Good meal at a great price. The aroma and flavor of the Jamaican coffee was truly amazing!

What a wonderfully great place to get lunch! So many of the other restaurants in the area are over priced, and the food is just Soso because of the volume of food they serve. We found this place amidst the noise of all the other eateries, cafés, and restaurants in town. We ordered the stacks which is a lot of food, pressure, gradient, and wonderfully delicious.

Stopped by this cute cafe for lunch. My husband ordered a roast beef sandwich with a side of coleslaw. He said it was a delicious sandwich but the coleslaw was a little spicy with a horseradish taste. I had a cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. The onion rings were great - the burger was slightly above average. The staff is polite & helpful. Very clean place.

Nice cafe above grocery store. French toast was good, breakfast sandwich was great! Croissant was nice and flakey! Nothing fancy but the view down below is fun and the store decor in general is interesting to look at.

The is a fun location. The cafe is on the upper level of Walnut Creek Cheese. If you haven't been there, you need to check it out as well- HUGE Amish grocery store. The environment is diner like and the food was ok. I will say my wife had the spicy sub and it is probably her favorite sub ever. Have it hot! My cheeseburger was good but not special. The onion rings were really good. The kids meals were a great value with an entree- they got popcorn chicken- side, drink and ice cream for 4.99. The kids are the chicken but I thought they were not great at all. All in all a good place to grab a quick lunch.

Lots of options here at low price point. The Reuben was very good. You can share a side of fries bc it's so big. Fiancé had a turkey club but it wasn't the most fresh quality. Mozzarella sticks were served with ice cold marinara sauce. It's a decent place but you're better off buying some gems downstairs and taking them to go and eat wherever you are staying

I love coming to eat at the upstairs cafe after shopping at the grocery store. I could eat the baked oatmeal every day of my life!

The rice bowls are excellent and cheap and the the homemade custard is the bomb. Best frozen custard I have ever had. Love this place.

They run out of pies throughout the day because they're not serving old pie here, but they're good and lots to choose from. Service = Very friendly. Sometimes a guy has questions, like "Why is there a log of cheese with my soup?" (even though it's awesome). But they answer in a friendly way. Restaurant = This place is busy, you will likely wait. Lots of seats, because apparently I'm not the only one that plans on going back after visiting. Clean and quick.

They close at 3pm, took our names at 2pm, and said it would be a 45 minute wait (which it was) but we didn't feel rushed once we were seated even though it was close to closing time. Our server was extremely friendly and great! Foodwise, we ordered the veggie quiche with a side of the house tomato basil soup and the bistro burger (bacon added) with a side of their soup of the day, cheesy potato. They have a variety of specialty coffee drinks but I chose to order the lightly sweetened peach tea for something different. My husband really enjoyed his burger and said it was well seasoned. He enjoyed the potato soup also and only wished they had fries to enjoy with the burger. My tomato basil soup was tasty! The quiche needed seasoning...I had to add salt and pepper and hot sauce and it could have done without all the extra cheese sprinkled on top. It came with a slice of blueberry bread though which was nice! The peach tea was refreshing as a change but I'd go with coffee next time. All in all we'd eat there again for sure and would try one of their delectable-looking pastries next time too. Thank you for a nice lunch, Rebecca's Bistro!

The pot roast was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the noodles tasted just like home. We topped it off with strawberry pie and strawberry shortcake. The shortcake was the clear champion in my book, although my husband conducted extensive research by eating most of both desserts. Highly recommend saving room for sweets.

This is an old style diner with some counter seating and quite a few tables. They do not take names, so you just have to stand in line and wait your turn to be seated. This process was different for us but it went really well as we had probably 3-4 small groups ahead of us but were seated within less than 10 minutes. The service was very timely but not overbearing. We had drinks and our order taken probably with 5 minutes of being seated which was very nice. We got our food within probably 10-12 minutes of ordering which I thought was really good given how busy it was. As for the food, it was all very good. I had the biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns and a sausage patty all of which was very good. The sausage is their own recipe which was a little less seasoned than most but it was a very good patty. My wife had her usual eggs over easy, bacon and toast and she liked it all. The bacon was a thicker cut applewood smoked which was tremendous (she let me try it). We may try it for lunch or dinner if/when in the area again. I would definitely recommend this for breakfast if you are in the area.

Dessert coffees, to salads, and sandwiches. And if you are looking for healthy options like we were, there are none available. Not even light salad dressing. But that's OK, it was still very good and we enjoyed it. Also, I am not quite sure why these great little coffee shops insist on hiring sassy teenagers or young adults, but this shop was no exception. It's not that they're mean or are trying to be overtly rude, they just kind of act, annoyed that they are having to do something and aren't incredibly helpful if you have any questions about the food. My salad was good, but small. It was flavorful and as I mentioned they had no light options as far as other dressings. My wife's salad was not great at all. The chicken was sparse and very tough. It was about 1/4 of a a chicken breast. Mine was about 1/3 of a chicken breast. But again, other than the protein was flavorful. The only other negative was that we had to wait almost 25 minutes for our two salads to be prepared. the outside seating was nice, it seems to be a newly renovated building and was very simple but pretty one very very clean. It is a wonderful alternative to the "big box Amish buffet."
