I had Marcus out recently when my main pump seized and completely stopped. I couldn't find anything but rebuilt pumps or ones with inflated prices because of Covid supply chain snafus. Then I remembered Marcus had fixed some spa jet related issues some time back. I was impressed with his breadth of knowledge at that time and his no BS way quickly analyzing the problem getting the job done quickly. Anyway, he was able to find a Pentair pump at a good price and install it within a couple of days, saving me from a green pool. I don't know why anyone would hire anyone else as all he does is service and he is great at that. I don't hire anyone that also does pool cleaning. Either contact Indigo or find a pro like Marcus who specializes in servicing and repairing the equipment. The jobs most pool cleaning folks don't have the expertise to do. I contacted Marcus after reading the 5 star reviews, and was hoping for a similar experience. An appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday, I had scheduled my day around the appointment, he never showed up and never called. I had connected with him again, received a reply a few hours later saying he is a few days behind Because of a broken truck and Never heard from him again. Premier Pool Service was the third pool service company I used when I moved to RSM. Thankfully, it will be my last. Within the first month of service Marcus found the leak that my prior companies told me I didn't have. Fixed the auto fill system, that hadn't work in months. Removed a rat that was in my pool heater system that I couldn't get rid of all while keeping my pool clean and the water balanced. Marcus charges the market fee and doesn't charge for small fixes and adjustments. His repair costs are very reasonable and he will guarantee his work. We recently engaged Marcus and his team to service our pool in Laguna Hills. Marcus quoted us a reasonable monthly price and promised to quickly restore the quality of our pool to what it should be. Our prior maintenance company had provided negligent service and the pool became dirty and full of algae. Marcus came out personally and removed the algae and reset the pump, the pool vacuum and the skimmer, and added some beneficial, relatively inexpensive equipment.
