The menu was one like I had never seen before. Everything from a large breakfast selection to Wagyu and Prime steaks. I had the best Ruben sandwich I had ever eaten ( that is saying a lot). We also shared the Wagyu filet with hand cut fries and sweet potato fries. The steak was sautéed with fresh mushrooms and onions. The steak was seasoned to absolute perfection. You have to try this. I recommend this Buffett for large gatherings, or to enjoy a peaceful home cooked like meal. The restaurant is super clean and they also have a bakery and store where you can buy different things. Outside of the restaurant, there's a concert hall and another gift shop. There's also the Carlisle inn which is a hotel onsite. This is also a good weekend trip, plus you are not that far from the other parts of Amish Country such as Walnut Creek, Berlin, and Millersburg.
