The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set. Though a little longer than a trip to a typical nail salon, I enjoyed every minute. I'll definitely be back as I hope to have found my new nail home.

He took time to try to find the design amongst a drop off, filled with others that were similar, but not exact until he found the perfect match. As a result, I now only go to this location and always hope that Vincent is there . The place is very neat and nice and I like the clean white decor. What I do not like, however is that you will wait when you get here. And the walk-in service is not the most professional that I have seen. You pretty much have to stand there and wait to be acknowledged or if you're familiar with visiting then you check in using the small kiosk outfront. The good thing about the kiosk is you know what your cost is going to be upfront which is not the same at other nail salon so I do appreciate that. I also had to ask for water versus being asked by needed something to drink like other salons that I typically frequent as well. I can't remember the last time I went to get a pedicure and it was not possible to get something to drink. I had just finished up my water bottle so I was counting on that but nothing was available. They handed me the nail colors and I picked one out. The woman who gave me the pedicure was very pushy about trying to get me to get the most expensive package. I picked the second tier package, which was supposed to come with a nine minute foot massage as they specifically stated the time. My foot massage lasted just over five minutes total. It was supposed to be $55, but when I went to pay, I was charged $70 and when I asked why it was that much they told me it was a $15 up charge for gel. They didn't even give me any other option. I live in San Diego and I get pedicures every month and this is more expensive than the pedicures I get there. I would not return to this place.

The polish was uneven, thick, and sloppy. I called the salon, and they asked me to come back so they could fix them. Unfortunately, the second attempt still looked bad. When I told the manager I still wasn't satisfied, she shrugged her shoulders and dismissed my concerns. I even went outside to look at my toes in natural light, took another photo, and came back in to show her. Instead of trying to make it right, she became rude and only offered me $10 back. She also told me, "Your feet look fine. They only look bad when you put a camera on them." The most shocking part was that other customers spoke up for me. Two customers told the manager my toes looked unacceptable and that they would be upset too if they had paid for that work. One customer was so bothered by how I was being treated that she personally gave me back the money I had spent. I repeatedly told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. I will never forget her kindness. While this was happening, I also watched three customers leave because of the way the staff was handling the situation and how I was being treated. This review isn't just about a bad pedicure--mistakes happen. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem, and instead I was dismissed, treated disrespectfully, and left paying for work that was unacceptable. My boyfriend and I continued coming here even after my regular nail tech moved away, and I've also brought my 3-year-old daughter with me. We actually stopped coming for a few months because the wait times had become so long, but decided to give them another chance after being told we would be seated immediately. We still ended up being there until around 9 PM. This visit was especially frustrating because I asked for specific services and instead of simply doing what I requested, I kept being given alternatives and opinions. The receptionist also told me it wasn't a good idea to get my daughter's nails done and said it was basically a waste of money because she would mess them up. She has been getting her nails done for about a year, so I already know what she can handle. I'm also fully aware of how I choose to spend my money. For this visit, I spent $175 total for myself and my daughter. Her nails were $23 and her pedicure was another $23. My own services included a $65 gel builder set, a $15 "deep French" charge, a $43 pedicure, $19 gel polish, and an additional $10 charge. What was labeled as "deep French" also looked like a regular French tip to me, so that added to my frustration with the pricing. At the end of the day, if a customer is asking for a service that you offer and is willing to pay for it, there shouldn't be so much pushback or unsolicited commentary. Between the long wait times, the customer service, and the overall experience, I don't see myself returning.
