I've shown up expecting to get my shot, only to be told the appointment doesn't exist or can't be honored. It's happened more than once, and it's unacceptable. The amount of time I've wasted trying to get this straightened out is beyond ridiculous. Any convenience this service was supposed to offer has completely evaporated. The staff seems uninformed, disorganized, and poorly trained in managing ongoing treatments like semaglutide. Save yourself the headache--look elsewhere.
