We really enjoyed our visit to Indigo Sky Casino & Hotel! The casino itself is beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly mild when it comes to cigarette smoke--which is always a huge plus for me. There are tons of games to choose from, and every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Rock & Brew, the bar inside the casino. Great atmosphere and a fun place to grab a drink! They also have a really nice coffee shop. Finley helped me choose a coffee and made a great recommendation. I absolutely love when an employee can offer suggestions and confidently help you decide--it shows they know their products and take pride in what they do. Great job, Finley! My only complaint has absolutely nothing to do with Indigo Sky or its employees--it was some of the other patrons. We encountered several people who were unbelievably rude. People would push past you if they wanted a slot you were considering playing, sit at machines they weren't playing just to save seats while watching someone an aisle away, or practically run you over because you happened to be in their way. A little courtesy goes a long way! That being said, I wouldn't hold the behavior of other guests against the casino itself. Overall, Indigo Sky Casino & Hotel is a fun, beautiful, and clean casino with minimal smoke, tons of games, great food and drink options, and an excellent staff. We would definitely visit again--just be prepared for a few patrons who apparently left their manners at home. We did not stay at the hotel. We made it a day trip. read more

so I wrote a review on Google about a year ago about this casino and hadn't been here in a long time came back tonight because we were out for an anniversary party and they still suck games glitch. I've had two machines on me on a win glitch up when I call for they tell me oh the machines just teasing you clearly not it is evitable. I told them to go check the cameras. I'm over this casino. They suck their games. They keep switching them out. You find something you like and they change it to some stupid Chinese or something you never it's ridiculous. read more

Now....keep in mind, this a casino in Oklahoma - not Vegas - when I give 5 stars. But for Oklahoma casinos in this neck of woods, Indigo is the second best casino around for size and amenities. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The place is well maintained - and doesn't show too much wear for all the traffic a casino hotel can have. If you're a pool person - their pool is way nice, cozy of sorts and has a full bar outside. The Rock & Brew bar is neat looking and has some great bar food. And they're getting ready to open their other new (nicer) restaurant concept - that likely will have it being a major upgrade to the sit down (nicer) food options they've had in the past (which really lacked). All and all...people will think Downstream is the best/nicest casino around here - and it is. But Indigo is of that same class and doesn't give up much at all to Downstream. Downstream has a far better poker room - Indigo always has big bingo events - there's the big difference with the gaming side. I would give a 5 star review for the table dealers, they were great. The bar tender at the restaurant, her name was Trista. She was terrible, she didn't acknowledge us or make any attempt to take our order. She just sat at the end of the bar drinking whatever she had in her cup, so we asked for help from someone who was already overwhelmed by the amount of bar drinks she was making. She said yes, sorry I'm getting a lot of drinks in and there's not much help. I said, well why is she over there drinking her drink, while we and other guests have been here for 10 min with Noone helping. The couple next to us got greeted right away and ordered a medium ribeye and a burger 5 min after us and their food came out 15 min before ours, I'm guessing because we ordered togo and it's not a priority. We ordered chicken strips and a club sandwich. I would seriously reconsider who I have running my bar if I were you. We chose there to spend our night off with the kids and got totally disrespected by Trista, not gonna lie, she is the worst. Chelsea was the bright spot, she was working her butt off while everyone else was doing the bare minimum at best. I know it's hard to find good people to work, but you can't allow a person like Trista to decimate your business. I would never sit at the bar again if she is working there. My husband and I went to try out the new restaurant. We were seated by the bar, no big deal. We waited for about five minutes and we had to ask for a menu, then it was another ten minutes for them to come back and take our drink order. We ordered waited and waited finally our meals came out but they forgot to bring out our pretzel as an appetizer. We said something about it they said they would get it we said it was okay forget about it it'll be fine. They went ahead and brought it out but wouldn't charge us for it, that was fine but it should've came out before our meal. Then when we were ready to leave we had to ask for our ticket. We had a foo voucher and my husband paid and they kept our change even though it was $1.40 but still we left them a $5 tip. My husband said something about his change and they made a big deal about it, so we just said keep it. We will never go back. And as for the food it really wasn't all that good read more

((long but please read if you work here)) I had an interview there today. My appointment was at 10. Upon arriving, they told me it was at 10:30, not a big deal. I'll wait. I sat there for approximately 45 mins. The lady that works in office 233H (human resources) was talking to another man who was some kind of manager they loudly were discussing an employee with a classic J name like Jared Jake or something similar I guess he requested a Monday off and was told no so he asked for Thursday ,Friday so he could have a 4 day weekend I guess the manager told him no so J name wanted to file a complaint about favoritism the manager was telling this to human resources (233H) to let her know to basically throw his complaint out they where both laughing and very clearly said of course we have favorites and said they would make him work that weekend (Saturday and sunday) as retaliation I was disgusted and knew at that moment I didn't want the job but I would wait for the boss to show for the interview and let him know why I was going to refuse the job so I kept waiting another lady went into room 233H she was older with long blonde hair so it was 3 people lady who works in that room the manager man and blonde lady (NOT the lady that works in 233G and NOT the receptionist) the manager brings up something about employees not understanding something about an email or notice that was sent out the lady in 233H then says I explained it to everyone 3 times so they can all go F*** themselves I was outraged checked my watch to see that it was about 10:30 and the boss was a no show a couple minutes passed and the lady in 233H said ok I guess I'll interview that girl in a minute it was 10:35 so I just got up and left what a toxic work place my heart breaks for the employees PS my appointment was at 10 but they mixed me up with another person who actually had a 10:30 time so someone was supposed to interview at 10 me or another person either way the boss never showed up for the 10am appointment I arrived at 9:50 so I wasn't going to sit around and wait past 10:35 read more

