Here we are two FULL weeks later not one nail has broken. I'm going to see her tomorrow, I don't think I'll go to anyone but her! Her design was just Exactly like I showed her as well. The male technician that did my nails was very friendly, but I did not like the outcome of my nails - my feet and nails weren't allowed time to soak and nothing was added to the water to soften it up, my nails weren't well cleaned and they weren't trimmed evenly. It seemed like it was his second day on the job. No one was rude, but I felt like the customer service wasn't one that was interested in making sure the customer had a great experience to return again. There's so many great nail salons in Topeka - it's too bad they're not trying hard to keep with their competition. It's starts with providing exceptional service.

There were other customers in the building who paid after their service. The staff seemed very rushed. It was a little busy but they seemed to have plenty of staff working, a few people sitting around on break, and no customers waiting to be serviced. They rushed us through the experience, they did not listen to our preferences, they gave us the manicure and pedicure at the same time which felt rushed and overwhelming. They tried to upsell us on gel multiple times after we insisted we wanted regular polish, then they accidentally used gel top coat on my regular polish, which predictably never dried since it wasn't cured. After waiting for it to dry for 30+ minutes (no one came back to check on me), I accidentally smudged it. I asked them to fix it: They acted annoyed, but obliged. Again, they never came back to check on it. I wish I had painted my nails myself. It would have looked better anyway. Would not recommend and would not return. Edit to add: I waited nearly two hours for my nails to dry. They never did. I had to remove the polish and repaint them myself. I called to ask for a refund. They refused.

And then after spending no time at all doing it charged me $49.00. I then asked the front lady if she could remove my polish and re-paint them. She did and it took maybe 10 minutes and I was charged $35.00. No manicure, no filing, nothing for $35.00. I will never go back as the prices are ridiculous and the service is done in such a hurry. I have gone there many, many times and this is the worst service I ave ever gotten.
