I finally answered one of the calls and was informed by staff at Tiffin's Windermere branch that I hadn't picked up my 10 PM order. I hadn't realized my order had been sent to their other branch, and I only saw the confirmation email after they told me. I explained that we had already eaten and couldn't pick up the food from a distant location at nearly midnight. Despite this, Tiffin charged me for the food that I unintentionally failed to collect. I disputed the charge with my bank, but Tiffin has been difficult to deal with and remains unyielding. I feel my rights as a consumer are being disregarded in this situation.