It was my husband and I 8th wedding anniversary and money has been more than scarce so anything we did was strategically planned out. We had our entire night and the following day planned. Now mind you, this was far from our first time having ever stayed and had actually planned on staying multiple times more in the future. It always played out that one of not both of us had free nights available to which we ALWAYS upgraded to either the Junior or Senior suit. ALWAYS. This time, we had a Junior suit bc it was what we could afford while still allowing us enough money to play and eat. I try not to complain much but after the last stay, I upgraded to a King Suite for my birthday so that I could soak in the jacuzzi tub.. which was great until I turned in the jets and there was a serious amount of mold that flushed out of the jets. I know those can be difficult to clean but a serious deep cleaning should be scheduled regularly.. this stay was no better. When I sat my things down on the bed and went to take my shoes off so I could shower, I noticed food along the wall and floor.. ramen noodles. There was trash sporadically as if either they just didn't clean thoroughly or didn't vacuum at all. Idk but I ignored it. So this night, like many other nights we have stayed, I brought rose petals to try to make for a romantic evening with my husband. A few on the floor.. in the bubble bath and across the bed. That night after the bath, I cleaned the petals out and disposed of them properly in the trash can. The next morning while my husband was taking our things to the car, I cleaned a majority of them up from the bed and floor. After check out, our deposit was returned. As it should have been. NOT EVEN HALF AN HOUR LATER.. they charged my card $75 for rose petal stained carpets and bed linens!! Are you kidding me?? 30 minutes is not enough time to clean a room that size and do so thoroughly much less wash the bedding then come back to say they were stained!!! Anyone that knows anything about rose petals knows that they do not permanently stain!! However anyone that knows the hospitality field also knows that hotels toss out bed linens like garbage left and right!! So why was I being charged for stains that if washed correctly, or even twice, would have came out? As for the carpet, how can you say it was stained?? It's deep dark blue almost purple carpet!! I highly doubt we return. read more

At the blackjack table I was at there was a crazy "rule" I had never heard of in my life (gambling in casinos since about 30 years) - when the dealer gets a 16 - the game ends? It's a push unless you have a 21. This gives you a not very subtle clue as to what kind of place it is. I also tried the slots - found them tight. I would not recommend the place for serious gambling. People at the blackjack table said that the seafood was very good. I have to say the dealers were mostly entertaining and friendly. The waitresses came by regularly and I did not mind the smoke. The place was exciting due to the crowd (I went on a Saturday night). I went to Indigo again recently - a female friend was dancing near a live band with another girlfriend. One of them was pretty drunk. She fell (while dancing) twice - they threw her out of the casino. I think security was too tough on her - just my 2¢. The band was playing Stray Cats rockabilly music. I booked a weekend getaway for my mother's birthday. she owns a daycare and wanted a child free weekend away. the food at the restaurant was bland and definitely not worth the price point. Then upon entering the pool area we were bombarded with almost 30 small children (we counted) only 3 of which had wrist bands in order to enter said pool area. these mostly unsupervised children were there until the pool closed late at night. in my opinion very inappropriate to allow children in an area where alcohol is being served and drunk adults in bathing suits will be. I could not enjoy my time at all. was so angry we went up to our room and straight to bed. was not about to gamble and give this place any more of my money after that experience. read more

I have got this email multiple times a month since Sept. 2018 so I messaged them on Facebook asking them why they say this is a limited time offer but really it's an every month offer and all they said is I can be removed from the emailing list if I dont like it. I honestly would go back here because the hotel room was dirty and the food way terrible and you dont really win anything. Indigo Sky is one of my most favorite casinos to go to. The food is good! Hotel is incredible. Comfortable beds! Easy, painless processes for check in. Service is fantastic and doesn't take 20 minutes to bring you the drink you ordered, while playing. The servers are friendly, fast, and always come back to check on you! The machines pay well, or will make your dollar go longer than what it would at other local casinos! read more

Hotel is had very nice and has a recently completed new tower of guest rooms. The pool area is fantastic and has plenty of room to relax and unwind. I didn't spend a lot of time in the restaurants or casino on this stay, but I would definitely come back. read more

