toilet and faucet. From the beginning, I communicated with him to leave ALL old parts behind and I'll discard them on my own. He took my old faucet with him without communicating this to me. I texted him to look for it. He found it and I said to please return it when he can. I didn't hear from him for a while and I called him to ask for it back. I told him I wanted back as the new faucet doesn't have a flush fit with the rest of the components in my bathtub.
