GREAT family owned business! I picked up a 4" double-sided screw bit in my tire. my husband…read moreplugged it and found a new tire at this shop. We were going to be 3 hrs getting there and they held it and promptly installed it when we arrived, knowing we were on the road and already rerouted. From the initial paperwork (Tony) to the finished product they were professional. The service guy (forgive me for not remembering his name) was great. Gave us info on the tires we run and then filled my husbands tires as well. The icing on the cake was that he saw us snacking on nuts and knew we were hungry so he shared his beef/protein sticks with us. we are from Nevada so I hope we don't "need" them again, but I would chose them if we did! Thanks guys!!

Ed in the service department has assured that those three bikes have taken me to where I chose to go and back again. Except for a couple of times when a nail had a different plan. Which I repaired on the road with a repair kit I bought at Engle's well equipped parts dept. I have always been treated more like family than a customer and you can take that either way. I never saw halos or wings on any of the people who work there so I am assuming they are human variety. And that takes us back to attitude when I walk in there. Many times to just say hello, how are you doing. A word of caution, they have a lot of merchandise that you just can't live without! Just saying.

I picked up my scooter from the shop, checked the things that were supposed to be fixed (all is good at this point) pay the man and head down to the gas station because they drained the tank and didn't fill it back up ( i know, right! ). I decided to pop the seat to make sure they didn't steal anything and the fing seat FALLS OFF! So i go back to the store and say "my seat just fell off" to which the proprietor laughs (more like a snicker) and says its my problem. Turns out to fix the ignition they say they needed to break into the seat storage compartment, their solution to fixing the seat was to (wait for it) Gorilla Glue the hinges back on. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction to which the owner said he'd look for a new seat for me and call when it was in. Its now been 4 weeks and no seat and no call. I also might add that 2 other things that were supposed to be fixed we're not, to which the proprietor said i'd need to pay additional to have him look at it again. Steer clear of this place, you'll be happy you did. * * UPDATE * * As you see the owner responded to this... I've emailed him to get info on his so called 'offer' but have not received anything in return as of yet. This was not a stolen scooter, I forgot to leave the keys with him and he assumed due to the greasy nature of his business that it was. Contact me owner, I want this resolved.

He came highly recommended by a friend that had been bringing his Chinese toys here for quite some time. I took my Grandson's new ATV to him because after our first ride, it just would not start up again. He explained the few flaws that were inherent with the Chinese made ATVs. I took his advice and had the repair done. ( A different carb.) He strongly advised using only premium gasoline and keeping the battery on a trickle charger when not in use. We have had no more issues with it not starting. It now starts and runs great.

Mark, the mechanic I dealt with, was very nice. Gave me a quote on the spot, charged me what he said he would. They finished my bike and called me to pick it up in 3 business days *(my service did not require any parts to be ordered). Went to pick it up and the bike was clean, ready, and runs perfectly. The guy told me to call back if I had any concerns or questions. A for integrity, A for speed, A for being pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I plan on going back.

I would rather take it to a regular auto shop over this place.

They had drinks and snacks for the promotion which was great for the hto day. My only complaint is that when we returned from the last test ride all the drinks and snacks had been cleaned up and were gone, the tent down. It was clear they were closing and wanted us out of there. I was thirsty (because it was soooo hot) and would have liked another glass of water or lemonade and would have liked to discuss the bikes and options available. I'm not sure if they would have stuck around even if we wanted to buy a bike (which we are in the market to buy one- still looking though).

Not only did they forget to call me when the mower was supposedly completed, the worker treated me like I was an idiot, left the mower outside for three weeks, and took it on a mini Indy 500 in his parking lot. The service department should at a minimum read the owners manual before they tell someone a mower should continue to go forward when someone let's off of the lever either going forward or backward. When I told whoever this person claiming to be a technician in service that it didn't do this before it broke and me bringing it in, after the ' you're an idiot' talk with me, I decided to cut my losses, called another Ariens service business who confirmed that it in fact was not supposed to do this. To make my experience even better, I am loading the mower and find that someone ran it into something, scratching the front and paint on the hood. I wish I could rate this place lower than one star, as I would not buy something as a pack of gum from them in the future, nor have anything else serviced there, unless I wanted to be treated similar to the memories I have being in first grade or going to a brain surgery conference put on by an Arcade attendant.
