From reception, to the technician I interacted with, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that I was seen close to the scheduled time and never felt rushed. Once the technician brought me back, I went through a quick X-ray and was led into the exam room. The room was clean, organized and comfortable. Again, within minutes, the dental hygienist arrived and started her routine. I'm very particular about following up with dental care and exams. I floss and brush frequently, and take pride in my teeth. Nevertheless, this dental hygienist took her time, and was extremely detailed in checking the health of my teeth, and even better, she was meticulous with a very detailed cleaning! I can say that in all my years, she is most definitely the best Dental Hygienist I've ever had! Great job! Next, I was welcomed to the practice by a super down to earth and friendly dentist: Dr. Panchal. We went over any concerns and and oral history, and, of course, he studied all of the X-rays taken. He proceed with the oral exam. Dr. Panchal patiently explained his findings and discussed his recommendation, treatment plan, and timeline. I'm pleased to say that my first visit was above average! From professionalism, welcoming and very clean environment, detailed staff, everything was perfect! Dr. Panchal has a great personality and I can see how he sets a wonderful standard which staff fallows. His wit, and lack of pretense were great, and even better: his knowledge, his ability to put the patient at ease, and his communication skills were wonderful! So, if like many, you're nervous about going to the dentist, I strongly recommend that you give office a chance. They are fantastic and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!!! Nice job, everybody! I have had a phenomenal experience from scheduling my appointment until I left the office. When you walk in the office is absolutely stunning super clean very comfortable. They even have a special waiting room area for children. I was asked by three different people if I wanted a drink of water or anything while I was waiting to be seen and honestly, I waited maybe 10 minutes, I was greeted with unbelievable friendliness by every single person in that office. The facility is fully modernized with updated technical equipment beyond my expectations. They took x-rays and pictures of my teeth gave me a cleaning that was so relaxing, and then I had a very amazing exam and conversation with the dr about my teeth and any work that needs to be done, ( I came in with a cracked tooth I knew I would need something ) I opted to get my teeth whitened ( it was something I knew I wanted to do before I went in) And they came out beautiful. I forgot to mention dental the chair vibrates like a massaging chair also has heat and they gave me headphones and they had a TV screen that I could watch Netflix. They treated me like I've been a patient there for 20 years. I felt so welcome and so comfortable. It is a must go to very professional dental facility. I am definitely going to be a regular patient there ... they also offer an in house dental plan for those that do not have dental insurance that includes two cleanings a year X-rays and fluoride and a discount on any other treatment I may need including Invisalign ( which is cosmetic ) but they still offer a discount

I should have known…read morefrom the first interaction with the "dr" and I use that term loosely, that this was not the place to be. Made an appointment due to a couple broken teeth and wanting to see what else needs to be done to get back on track with my oral health. Never even looked in my mouth on the first visit just x-ray and then said I need 3 teeth extracted. Made the appointment for the next week and that was a mistake. The office has too many things going on for just one "dr" I could hear the chaos in the background of him trying to direct all his employees while he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. There was no one else in the room while he shattered my teeth and had to leave me with a mouth full of tooth particulates while he ran out to get more instruments. Totally unprofessional. He ended up breaking the upper tooth and leaving the rest in the socket without saying anything and caused extreme pain for a week until I could be seen at another dentist. They took more x-rays and confirmed that indeed the bottom of the tooth was still in the socket and sticking above gum line. The size of the tooth he then pulled was much larger than expected and what a relief it was to finally have it out. Highly recommend O2 Dental group!!! They were amazing and will return there. A clean and comfy reception area where I feel like I am at a well loved home, where care was taken with the decor to give patients a relaxing and welcoming experience, not a feeling of being a product in an assembly line like at other dental practices. 2. A receptionist who smiled and made eye contact, politely asked the necessary information, and remained pleasant for duration-this is important because it is lacking at dental offices where front office employees often act as if patients were a chore. 3. A competent, thorough dental professional named Andrea, who did probably the best dental cleaning I have ever had. 4. Dr. Miles greeted me, checked work done, and even referred me to a dermatologist for treatment of a growth she noticed on my skin. I live at walking distance from two dental practices in the area. I was a patient at both. I prefer to drive 15 minutes to Dr. MIles' office. If anyone is going to invade my body by placing their fingers in my mouth, I need to feel that I can trust that person. I trust Dr. Miles and her team.

Not to mention I am in my 20's and have a lot of life to go in my teeth. In 2024/2025 she had told me I had some very small cavities starting and she recommended fillings to prevent any worsening. Since those fillings I have had nothing but issues. Not only did she crack my teeth she caused extreme sensitivity and I am now up to $8,000 worth of dental work done to fix her mistakes. She knew she messed up and tried to have her daughter fix her mistakes but not even that could do it! She cracked my teeth when doing the fillings and then sent me home. I then noticed and called and told her what she did. She supposedly "fixed" them but can confirm that did not happen based on a second opinion. She did poor fillings and I am still having to have hers removed and fixed. Not to mention she completely messed up the crown of my implant creating a large food gap. Most dentist would redo the crown until it's right but not her I was told "you'll just always have to have floss" EVERY piece of work she has done I am having to have fixed. I am having to have a new crown made and placed on my implant because hers was horrible, I am having to have all her fillings removed and replaced because it's "terrible" work. Having to have my bite fixed because of her TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WORK! I went back several times telling her something was wrong but was always brushed under the rug and told to use sensitive toothpaste. Turns out shes just a horrible doctor and doesn't want to fix her mistakes. She messed my mouth up so bad she couldn't even fix it. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! I've been having to have her mistakes fixed since I left this practice and I'm still dealing with issues she created. Leave while you can because you will end up paying for it in the long run. When she retires you will be having to have your mouth fixed! Horrible dentistry work clearly she had no idea what she was doing

I let the dentist office know that I was 75 years old and I have osteoarthritis osteopenia and I have to cancel a lot of appointments, but I am always sure to let them know ahead of time and reschedule within a good amount of time that they can get someone else in that can use that appointment. But when I called back 2 to 3 weeks later, they talk to me like they had never talked to me before and said that Dennis Once you make an appointment and you cancel it usually will write you off and never schedule you again and that's just what they done. They could've cared less the pain I was in and the work that I needed done. I had been in a car accident on the Fourth of July. Someone hit my car as I was turning into my apartment complex and my head hit the steering wheel and I lost two front teeth And my own doctor said to give it some time to heal and then go back into the dentist and see what they could do well they let me know that they couldn't do anything that I waited too long to call back for an appointment and they could not take me again. Once the dentist booked you an appointment you either come back within a few days or he doesn't take you at all. I let them know. I was in a terrific amount of pain and I wouldn't have any trouble paying the dentist, but they still want nothing to do with me and would not even give me the name of a dentist that they would refer to so I give them a two for honestly not caring about the condition my mouth was in or how I was feeling .
