Was on my way to another restaurant but saw their signage on Highway 270 and made a detour and glad I did since it's been a while since I visited their restaurant. I've been a patron since they were located by the airport. The food is far superior from what I can remember and this new location is easy to access. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is very attentive. The buffet is a great deal especially on a weekend where they more selections.

This is my second time visiting India Palace. Both were much buffet which I love. I say this place has the best value for good Indian food with all the popular Indian signature dishes! For weekend buffet, it is $17.99 all you can eat! They have goat meat, tandoori chicken...... many curry dishes! They also have the fried naan! We really enjoy the food here! Many people come and peak hour there are lines!

I've started a dinner club with my friends and first up was Indian Food and it did not disappoint! I got the chicken tikka masala. It was SO GOOD. It was filling too. The place looked real nice with the decor. Service a little slow but the waiters were nice. I'll be back again soon.

I used to come here often for their weekend buffet, but haven't been back for a while. Somehow I forgot about this place. So I came with my friends last weekend. The goat curry was delicious as I remembered. They also had chicken65, chicken korma, other vegan dishes, salad, and desserts. It's a steal for $16.95 per person. Service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I"ll definitely come back for the goat curry.

This is the best Indian I've had the pleasure of finding in St Louis so far. Came for the weekend lunch buffet and every offering was a HIT! Servers were very attentive with water and plates, and there were ample offerings by the buffet. Meat was tender as could be and tandoori chicken was fall of the bone tender when it came out fresh. Lots of interesting decor and would 100% come here again and enjoy a scrumptious meal.

Personal and friendly service delicious mango lassi. I could only eat one plate as I tried a little of everything and it was al so savory and fresh. Glad to have a buffet that is open Thursday and Friday's as well as the weekend. Open and spacious dining room with plenty of parking.

Navratan Korma (vegetable korma) and Vegetable Jalfrazi

BEST INDIAN FOOD WE'VE EVER HAD!! We were from out of town and staying at the Motel 6 next door, and decided to try this place because it was convenient. What a wonderful decision! My husband and I are vegetarians and India Palace has many vegetarian dishes on their menu. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the seasoning was perfect - just spicy enough to make things interesting, with a nice balance of other flavors too. The service was great, everything looked very clean, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely come back here the next time we're in the area.

Expected a buffet (that's what the signs say) but they now have a lunch menu instead (see photo). Buffet is on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. We went with Tandori Chicken and Chicken Tikka Marsala. They started us off with some spicy vegetable soup. Not expecting it, but it was quite good. My Tikka Marsala was delightful. Very tasty with tender chunks of chicken. There could have been more chicken pieces in it, but with the increasing cost of breasts I guess they had to cut back somewhere. The Tandori was 6 drumsticks on a bed of grilled onions and peppers. The meat was about average tasting - nothing wrong with it, just not exceptional. The onions and peppers were soft and detectible. Will be coming back, but more likely than not, on the weekend.

I went here for their lunch buffet. I been here several times so far and I liked it. When craving Indian buffet I definitely recommend that you try this place out but make sure you go during busy hours since the food get replenish quicker so it will taste fresher. When I walked into this place, the staff greeted me very quickly and I was seated promptly. It is buffet style so once i ordered my drink then I just go to fill my plate. The emptied plates were quickly removed The server was nice. The atmosphere is inviting. Their price is decent. I definitely will come back

    Buffett options.

Honestly, the 2 soups I tried the other night are still on my mind and I am trying to figure out how to have them again! How can I re-create them? How can I purchase a gallon of them? I cannot wait for the next pop up! When we went to The Vandy the other night for some cocktails, we knew that Soul Soup would be on the scene serving up 2 different soups for us to try (The High Life and Thai Me Up). The menu was posted on Angie's Insta page a few days in advance of the pop up (see photo of the menu) and I just knew we had to try them both! When we arrived and placed our cocktail orders, we also asked for a bowl of each of the soups to try and when they were brought out the table, they were piping hot and smelled so good! I was happy to know that rather than adding in the bacon to the High Life, they could serve it on the side so that my dining partner could enjoy the bacon while I just wanted to enjoy the soup with the pretzel bites no bacon! Two bowls of soup was a perfect amount for the 2 of us to share and when we were finished, Angie came out of the kitchen to meet some of the customers - it was so nice to meet Angie and she is seriously so friendly! I will keep my eyes peeled to her Insta to see when and where she will be next and you should too! It's soup season and if you want some of the best soup in STL, this is the place to find!

So, absolutely order ahead because it will make it somewhat easier. We ordered: The JD Cold Shoulder - cold cuts on a garlic roll with chipotle ranch. My husband loved his, and glad he ordered it with the garlic roll. Joe's Spicy Italian - this was spicy and sweet, and it really hits when you love a good spicy italian sandwich. Quick service, great staff and delicious food…read more I was craving a sandwich, so i stopped by here heading back to the office. The menu is plentiful and has so many different sandwich, and salad options to choose from. I was contemplating between the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the Cubano. I opted to get the cubano. My sandwich came with slow roasted pork, ham,Swiss cheese, deli mustard and pickles. I got mine on white bread. They put the sandwich in the oven to warm it up and melt the cheese, then gets dressed in what ever toppings you want. I chose to keep mine as is. The pork needs a little more seasoning, but over all, it was delicious. The meat was very tender, bread was so fluffy and soft. The deli mustard was not too tangy. I also grabbed a lemon cheesecake cookie. It was soft, chewy and had cheesecake pieces incorporated into it. I would definitely get that again. Plenty of seating inside and seating on the patio. It is noisy inside so if you're looking for a quieter place, i would take my food to go. The parking lot can become busy and congested due to it being in a plaza with other businesses. I will be back to try other sandwiches!

Cute sandwich shop with friendly employees who are helpful but could definitely work on......how should we say hygienic cleanliness. Another fast casual establishment where either employees do not use gloves or their gloves are an extension of their hands, meaning they mop and clean up in the gloves, FINE but wash your hands and change your gloves afterwards. Also, take your gloves off if you're handling money and why are you wiping your nose with gloves on. The cup of soup if $5, well over priced for the portion size. The soup itself is hearty and the big draw is that the soup has pot pie crust sprinkled on top. It's more of a deconstructed pot pie that you eat like a soup then being a soup. The eggnog shake was $5.59 which was priced correctly for the cup size. The shake had a slight eggnog flavor but not that power packed punch that I was expecting. They use real milk in their shakes and I the quality of the ice-cream. I would recommend trying one of their shakes. My co-worker ordered both the eggnog shake and went back before we left to order the banana pudding shake which he stated tasted exactly like pudding and enjoyed that shake over the eggnog. I have tried a few of their sandwiches since our office has used them to cater lunch several times. The sandwiches are literally just ok, more miss than hit. The wreck I find is the most flavorful and the chicken bacon ranch is over-rated. I would not go out of my way to purchase a sandwich from here and spend my own money, they are far better sandwich shops to chose from. The only item that I absolutely LOVE from here is the jar of Hot Peppers. Now their jar of giardiniera is the BEST!!! It's a mixture of jalapeños, carrots, cauliflower, peppers and celery. It's spicy and super flavorful, goes GREAT on anything to add a kick, especially pizza and of course sandwiches.
