We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. Felt like he didn't have the time or want to be bothered. After submitting everything via text twice. First time he messaged that he never got it. Got the price for both consignment and buyout and decided on buy out option as there wasn't much of a difference. If you do purchase here, just understand the warranty that you purchased (we did 5 year) doesn't cover problems like it was sold/told to us. We only had small issues non of which they took care of. Thankfully my hubby can fix things so no biggie but I wouldn't recommend the extra coverage that doesn't cover anything. Will we purchase here again...unlikely. What ruined it for us was customer service on the backend.

While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.

I walked in and spoke to the 2 nice ladies at the desk who were helpful. I requested to see some RV''s. They spoke to the GM who was sitting by 2 other salesman who were not busy. The female told me no one was there today help because the 2 senior salesman were at lunch. I told them I only wanted to look inside to check interior layouts. They said maybe later. I left my name and number in case they came back soon. As I was walking out, I noticed approximately 10 employees inside that were not busy. I said, "since no one can show me as RV, I guess no one wants a dale. I'll take my business elsewhere." I exited and drove to the class B's to see if I could look inside the windows. I was quickly followed by a salesman. I thought he might have brought keys to help. Instead he cussed me, in front of my wife and in-laws. I told him there was no reason to cuss me. He then swore at me again and said he was going to call the police. We left. I have never been treated this way, ever by any salesmen in my 56 years. If I did this at my job, I would face serious discipline. They were extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Steer clear of this location.
