I went with my sister for a pedicure and she got a manicure. They were able to get us in right away, which was nice. They also put my sister at a little manicure table that was right near my pedicure chair so we could chat, which we appreciated. I can't remember the last time I went to get a pedicure and it was not possible to get something to drink. I had just finished up my water bottle so I was counting on that but nothing was available. They handed me the nail colors and I picked one out. The woman who gave me the pedicure was very pushy about trying to get me to get the most expensive package. I picked the second tier package, which was supposed to come with a nine minute foot massage as they specifically stated the time. My foot massage lasted just over five minutes total. It was supposed to be $55, but when I went to pay, I was charged $70 and when I asked why it was that much they told me it was a $15 up charge for gel. They didn't even give me any other option. I live in San Diego and I get pedicures every month and this is more expensive than the pedicures I get there. I would not return to this place. read more

I did not like my nails. I came here while my car was getting serviced to past time. The shape was off, the design did not look like the picture and when I advised the nail tech, she added a little more color but still didn't look like the picture. The prices are expensive as well. I was tired of explaining what I wanted (which I also had a pic for reference) and decided to let it be. My nails didn't even last 2 weeks before they started lifting from the nail bed. Never again! read more

Went in for a quick walk in on a Tuesday afternoon and was able to get worked on immediately. I just needed a basic SNS manicure and my manicurist Bobby was very good! He was quick without sacrificing the quality of the manicure and a good conversationalist. I also got a great eyebrow wax from Sam. The overall atmosphere is very nice, with ample space between pedi chairs and mani tables. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly. read more

I am very disappointed with my pedicure appointment on 6/21/25 I paid $77.24 plus a $10 tip. The women did not clean away the cuticle nor the rough skin around the nail. Changing my review because I only noticed later during the day that the ring finger nail was filed down almost to the nail. I'm traveling in a few hours and just not happy. Giving 2 stars because the lady was very patient with me while choosing colors. Great service today. I made an appointment for a manicure + pedicure at a specific time at Lush Nail Bar in Colony Square. I arrived on time. The manicure was not started for almost 15 minutes. One reason is that the first five colors I chose were unavailable. The technician was so-so and the manicure was rushed. The quality was substandard, the worst manicure/pedicure I've had in 25 years (I'm not exaggerating). The nail buffer she used was falling apart, so obviously not clean. The pedicure did not start for 30 minutes after the manicure was finished. I had to ask for the water to be put in the soaking basin. The technician was young and appeared inexperienced, but nice. She was not going to clip the nails, which obviously needed clipping. She was also a bit rough. The polish was thick and gunky and she kept adding it to smooth it out, but it just got worse. Ultimately, I asked her to remove the polish, so I left with a substandard manicure and pedicure and no polish on my toes. The pedicure care was cluttered and the technician got up at least five times to get something she needed. The manager apologized a couple times and gave me a discount, even though I said I didn't want one because I didn't want to be perceived as gaming for a discount. The environment was not welcoming and not particularly clean and organized. I repeat, this was the worst manicure/pedicure I've had in 25 years. read more

Lush Nail Bar has significantly declined in service. The salon is located in Toco Hills Plaza on North Druid Hills Road. This salon is either a hit or miss due to the lack of experience in nail technicians. My final straw was the disrespect and lack of professionalism. When I expressed my concern about my broken and uneven nails, Bobby and the owner responded rudely. While searching for a color, Bobby abruptly walked up to his desk, yelled across the room, and instructed me to sit down. He made it clear that picking a color wasn't an option. Bobby's behavior was rude and disrespectful. While slinging my hands around in anger, he rushed the entire process and told me he wasn't doing a design. You've lost a loyal customer, and you're wondering why your business is failing. To compensate for the lack of business, you're forced to overcharge. read more

They are using fake products and charging city prices. I had received sns nails and a pedicure. I had to get my nails redone somewhere else because they were hurting so bad. I never experienced that before. Also I received a pedicure with white polish. 2 days later they turned pink. Also I asked for champagne or wine will getting my pedicure they told me I had to upgrade my pedicure in order to get a drink. I wasn't receiving the basic pedicure and also paid for my niece to get a pedicure and full set. They are out of the mind. I remember now why I stopped going to them years ago. read more

