Really subpar experience. We got mani-pedis. They asked us to pay mid-way through our service, which I thought was strange. There were other customers in the building who paid after their service. The staff seemed very rushed. It was a little busy but they seemed to have plenty of staff working, a few people sitting around on break, and no customers waiting to be serviced. They rushed us through the experience, they did not listen to our preferences, they gave us the manicure and pedicure at the same time which felt rushed and overwhelming. They tried to upsell us on gel multiple times after we insisted we wanted regular polish, then they accidentally used gel top coat on my regular polish, which predictably never dried since it wasn't cured. After waiting for it to dry for 30+ minutes (no one came back to check on me), I accidentally smudged it. I asked them to fix it: They acted annoyed, but obliged. Again, they never came back to check on it. I wish I had painted my nails myself. It would have looked better anyway. Would not recommend and would not return. Went here in April 2025 and even made appointments, ended up getting a spa treatment for my sister and was planning on getting one myself when the man doing my nails said "you don't want spa experience do you? It extra? We no do" and immediately started working on my feet. Did not file my nail beds all of the way or prep any of my toes before adhering my falsies. While he was cutting my cuticles he proceeded to cut his finger on accident and BLEED on the top of my foot. He got up and headed to the sink so I'm thinking "thank goodness he's gonna clean it off" just to proceed to get himself a bandaid and get right back to working on my feet. Everything was so rushed that later that night I proceeded to pop off every single nail WITH EASE after one of them popped off in my sock. I had heard good things about this salon, but I will never go there again! I was getting a mani and pedi for my daughter's wedding and had the worst manicure ever. I brought my own polish, so if I needed to touch up before my daughter's wedding, I would have my own color. The man that did my manicure told me I bought cheap polish, and kept trying to talk me into using one of their colors. He wanted me to do a gel manicure, which I did not want to do, and I made that very clear. He gave me such a rushed manicure, and trimmed my cuticles so close, and kept cutting and tearing at them that four of my fingers were bleeding, and he couldn't get one of them to stop. Horrible service where the sign in sheet means nothing! Waited 30 minutes, watched people sign in after I did and get service first. Manager is dishonest as she tried to "explain" that they were trying to get through clients that signed in hours earlier. Afterwards she and her client smirked over the clever lie. My lil sister and I went to get our nails done for my wedding this weekend and they were gentle and listened to everything we wanted, they did seem to be out of a lot of colors (for my little sister) but they accommodated her nicely!! I went in to treat myself to a mani pedi on Thursday and spent $187 for it. (WITHOUT tip.) I've never had such a rushed mani pedi before. Niki did a very good job on my nails and was very attentive. I did have to ask her to buff all the sharp edges around my acrylics because she skipped that step but did it happily for me after asking. Tingman did my pedicure, i paid for the Organic #3. Every one of my toes on my left foot were cut at a slant and the nail polish doesn't even go up to my cuticle, i had to go home and reshape them completely. (might i add that the whole entire reason I went in for a pedicure was because one of my toenails were growing into my skin and toes freak me out so I wanted them to fix it but they completely ignored it so I had to go home and take care of it myself too.) They did my mani pedi at the same time in one of the massage spa chairs and it was an extremely uncomfortable position they were asking me to sit in to work on me at the same time. I told them I was sensitive MULTIPLE times since they were yanking me around and trying to bend my fingers and toes every which direction which hurt super bad because I've had broken toes. My "hot stones" were ran under cold water so they were completely ineffective for my sore muscles. The massage lasted less than 10 minutes. Neither of them tried to converse with me, just with eachother in another language which made me very uncomfortable. When I got up to leave there were pieces of nail in my shoes and when I got home I dug out more pieces of acrylic nail from the bottom of my purse. And don't get me started on the number of health violations I counted. I could go on. I totally understand wanting to get as many turnovers as you can but you're not going to get repeat customers if you rush through it the way they were today, as i was genuinely unsatisfied. After tingman figured out I was not pleased with my pedicure, he came over and talked to me and asked what he could do to make it right. He told me that i would get a discount for my pedicure but of course I never got the discount. This place paints nails but does not provide the "spa day" experience i was hoping for. read more

The experience was to be desired. Many things have me not coming back again between the pressure to upsell me on things and when I politely declined my nails were filed shorter and shorter to the point my nails ended up being a fraction of what I wanted, the lack of cleanliness, and being unable to give me a straight answer on pricing are just a few of the things that were an issue. Within hours I had broken a nail while wiping my counter at home. The acrylic is so thin it was unreal. My nails ended up being short, sloppy, and unfinished. While my underage daughter was sitting to one side of me the employees were on the other side of me talking about their sexual conquests among other things that weren't appropriate to be discussing. When I had to leave my seat so the next person could come up they proceeded to use the dirty towel from me on the next gal... there were so many things that were alarming at this salon. To finish it up at the end of it the ladies talked back and forth and up charged me beyond belief. Here are a few photos showing what was going on. I've been to this salon several times and they usually do a great job. The last couple of times, especially today, I've been disappointed. The lady working at station 11 was very rough, impatient, and almost hostile in her demeanor. I wasn't in the least bit rude or difficult so I'm not sure why she acted that way. After the manicure she demanded that I pay in cash. I have used a credit card there previously. I don't know if that is a new policy or? I wish she would have mentioned it before the manicure. I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is complete trash. I got a Jayhawk pedicure and it took less than 26 mins start to finish. Probably because the nail tech didn't shape my toenails or trim my cuticles at all. She skipped the 2nd coat of polish on my little toe and I guess thought I wouldn't notice. I've been to this salon 4 times. I have not noticed a pricing list anywhere. Last time I had acrylics put on with gel polish and it was $41. Then I went back for a fill and gel polish and it was $45. Doesn't make sense... they really need to have a price list so people can know what to expect. I can't say ever in my life has a fill cost more than a full set. Do they each charge what they want? They have about one million choices but after you make your choice of color, they will just put on whatever color they like. Do not pick a purple shade because they will give you a bright purple even if that is not what you pick. And then they will tell you it's $5 more for the color you did not pick. I came here a few weeks ago and had a phenomenal experience. However, I left from todays experience in tears. The man cut off over half my toenail and made it hurt extremely bad when it did not hurt when I walked in. Another employee had to come over and fix the damage. When it came time for polish he put 5-7 coats in and it was runny and "bubbly". He had to redo several of them. I complained multiple times--nicely--before getting a bit mean. My coworker and I went here after work last week and we got in pretty fast my service was okay but every time her nail tech left to go do something he'd be gone for 10 minutes at a time. She also got 3 different estimates for prices and no one could give her a consistent price.
