The next day I was informed the price for which I hit 'Pay Now' and for which I received a confirmation and an order# was inaccurate. To complete the sale there would be an additional charge of ~$239. I offered to meet them halfway and pay more than their advertised price plus I offered to waive any maintenance/tuning program they offer with new purchases. LBC declined. They refused to honor their advertised price. Informed me I would need to pay $1,948 for a bicycle I thought I had already purchased on their site for $1,684 the day before. All this being said, after we could not come to an agreement, the sale was indeed cancelled and I was not charged. However, it is frustrating I was unable to complete my purchase at the advertised price, particularly after offering a reasonable compromise.

Staff was friendly, helped me with sending in my invoice info to Aventon to get some bonus free perks, had me download the app so I could unlock new max speeds, and recommended taking a picture by the balloon mural.