first n foremost id like to mention i'venever had an issue with this particular location before until today , only service i would receive was a pedicure at most! however, today i just wanted to switch things up and treat myself with a manicure which i rarely do. i was greeted by a caucasian lady at the front desk and told her my service which was a manicure but i asked if they provide builder gel and she replied " if there is someone here to do it " which im going to assume no theres no one to do it so i settled for the SNS service. i am finally seated by the lady in the picture thats going to do my service, i ask if she knows how to do builder she says yes and says the service is 65$ cool. however, i noticed she doesn't seem in the best mood, energy is low just doesn't seem like she wants to be there i attempt to uplift the mood trying to hold a conversation but shes very dismissive so i just give up. she gets straight to it but i notice shes not cleaning under my nails and you can see the dirt and grime under my nail but proceeds to apply the builder gel on a dirty nail just rushing her service and it does not look appealing just pure laziness. so im asking all these questions, my last straw was when i asked if she was going to at-least file them i want them square she proceeds to say shes going to file them round because my natural nail is short and it looks better that way which is not what i want. i appreciate the suggestion but absolutely not. i politely ask can you remove the overlay you just applied i dont want to proceed with the service anymore mind you we were literally 5mins into the service so i didn't wait a long time to speak up she literally huffs n puffs show signs shes annoyed whatever removes the over lay then she goes and calls over the receptionist who greeted me at first annoyingly " she doesn't want anything anymore" the receptionist shrugs her shoulders and just looks at me? implying what do you want me to do which is very unprofessional and rude and uncalled for which wasn't necessary at all. they both inform me after the fact its extra for a manicure that builder gel service doesn't include the manicure service which is ridiculous, its not about the money i just find it odd how a nail place does a service on a nail that isn't properly cleaned. whoever manages this nail salon needs to take serious action how their employees operate because this is unacceptable and im concerned they're maybe inconsistent application of lush nail bar service and id also like clarification how these kinds of decisions are being handled if this is happening to me this can happen to anyone who maybe afraid to speak up. this cannot continue no more. proceed at your own risk. read more

I started going to Lush mainly for convenience since it's close by, but the experiences there have been declining in quality. The last two times I went, the salon feels less clean, and the techs do not open a new pack of sanitized equipment in front of you. Today, the tech for my manicure wiped a buffing tool on a dirty towel, then pulled a new head from an open basket instead of a clean sealed pack. When painting, instead of using nail polish remover on a brush to wipe away spillover, he used his long thumbnail (gross) and the finished product was sloppy. I wish I had looked closer before I tipped him. I won't be back! read more

After my initial great visit, I got a different team this time and my gel manicure is chipping (my entire right hand) just three days later. I don't have time to get it fixed so I'll just have to suck it up this time. For the prices they charge this is unacceptable. Also, pay attention when you are telling them what color you'd like because their numbering system is off (the number I picked was actually two different colors in completely different color families - had I not noticed, I would've gotten the wrong one completely). While I was getting my eyebrows done, I overheard another customer also having a tough time getting the color she wanted it so at least I know it's not just me. read more

OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!!! Came in to get my SNS nails removed, and I have never been more dissatisfied with nail service (and I have had a variety of nail services over the course of the last decade. I know how it should feel). Rather than buff gently with the electric file and then let them sit in acetone to let them gently come off over the course of fifteen minutes, she came in STRONG with the electric file, put them in acetone for maybe a minute, and then rinsed and repeated the cycle three times. This took off several layers of my natural nails with the SNS, and it HURT! Then I kindly requested that she cut my natural nails short and clean up my cuticles (it was time to let them breathe after a few months of acrylics). She cut my brittle nails SQUARE, and not nearly short enough. She cut me several times with the cuticle nippers and made me bleed. When washing my hands after she was done, I accidentally ripped one of the corners on the nails. The entire reason I went to a salon to get them off was to get them short enough that they could heal from square one and not break in the process. All the while, she shamed me OUT LOUD for my dry hands and cuticles. I was in and out in TWENTY MINUTES and left with natural nails that look like.... well.... see for yourself. To add insult to (literal) injury, the experience cost me $27, plus the $3 tip. I've NEVER tipped under $5 for nails in my life. I couldn't bring myself to tip zero, but considering I had to fix them myself in the car, I wish I had, because that's what this experience was actually worth. read more

An affordable, high end nail salon in a new, large modern facility. We designed a place where you can come and relax. We focus on having a highly trained staff and having a super clean salon. Our client's health and safety is a priority. We sanitize all metal and use as many disposable items as possible. Come relax and be pampered in a nail salon like no other. COVID: During this pandemic, we will be gradually opening up. We will be on limited staff, so please call to schedule your appointment. We are the largest salon in the area, have the highest ceiling space and a very powerful ventilation system. This all helps with proper social distancing between clients and reduce air pollutants. We have have barriers between clients and staff and require that all staff and clients wear face mask. We will provide you a face mask if you don't have one. We have stocked up on disinfectants and sanitizers. We disinfect all chairs and work stations between guest. We require that guest wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the store. We use disposable items when possible and disinfect all metal implements with hospital grade disinfectants and individually package those items for each client use. Our family has been in the nail industry for years. We've worked in dozens of salons and saw all the things that needed to be corrected in the typical nail salon. She is wonderful and one of the main reasons I've stayed. The front desk seems to have constant issues with its system. I've signed up for both text and email appointment reminders, but I never receive them despite mentioning it multiple times. In fact, today I called to confirm my appointment since I hadn't received a reminder, and I was told I didn't even have one scheduled. Thankfully, they had a later opening available. The front desk experience is also very inconsistent. Some staff members are incredibly kind and helpful, while others seem like they don't want to be there. If the office could resolve the ongoing technical issues and provide more consistent customer service, I would gladly give it five stars.

