this is a cute place that is obviously a winner in other people's eyes but i was disappointed by my to go order. i only ordered a panini sandwich but feel that the description didn't match what i got. their jalapeño business sandwich is described as bacon, cream cheese, jalapeño and pepper jack cheese. all of those things were indeed on my sandwich with the exception of bacon that looked like bacon i'm familiar with. what looked like some kind of processed canadian bacon was what i saw melted against the cheese; i couldn't make sense of what else it could be since it was round and last i checked, bacon usually comes in strips. the sandwich tasted fine but to give some constructive input, i'd consider changing the sandwich description so others are not mislead. read more

The sandwich was amazing and the latte was delicious, not too sweet. Loved the fact the bakery showcased a local artist and had his beautiful work on display and for sale. Anytime I read the word Bakery I think of danish or sweet rolls and that's only because I'm from the midwest. Aside from that, everything was presented beautifully and their scone selection was awesome. I would have ordered a piece of cake or one other item that I can't remember but they were both refrigerated and personally I like my cake at room temp but the microwave would have melted it. The girl behind the counter suggested a cinnamon roll. Done! And the best part was it had no raisins in it. It had a nice dollop of cream cheese icing but I asked for more and she didn't disappoint. She heated it up for me and I had part of it in the car and the rest of it the next morning. I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an 8.5, only because the edges were rather dry.
