An experimental Sour Smoothie flavor! Delicious! It had a high ABV Imperial Blonde base with real tropical fruit puree. It was DELICIOUS.

This is the best Brewery in the desert, hands down. They have the most unique, experimental beer as well as your basic styles to please anyone. Their seltzers are the most refreshing seltzers we have come across. Service is always friendly and helpful! Clean environment, and they always have the big games on! Also pet friendly with a lovely patio! Come check them out!

We had a great visit at the soft grand opening. Today, we met some friends for a beer or two. Enjoyed a flight and a pint. Happy for the new brewery close to home. Friendly service and cool brewery feel.

So when it came time to eat, I thought, well, this could be a challenge. Then I noticed La Quinta Brewing Co, and saw they had beer too. That changed things quickly. We walked over from our hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find a lively, bustling spot. Instead of waiting for a table, we grabbed seats at the bar near the kitchen, which turned out to be a great call. We ended up meeting Casey, a food runner, and he could not have been nicer. We had a great time eating, drinking, and just chatting. There was also a private event happening inside the brewing space, something with city engineers. Even so, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and they let me step in to snap a photo of the brewing tanks and the proudly displayed American flag. The food was good, the beer was solid, and the whole team made the place feel easy and inviting. Honestly, it felt like an oasis in the desert. La Quinta Brewing Co earns high marks from me. Five stars.

You don't want to live near the first row during a fan frenzy. It's a high risk // high reward world to existent in, but when the dust settles and you're seeking sanctuary the Coachella Craft Beer Barn is a literal oasis in a desert. The festival is mostly a cash-based society, but CCBB is one of the few areas that accept credit cards. Under the comfort of a tent you can barter for drafts from established breweries like Stone, Victory and The Bruery. Also present are sudsy start-ups like Coronado, Faction and La Quinta and their beer flows like blood in a Motorhead mosh-pit. There are some truly rare and exceptional selections, but enjoying a tequila-barrel aged ale or imperial pilsner comes at a cost. The more you drink, the more you miss. First, it's an exhausting 5-15 minute walk in 90+ degree weather from any of the stages. Not a big deal once or twice but over 36 hours it adds up. Second, bands perform in quick succession so you'll have to choose whether you really want a craft beer or see live music. Third, because it's open to all-ages, the promoters quarantine drinkers whom cannot leave with intoxicants. The rules are enforced to protect minors, but I'd like to enjoy a crafty beer while listening to bands...crazy I know. Find another way...like secluding the kids, they're the minority. It's pretty much a wasteland outside the Barn's city limits; low quality carnival foods, soft drinks and merchandise. Inside you'll find luxuries you took for granted in your pre-Coachella world like seating, freshly prepared meals and restrooms rather than port-a-potties. If there's a gap in your schedule rest your weary bones here, trust me you don't want to be anywhere else.

We were seated in Isabel's section and she more than made up for it. What a gem! She was so friendly and very nice. She made sure to check on us often and we had a lovely time at your restaurant because of her. We are giving this review 5 stars because of Isabel. The seared ahi tuna salad and the ahi tuna nachos were both delicious. The fish was fresh and so very tender with a light dressing. The pulled pork tacos were good too. The brownie dessert was a bit dry though.

Everything about Big Rock Pub is great. The visuals immediately capture you as you walk in, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. The service staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and the drinks made by the bartender were excellent. The food did not disappoint either. We started with the garlic parmesan wings, which were incredibly flavorful and a great way to begin the meal. Next, we had the Caesar salad and the BBQ chicken pizza. The Caesar salad portion was huge, easily enough for two people and probably even enough to share among four. The BBQ chicken pizza was absolutely delicious and a standout dish for us. I want to give a special shout-out to Carlos and the food runner working tonight. He was very friendly and made a point to check on us as he passed by to make sure everything was good. In my opinion, that kind of attentiveness is what separates average service from seasoned food and beverage professionals. For dessert, we ordered the churros, which had an amazing filling that instantly hooked us. Our 3- and 5-year-old also enjoyed their kids' meals, and the fact that each kids' meal includes a sundae was a great touch. We can't wait to return, this is definitely a spot worth trying

With a full restaurant generating so much business, customer comfort should be a priority. The heat made it difficult to enjoy the game or even sit through a meal. What was most concerning was watching a family seated next to us leave because it was simply too hot for their young child. This wasn't just an inconvenience--it became a health and safety concern. When customers are leaving because the temperature inside is unbearable, management should take that seriously. I hope Burgers & Beer addresses this in the future because no one should have to choose between their comfort and staying to enjoy the experience they paid for.
