My watches have always been gifts, But I always told myself when I finally buy my own watch, this is where I'm going. That happened yesterday. I brought a couple of my watches in for batteries and band replacements and started looking around. There's a lot to choose from including Bulova, Citizen, Hamilton, Fossil, Timex, etc just to name a few. I focused on a Bulova. I wasn't sure of what diameter, Although I had an idea because my wrists are a little small. There are several sizes to choose from, I tried on a few to get the feel for them and find the size that worked for me. They were super helpful and accommodating and patient with my fickleness. We finally settled on a beautiful one with a nice burgundy colored face that fit my wrist size perfectly! The price was great, and the band adjustment was quick and efficient and the watch was super affordable, and I can't even tell you how happy I was with the experience when I was driving home and I couldn't stop looking at my watch! Kyle, the sales person I was dealing with is fantastic. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Kyle got my trailer all taken care of on the business end and then turned me over to the service department to complete the work. Everyone in the service department is top notch. This has been the only boat repair service that I've ever left happy. All of the guys in the service department are very helpful and friendly, which I am not used to when dealing with boat people. They gave me a tour of their entire facility which is new, indoors and quite large. All of their repairs seem to happen in a large, clean and fully stocked Costco sized warehouse. They even have a fiberglass shop and paint booth. This place is fully stocked with Outboards, general boat gear and everything you could possibly need. It's extremely clean and well organized. Like anywhere else that's top notch, you might pay just a little more but it's definitely worth it. Worth it enough that I was inclined to write this review over a boat trailer. If you want a quality product with quality service to back it up, these guys are definitely who you want to go to. Also, they also included a complimentary torque wrench to keep the wheels properly torqued. They'll show you how to use it if you don't know how.

Some years ago, we purchased two appliances from Reids Appliance, Ventura. They were the rudest…read morecompany we had ever dealt with. Again, today, a delivery was made around the corner from us. After delivering the appliance this driver moved his truck onto our street and sat there idling his diesel truck for over 15 minutes. We have people at this address with two forms of cancer and other health issues. Their diesel truck fumes engulfed our entire house even with the windows closed. We called and talked with the manager of the store. This manager stated that their truck was unable to move without idling for 20 minutes per California rules, which is an obvious lie because he moved over 30 feet then stopped out front of our house. There was no apology offered by this manager. What we find typical of Ventura businesses these days is they do not care anything the community they serve. There is no empathy, no caring about people these days. This is what we found from our local Reids some years ago and their attitude has degenerated to being a store we will never purchase items from, ever. Back then, they never serviced our appliances properly, heaven knows what they do these days. We shop at Lowe's-Ventura these days because they back their appliances with knowledgeable service warranties and customer service.
