I won't pile on all the other negative comments and reviews other than the sales person for the Arizona market said that similar companies to ours were seeing 10 plus new customers every day. I should have known better and I take responsibility for wasting $11,808 of our advertising budget that could have been utilized more effectively in other areas of our company. So far the total results for 5 months is 31 customers receiving $251 of discounts for a net total of $1,269.61 in sales. No calculator needed on this equation to determine if this was a success or complete bust! I will just say the promises made on the front end don't match the results we received. Shame on me! We do good business with RTUI. I run ads for multiple locations. The ad should be worth it for the customer to cut the coupon and bring it to your business. If you want a successfull ad you should consider running at least a couple of quarters. That way Depending on the ad you run you shall hopefully receive coupon redemption. Expectation is everything. You won't strike it rich when you run an ad with RTUI. I get an average of 30 customers per month. After a while they are the same customers. For the money I would continue to run ads. Hopefully they don't keep rasing the rates. I think since they took over few years ago the ad went up by 100%. read more

This is the worst company I have ever done business with, and the fact they were very nice to you at the beginning of the contract and then promised you with all type of things like your business will be the best with their advertising, sales will be increased significantly, customer's awareness will be increased as well. However, NONE of those promises are truth and it was completely a LIE. In one year, my store only has 3 redeemed coupons so far which means only three customers came to our store and used these coupons. That is terrible, and even I wanted to ask them if I can cancel the advertisement and all they did was ignore and keep charging my bank every month. Extremely intuitive with putting together an advertising art piece. I was not able to respond for the first couple weeks once I paid for the advertisement and after not hearing from me instead of doing nothing I was given some samples which weren't far off from what I was originally thinking. The made their sales reps out to be liars and then harassed me and accused me of being terroristic and trying to black mail them. The said there was a personality conflict. How do you have a personality conflict with someone you never met or talked to in person. They would rather destroy their companies reputation rather then work with the customer. This is a hard lesson learned for me as a small business owner. We were called up and scheduled a meeting with the regional sales Rob Roberts. (see pic) He walked in and was super high pressure salesy. I am also a sales person so I let him do his presentation with his slides. It's all hype! He was scripted the entire time making 'jokes' that he has probably done a thousand times and I was trying to change the tone and just make the conversion more casual but he couldn't get off his script. I started feeling uncomfortable because he wanted me to sign right then and there. I definitely felt pressured almost as if I couldn't say no. He was throwing lines after lines to me about the effectiveness of these ads on grocery stores and how many eye balls would be on them which would lead to more people calling us and visiting our location. BULLSH&*%. After I reluctantly signed up I called back a few days later because I had buyers remorse after going to the grocery store and viewing the carts these signs were going to be placed on. I noticed the signs on the baby seat were slightly pointed down about 15-20 degrees so the way he presented it to me was false! Nobody could even read the sign from standing in front of the cart. They would have to be bending over to read it. I was mad and called and tried getting out of the contract and of course they were holding me to it :( Fast forward to COVID and now you would think bc grocery stores are essential many people would be seeing my signs on these carts I would get at least ONE call out of it...NOPE. I bet you that my observation was true. Nobody was able to see the signs bc of the placement angle of it. DON'T sign up. kick the sales person out and don't feel bad. He is sleezy and is all about the money and not about customer satisfaction. This company as a whole is old school and needs to be shut down. read more

Well, they asked me to write a review... So High pressure sales tactics. "we only have today to get you signed up" Cost nowhere near justifies the results. My rep made claims that we would see a huge upswing in visits to our store but it never happened and we are less than a block from the grocery store using this product. We have a regular group of employees that come in for a late lunch after their shift and they don't use the coupons as they have found out how shadey the company is. read more

They don't or can't guarantee any results but are more than happy to lock you into a non-cancellable contract for a year while their 'advertising' does very little to help you make the money they will take from you. I would strongly recommend against this for a small business advertising. Sure it might help out a business who has a national advertising campaign behind them, and this is just extra, but for a small business $4400 is A LOT of money to see simply zero results. VERY SHADY company. They make it seem like their advertising is super successful. They offer advertising on the back of Kroger grocery store receipts. I've been paying them for about 7 months and haven't received a single sales transaction from their grocery store coupons. They told me that the mexican restaurant beside me receives 40-50 coupons per week from advertising with Indoor media. I spoke with the owner, he doesn't get any business from them, especially the 40-50 they claim. They use false numbers to make it seem like you're going to do really well, they do more than "puff" the numbers, they straight lie and deceive. About 4 days ago one of the sales people called my store saying "We're looking for a mattress store in your area to be on the back of the receipts". I played along as said "Do you not have a mattress store on the receipts already?". He said no and that it would be a great opportunity for me. I then confronted him letting him know that I didn't appreciate the lies and deception and that I will never recommend their company. He was speechless once he realized that I caught him in two lies. The second lie was once again saying that the restaurant beside me receives the 40-50 customers per week from their ads. They use these untrue statements to lure innocent stores into paying them. I pay them $500 per month to be in 2 different Kroger stores. I have never once had a customer bring me a single coupon from those receipts. I am beyond frustrated with the betrayal. They lie for a living and commit fraud with their oral promises. I wish I had a way out buy I am stuck due to signing a contract for 12 months. STAY AWAY FROM INDOOR MEDIA!!! read more
