We walked to the left to the hat section and two employees (Diego and Javer) were working in that section. After about 3 to 4 minutes of us standing around looking for a hat, Javer finally asked if we needed any help. Diego was steaming and stretching a hat for his personal use. He stated the hat didn't sit right but he needed to get a haircut and maybe it would fit. My husband found a hat he like without the help of the employees and had question. Javer did stated that they didn't have the equipment to block a hat in the store and asked us to leave a review in hopes corporate would buy a hat block for the store. The two employees were more interested in finding Diego a hat that fit than working with paying customers right in front of them.
