I hated the idea of removing two teeth just to put posts and crowns in a teenager's mouth. So I let it go (hoping for a better idea?). But it was now past time for braces,so I bit the bullet--no pun intended. We made an appointment and got in within a couple of weeks. Their office has a good COVID protocol that allows very few people in at one time. We were ushered back to the exam room and went through a new patient questionnaire as well as an interview of sorts, and then the doctor came in to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The teeth had already started to fuse to his jaw bone a bit, making extraction more difficult and time consuming. My son was awake for the procedure and did very well, this for a kiddo with a relatively low pain threshold. I was called back into the room afterwards and again the doctor explained all that happened. We were given post-op instructions and checked out. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Recovery went remarkably well. In fact, I was surprised just how quick it was. My son went from soft food back to his regular diet in just a couple days and didn't complain once of pain. I hope we don't need their services again. But if we ever do need oral surgery in the future, I would definitely go back.

I felt that this was a bit exorbitant but continued with the process as I trust my regular Dr's opinion. I went back about a month later, ready to pay roughly $700 for a process that they said should take about 30 minutes, again, feeling that this was a bit pricey, but had cash, credit card & a check in hand ready for which ever payment method they preferred. I was asked to pay the entire amount the moment I checked in. I explained that I would be happy to pay when services were rendered but that I don't pre-pay for services. They refused to perform the services at this point, and so I left. I took two days off from work for these two trips. I paid the ridiculous consultation fee. I live about an hour away from this business and so also lost 4 hours in driving time, not to mention the gas money. I am extremely disappointed in this businesses practices. They tried to tell me that I signed something during the consultation that said that they ask for pre-payments for these procedures. I have absolutely no recollection of signing anything or hearing anything like this. I was not asked to pre-pay for the consultation, I paid as soon as it was over before exiting the building. If I had known that this is how they run their business, I would have never even called them. I am not aware of any other dental businesses that operates in this manner. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I would have given them 0 stars if it was an option.

Put me under, yanked out the teeth, barely charged me anything to do it, gave me pain killers that kill pain, and the surgeon even called me a few hours later to check up on me. Fear not. This place is great. They even give you a complimentary chapstick! Haha.
