They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. We ordered 2 scooters and he gave us a very good deal and when one came in with fork lift damage from the distributor, he ordered the part to fix it and then offered to deliver our scooters due to the inconvenience of having to wait for the repair. My husband's desired scooter was not in the shop and the owner called a former satisfied customer that had that exact scooter and asked her if she had time to ride up to the shop so we could see it in person before we ordered. I told them I got quoted $1050 at LCC, which is true, and they got extremely rude with me. Keep one thing in mind, this is a veteran owned business, I am a veteran, and they know that, and they still act like pricks. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect a fair price. I expected too much I guess. I wouldn't recommend LCC either (I left a review for them too) in today's climate, you would think these places would want to retain consumers, but their employees don't seem to have the customer service tools in their toolboxes. I picked this place because of the 4 star rating and it was close to the accident site (Lee Summit Road). Although they were closed on the Sunday it happened, I left the bike and trailer in their lot and returned when they opened on Tuesday. The service Manager, Dave was great! They looked it over and made it road worthy for me to be able to return to Florida. What they charged was well below what I expected and they had me ready in less than 24 hours. Jamie the service technician also looked over my motorcycle trailer to make sure it was road worthy. What was even better, after they received their money, Dave took the time to call me to make sure that I made it back home to Florida okay. This was above and beyond what I expected. If I lived close enough, I would go out of my way to make this my normal service shop, but 1200 miles is a little too far. A great, respectable and honest shop, a hard find these days.

Primarily a Polaris dealer, they're definitely oriented towards the farm and utility market, with a large showroom and large shop for repairs.
