Really bad experience. They gave us a broken camper that was covered in black mould. They gave us a melted spatula and scratched up pans. The ladder they gave us didn't reach the camper. I've tried to reach out but haven't heard back form them in over three weeks. We came from Canada and saved up all year for this and got completely screwed by this company. We had nowhere to sleep and ended up having to get a hotel. Do not recommend do not waste your money.

    Jeep

We loved our jeep camper with pop up tent! It was the perfect rental for our week in AZ. Staff at Indie campers was cool and helpful. It ended up being more expensive for us to change the pick up time and go over on miles. The website and customer service on the phone could be better but overall great experience and would rent from here again.

Old abused dirty Solis Sprinter Van. Pots, pans, dishes needed replacement - we're dirty and we did not use them because they were just old and not in good shape. we rented chairs table and bed linens- chair broken - linens old and cheap. Customer service was subpar. Good news is the van got us to where we were going. Won't use this company again! Wish we could.

they duct taped it together which makes no sense because it's obviously going to come apart when you use it

I would not recommend this rental company. We waited 4 hours past the pick up time for our rental to be ready. The padding in the camper on top of the jeep was soaking wet from them hosing it down to clean it last minute and nobody told us, it was 27 degrees outside and it ruined our sleeping bags and clothes. They also told us it was water proof when it wasn't causing it to ruin more of our clothes and equipment. The pop up tent they gave us was broken as well. We've called, emailed, messaged with no response to the issue. They don't care about their customers.

I can't recommend this camper van travel company enough! From start to finish, everything about our…read moretrip was seamlessly adventurous. The van was exceptionally well-stocked and very well cleaned inside. Ours did have a broken cigarette lighter & a hard to manage radio (dim lights & wonky knobs) but that didn't detract from the experience. It had everything we needed in the way of comfy bedding pillow cushions, a fully stocked kitchenette with utensils, pots, and even a portable sink. They even provided camping chairs and a portable grill! It felt like we were staying in a full mobile home. The layout was spacious with plenty of storage for our gear. When departing they also have a leftover section in which we were able to grab some items for the kitchen. If you're looking for an unforgettable camper van adventure with all the comforts and none of the stress, this company is the way to go. I'll definitely be using them again for my next road trip!

I rented an Escape Campervan in Phoenix, in order to head up to the Grand Canyon…read more While I booked the smaller van, they upgraded me to the larger one. I was not charged for the upgrade but I wish I'd had the smaller for an easier time driving. There weren't any options at this point as their supply on-site is limited. This van has a shark mural and was named "Torpedo." Pickup was easy and quick. Their office is tiny so be prepared to wait outside if someone else is picking theirs up at the same time. As with any rental, check for damages and take pictures/video before you drive away. They keep a free bin on site at pickup - you can grab propane, utensils, dry foods, etc. I don't suggest their rental system for most things - instead, I went to Walmart for everything I needed but couldn't find here for free. The van was great and Arizona's generous dispersed camping laws made for easy and free campsites. It had everything I needed - pillows, warm enough blanket, room for luggage/stuff, curtains, water, fridge, and cooktop. The padding on the bed was pretty thin and uncomfortable so I doubled up. I used a cigarette lighter cord for a charger. I couldn't figure out bluetooth or aux connection so I just played audio from my phone. Return was simple. Customer service was good - I noticed an error on billing and they corrected it same-day. Though their prices are competitive with other companies, it's not cheap to rent these overall, especially once you add on gas and mileage. However, they make for a really fun and spontaneous method of travel!

The team at Boho created the most beautiful van I've seen. Absolutely love her. Thank you!…read more Is my second van and I chose this team over my last builders because the process was a little tough for my first one. Boho's systems and procedures were tighter and the end result is gorgeous! There were some challenges along the way, as there always are, but David and Brett and the whole team came together to solve things. They are definitely upper echelon van builders in every way. And they work very hard for their reviews, ensuring that every customer leaves happy. They are really great humans! If you are considering a van build, you won't be disappointed in Boho. Highly recommend. :)

My wife and I arranged our entire wedding and honeymoon around Boho Camper Vans. We would not have…read morehad our wedding any other way. Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.