I've been going to Bob over 2 years, and recently he been giving me a rush job my past 2 sets. This last set i tried scheduling an appointment with him he didn't respond to my text , i then texted again the next day still didn't get a response. So i called the nail salon asking if Bob would be in , i was told he was going to be late and that they can call me when he does show up. 2 hrs later i got a call saying he arrived , the receptionist scheduled me for 1 pm. Then close to my appointment time, Bob finally responds to my text canceling my appointment. And saying he's tired of doing my nails the way he's been doing them since they don't have coffin nails right now. Mind you, i had take time off getting my nails done because the were getting too flimsy and breaking. I then started coming back to him in December. Got a December set And by the January set i was told they don't have coffin nails but they were ordering some. So he made the coffin shape himself that appointment. February he did the same thing since they still didn't have coffin shape nails. 02/31/2026 , i was going to do stiletto nails for my march set since 2 appointments ago they still didn't have the coffin nails. But before me having that discussion bout what type nail set i wanted , Bob cancelled my appointment. He didn't go over anything that i wanted, didn't even suggest any other type of nail shapes. Just cancelled it automatically. So i called as soon as i read the text and told him what i wanted done, he then said he's going to try to find the stilettos and text me back if he finds them. He then texted saying he can have me come in at 1:30. I arrived then , he had my nails soaking for a long time . Then he only did the nail application on then handed me over to Jason to do finish my nails because a lady was dissatisfied with her nails and she wanted Bob to fix them. So he left me, had Jason finish for him and Jason was doing whatever to my nails. Wouldn't let me see what he was doing, he kept telling me to put them in the drying after he was done with each nail. The results was nothing like the picture. He put things i didn't request. The shaping was horrible. The placing of Rhinestones he put on there was crooked. Glue was showing. The design looked very rushed. Honestly look like a first timer did my nails. I wasn't pleased with them AT ALL. I told Bob i didn't want anything that Jason did to my nails and he told me there wasn't anything he can do about it since it's already done. Which is crazy cause he went to fix another clients nails but couldn't fix mine ? I was over charged too for something that look so horrible. I just think overall the whole service was very unprofessional. If BOB didn't want to do my nails in the first place, he could have said that instead of giving me poor service. I had to immediately go to another place and get them redone. I would like a refund. I would not be returning here. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. read more

I had a horrible experience at Lush Nails Bar. Just a couple of days after my appointment, I developed a painful nail infection so bad that I had to go to the doctor and be put on antibiotics. This should never happen at a salon if proper sanitation is followed. The tools and environment did not appear to be cleaned properly, and the staff showed little concern about hygiene. I will never go back and strongly warn others to avoid this place for their own health. read more

I went there for their soft opening for a pedicure! Wow they were the bomb! I had two ingrown toenails and they even cut them right to not hurt me and keep them clean! The massage was awesome and they were more than friendly. They even had cookies and drinks. It was all so kind and I loved every minute of it. Not to mention it's very clean, 100's of colors to choose from and great prices! I will totally be back! read more

Lush Nail Bar Toco Hills is my go-to place when I'm need of getting my nails done. The establishment is so clean, modern, and relaxing. I came in with my sister to have our monthly sister dates. Go see Anni. She does a marvelous job and listens to feedback! You need to find a manicurist you like here. My first time coming, I wasn't satisfied, but having found "my person" has made all the difference. Also love the atmosphere and they'll give you a 10% discount if you pay in cash. read more

The polish was uneven, thick, and sloppy. I called the salon, and they asked me to come back so they could fix them. Unfortunately, the second attempt still looked bad. When I told the manager I still wasn't satisfied, she shrugged her shoulders and dismissed my concerns. I even went outside to look at my toes in natural light, took another photo, and came back in to show her. Instead of trying to make it right, she became rude and only offered me $10 back. She also told me, "Your feet look fine. They only look bad when you put a camera on them." The most shocking part was that other customers spoke up for me. Two customers told the manager my toes looked unacceptable and that they would be upset too if they had paid for that work. One customer was so bothered by how I was being treated that she personally gave me back the money I had spent. I repeatedly told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. I will never forget her kindness. While this was happening, I also watched three customers leave because of the way the staff was handling the situation and how I was being treated. This review isn't just about a bad pedicure--mistakes happen. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem, and instead I was dismissed, treated disrespectfully, and left paying for work that was unacceptable. I've included photos of the original pedicure and the "fixed" version so others can judge for themselves.
