We sort of gave up hope on owning a Toyota Sienna, BUT our amazing State Farm agent, Ray Gonzalez, referred us to an Auto Broker named Phillip Thackoorie (he goes by "Phil"). Phil's job is to locate any vehicle(s) his clients' request for, while working within their budget. After one day, Phil called us and we were able to meet him in person, giving him a detailed description of what type of Toyota Sienna we wanted. He worked hard and stayed in contact regularly which we really appreciated, informing us of all the Toyota Sienna's that he saw at auctions. After 6-7 weeks, we came home with our new van (2024 Toyota Sienna, Hybrid, Woodland Edition fully loaded with only 4K mileage and certified pre-owned under full warranty). Another reason why we love working with Phil is because he is very attentive, friendly, funny, honest, humble, and transparent to his clients.
