Nailed the spice on both of our dishes, green curry and pad see yu! The waitress asked for a number (1-5) to describe our desired spice level, which is low key brilliant. What I loved most about this restaurant -- because yes our entrees were amazing -- were the cute mismatched tables and the gong in the entryway. There's also a big golden elephant on the wall, the Thai version of a 5-point buck. Bonus points that the restaurant's a/c was at a normal level, even during a heat wave. Would like to try a cocktail and appetizer on a return visit! Both menus looked very tasty!

This is a nice little place here in St. Louis, the atmosphere and ambience is peaceful and tranquil, the server and the cook are very friendly and welcoming. I had the pad kee mao level 4 spicy it was delicious and the Thai tea was just as I expected it.. I give this place a 5 star and if I'm in St. Louis I will definitely be back

Finally made it out to Thai mama! Another great Thai place in the area. Inside decor looked like a random set of tables and chairs. Food was delicious! Portions were huge. Definitely a fan and will be come back! Service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

I was craving Thai food and stumbled across this place after it came across my feed on Yelp. Without hesitation, I made the short drive and arrived at this beautiful restaurant! I went early in the evening, and was one of a few people there. The space is large and while there are a few tables for two-tops, I chose to sit at the bar because the chairs looked so comfortable (and they were). The menu is extensive and gives plenty of options and combos. I chose the crispy spring rolls as an appetizer and got the Thai fried rice with chicken and shrimp. Note, the rice comes with a protein, so everything else is addtl. Within mere minutes my spring rolls arrived. They came in an order of 5 and are accompanied with sweet and sour sauce. Unless stated by the patron, there's always a delay from when you get the appetizer until you get your main. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication because within 2 mins of me getting my rolls, my food came. I wasn't quite ready but knew It would get cold, so I had to make do. The plate is large and is easily something that can be split with two people with each person getting a significant amount. I was taken aback because I was expecting it to be smaller. The first few bites were as I had hoped- full of flavor, well-seasoned, and just overall good! I did the best I could but knew there was NO way I could even attempt to make a dent and ultimately tapped out. Service was outstanding. While I went early, I still get the vibe that it's a relaxed atmosphere regardless of how full it is and you're guaranteed to get a good meal and good service. One things for sure: you won't leave hungry!

The pad see yu was reallly delicious with perfect amount of sweetness and flavor! They also provided a generous amount of chicken in the dish. We tried the Thai beef pho for the first time, and it was okay. Tastes similar to the Vietnamese pho, but the wait time was about 30 minutes... The roti with milk was really good too. We asked them to not drizzle the condensed milk, so it's easier for us to control the sweetness. The overall experience was good besides the waiting time, but I'd still come back to try other Thai dishes!

My husband and I got dinner here on Saturday night at around 6pm and we were sat right away. The servers were attentive and i could be wrong, but I think the owner was there working too. We had the papaya salad as an appetizer. I loved it, it's lemony and garlicky. I love the fish sauce flavor on it too. My husband didn't care for it though. I ordered the tangy spicy BBQ pork soup with rice noodles. My husband ordered the pineapple fried rice. They were both so delicious and worth the price!! Overall we really loved the restaurant. I appreciated how quiet it was even though it quickly filled up. We had a really nice date dinner.

Wonderful service that makes you feel at home. The food is delicious and comes out fast. I had the khao soi with tofu, spicy level 3, which was a detectable amount of heat but not overpowering at all. The Thai custard and sweet rice had a nice balance of sweet & savory flavors. Interior is clean and lively. I can't wait for the weather to warm up to try the mango sticky rice!

Glad we stopped by

My friend and I were craving Thai food and came here a few weeks ago. The Thai iced tea was sweet and really good. I ordered the spicy noodle (pad khi mao) which was delicious and had a perfect amount of noodles, meat, and vegetables. We shared the appetizer sampler, which yummy and allowed us to try the rangoons, crispy spring rolls, cheese rolls, and curry potstickers. Out of the appetizers, I liked the potstickers and crispy spring rolls the best. Looking forward to coming here again!

This is nicely appointed on the inside with appropriate artwork and knick knacks. An interesting point is that all the tables and chairs are different. I didn't ask, but the staff appeared all to be Thai. We had Thai Dumplings, Pad Thai, and Red Curry. All were excellent. They have spice levels (called stars) from 1-5. Level 2 was moderately hot, 3, more so. Don't think I'd try anything higher. When the check was presented they said there was a 10% discount for cash. A nice option.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the curry pot stickers which were pretty darn good. The curry sauce was delicious. My main dish was ground pork Thai Basil, Thai spicy. I would eat that dish 1000 times again. It had a good amount of heat with the chunks of chilis, and really good flavor. Highly recommend eating here.

The best Thai food in the Saint Louis area! So flavorful!…read more Addie's Thai not only provides a friendly, professional full service dining experience but also puts utmost flavor and intention into their beautiful dishes. I've worked at Thai restaurants in St. Louis including Chao Baan, King and I, and the original Thai Bistro in Wildwood (before 2022 sale) so I know what authentic and flavorful Thai food should taste like. Friends and I have been searching for Thai food as good as the original Thai Bistro in Wildwood and I'm happy to say I've finally found it! We happened to try this restaurant because my sister asked if the family could meet somewhere "different" for her birthday. The restaurant staff helped us make a reservation for 10 people in their semi-private dining room. We had kids with us and they were also happy with the food! We were impressed not only by the food but also by the white tablecloths, real cloth napkins, and ornate traditional décor throughout the restaurant. We selected wine by the glass and cocktails from their full-bar list on the menu. We started with an array of appetizers from the menu including wings, dumplings, spring rolls, and fresh rolls. We agreed our favorites were the dumplings and spring rolls. We also shared entrées Phad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Red Curry, Angry Beef, Thai Fried Rice and Vegetable Stir Fry. Our favorites were Red Curry, Drunken Noodles, and Phad Thai. I tend to judge a Thai restaurant on the thickness and flavor of their curry and the color, flavor, and sauciness of their Phad Thai. Both dishes checked all of the boxes I'd qualify as 5 stars. I'm so happy the Addie's Thai curry is thick and flavorful while having the perfect spice balance. It's my pet peeve when Thai restaurants water down curry or overly sweeten it because they want to cater to the average American palette. Addie's Thai does not do that thankfully. The Phad Thai had a gorgeous golden brown color and the flavor clearly indicated they use traditional Tamarind in the sauce. So delicious! We took home so many leftovers simply because their portion sizes are so large! Come with an appetite! We are so happy to have found such a delicious Thai restaurant in West St. Louis County and the birthday girl left very satisfied with our meal.

I've been coming here on and off for over 11 years, and the consistency is a big reason I keep returning. Camille, who has been there for quite some time, took care of our table. She's always efficient, friendly, and welcoming, with a calm demeanor and a genuine smile that makes the experience even better. My usual favorites are the Angry Chicken and the Sweet Basil Chicken, and this time the Angry Chicken won out--I ordered it at a 2-star spice level. It was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. One of the nice perks of weekday lunch is that each person gets two fried spring rolls. They came out quickly and were served with a sweet and sour sauce--simple but very delicious. When our entrées arrived, a large pot of perfectly cooked rice was placed on the table, followed by our main dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. This has long been one of my go-to places for hosting out-of-town guests, and it continues to deliver solid Thai dishes and great service.
