I picked this place because of the 4 star rating and it was close to the accident site (Lee Summit Road). Although they were closed on the Sunday it happened, I left the bike and trailer in their lot and returned when they opened on Tuesday. The service Manager, Dave was great! They looked it over and made it road worthy for me to be able to return to Florida. What they charged was well below what I expected and they had me ready in less than 24 hours. Jamie the service technician also looked over my motorcycle trailer to make sure it was road worthy. What was even better, after they received their money, Dave took the time to call me to make sure that I made it back home to Florida okay. This was above and beyond what I expected. If I lived close enough, I would go out of my way to make this my normal service shop, but 1200 miles is a little too far. A great, respectable and honest shop, a hard find these days.

They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

He said no, we have a Beemer guy to Beemer guy gentleman's agreement that he'd hold it for me. I made arrangements to borrow trailer, take a friend who had to alter his plans, made a hotel reservation, had to jump through hoops to get my boss to approve PTO on short notice.... first thing Tuesday morning, the salesman calls me and says he's got a customer willing to pay full price right now and he's local so they'll get his service business too. I again offered to put down a deposit. He said not unless you're willing to pay full price now... "actually you know what, I gotta sell it to this other guy, where in the business to make money and we'll get his service business too." - you know what buddy, you just lost a potential customer for life! As a 30yr salesperson you should know that your also in the business to build relationships. You just failed.

Absolute shit show of a service dept, just insane. I dropped off 2 kids machines SIX MONTHS AGO…read more One bike, only needed the swingarm welded, THATS IT. It ran perfect when i dropped it off, just needed it welded. Only to get a call about 2 months later, saying they couldn't figure out the spark issue. It never had one in the first place. And then when I ask them wtf they're talking about, and say again what they were supposed to do, they tell me they don't even have a damn welder. I tell them to just get the bike back how it was, but here we are 4 months later and it's in 10x worse shape than it was, and not running. The other bike, was a wiring mess. I asked them to simply get rid of all the junk splices, and make it correct, then see if it starts. If it doesn't, call me and we'll go from there. They say the bike needs 2 parts, both I can handle. HOWEVER, they didn't even do the only thing I asked. There are still splices, and random disconnected wires all over it. 6 months they had them, nothing but BS and run arounds. I finally just went and took my machines back. I took them there, as I was recovering from surgery and couldn't do much. What a damn mistake. Now my kids machines are even worse off. I would never, ever recommend anyone have anything worked on there. Not your bicycle, let alone four wheeler or sxs.
