Zach is amazing with his communication! I reached out to him from yelp after halfway through escrow on our new pool home, and he was so laid back but informative and confident. The name gives you a chuckle, but he means business and is so nice. His guy Chase tends to our pool and is always here working and Zach has always informed us if there's a change in schedule (the only instance was because of Christmas). For our saltwater pool and spa, services aren't the lowest of the quotes we received, but Zach seemed OCD about how particular he is about maintaining ppl's pools. Being on the market plus the last owners moving out of state months prior, it's surprising that the pool's chemical balance was acceptable to begin with, but I'm still so glad that we have someone like Zach's team taking care of us here. I happened upon Zach and his company after essentially giving up on finding someone to fix my pool heater that had been broken for more than two months.