We stayed in the RV park on the casino grounds. The weeds around our site needed trimming. There were plenty of sites to choose from. All had 50 & 30 amp service and water. The pads were all blacktop and level, all back ins no pull throughs. The dump station was not a pull through. It obviously was once an rv site that had been converted to the dump. We did have access to the pool and hot tub after getting a key card from the hotel desk. However the website mentioned that the pool was heated and it was not! We were not able to enjoy it since our stay was in September and it was cool outside. We noticed that the pool needed some cleaning since it had dirt and debris on the bottom. The hot tub was enjoyable. We had to get a bathroom code from hotel desk in order to use the shower at the RV park. The showers needed attention because we noticed some mold in the corners of the floor. The RV park had an office but it was closed with a sign saying to check in at hotel desk. We arrived around 11 am so I'm guessing the office was closed all the time. When we went for lunch at the restaurant we had to walk through part of the casino and the cigarette smoke permeated the entrance and front of it. We are nonsmokers so this was offensive. The food was ok but I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating however the wait staff were friendly and helpful. Our overall stay was just ok hence the 3 stars. We possibly would stay again if in the area since the price was reasonable ($25) and it's close to the Grand Lake area. We were not there for the Casino but were just traveling through the area. read more

My husband and myself go to indigo sky and always had a great time until this year 9/4/23 . We checked in and was put in a room upon entering the smell was awful like something dead and sprayed with insectisides .... We went right back to the desk and requested a new room, which was alittle better but was dirty looking. Went to the pool and was filled with unrully kids doing flips splashing, dont get me wrong I like kids but was not enjoyable. We went back to the room and took a shower and noticed mold on the shower curtain. Ok another setback but went downstairs and gambled, Went back to the room and our room key would not work went back down to the desk and got new key cards. The next day was better but told the manager about some of our conncerns she said she would look into it. Went to the pool which was enjoyed but lots of leaves floating. Went back to room and the key card would not work again. They blamed on getting the key card to close to our cell phone, by the way my husband never carries his phone. Ok let that one go. My husband walks outside to get exercise and had people coming up to him asking for money or a ride ..... We gambled and husband felt bugs crawling on his legs and killed a few. We planned on staying 4 days but the final thing was the key card again UGH. When we got up the 3rd morning laying on the bathroom floor was a cacoon looking thing made out hair ,we packed up and was leaving the front desk woman was really concerned and asked me to retrieve the creature. She wanted us to stay and speak to her manager so we did while waiting I had to use the restroom in the casino, it was closed for cleaning ok so I waited as soon as they was done I went in the 1st stall and it was disgusting with fecal matter all over it .....So we know cleaning isn't getting done. Finally spoke to the manager and explained all these concerns and she only said she would look into it...and tried to turn everything around like it was our fault, She said the casino part was not her department or maintenance. This casino they let anybody park illegal on the west side of the casino, there's fire lanes for a reason. Everybody else has to park legal in parking spaces. The casino is a normal smoky casino but it's the best smoky casino we have in this area. Today I walked in without a mask. The masked young man asked "would you like mask." I've been here twice. Both times just for the king crab legs buffet. The price is reasonable. The rest of the buffet is pretty small. I have so many times wanted to give this place a nice review but in all honesty I simply can't.... My sister likes coming here regardless of losing & the slots being so tight..... she is not a small gambler and played well over 35 of the machines.... We jokingly say come on bonus...( which of course are VERY far & few)... but there is always that hope that the machines would simply let us play but they don't.... They just take, take, and take..... this casino is the poorest managed casino I have truly ever been at.... If it were up to me I would never come back along with about 70 of my friends who ( wouldn't you know play high bets)... but because they like it being close to home they want to go..... but I know I almost have them convinced to leave this place and gamble at Downstream or high winds because at least those casinos PLAY!!! Apparently Indigo Sky is one of the first casinos in the area that WILL NOT pay out a jackpot handpay until you show 2 forms of government ID 's or SS card! They give you a form to bring back with 2nd ID then they will pay you. I have had several jackpots in several states and this was the first. This could pose a problem for people passing through the area that do not always carry a second ID! They said the IRS is making them do this and all casinos will have to require it. There are three restaurants and on Sunday and Wednesday you can have all you can eat prime rib. And it's surprisingly good. There are two bars. One is a standard bar and the other styles itself a nightclub, it's called Echo and that is were I spent most of my time drinking in between donations to the Eastern Shawnee Native American tribe. The rooms are extremely nice and don't smell like smoke (yes, you can smoke in the casino). I'll be back working in Seneca in August and there is no chance I will stay anywhere else but the Indigo Sky! read more

I had actually gotten a deal off Groupon and ended up coming out ahead. Isn't that unheard of in a casino? The rooms were super clean and lovely. We had prime rib on the buffet and it was good. Not as big a buffet as other casinos but its still good. Its also not a smokey place which being a non-smoker I sincerely appreciate. I had a great time! Love groupon too for getting me to places I've never heard of. Would be nice if there was an indoor pool for the colder weather but I guess they don't want you in the pool they want you with the machines. :) read more
