I'm giving this a no because while the quality of work is good, they don't listen and do what is being asked of them. This is the second time that my daughter who is 16 has gone to get her nails done without me and asked for a gel polish manicure and they have told her no and went ahead and did whatever they wanted to today they put dip on her fingers when she asked for gel polish so now not only did she get what she wanted but now I have to pay for the difference. Her friend also wanted gel polish and they told her no the design that she wanted wouldn't work on her nails so they put tips and acrylic on them without her asking. both of them too scared to say no because they felt like they had no choice and were being argued with. now they both have to pay for a service that they did not ask for nor did they want if the design couldn't be done with what they wanted. They just simply say no not told that they're gonna do something else or just go ahead and do it without the approval. This is incredibly frustrating because the cost of a acrylic full set of manicure versus a gel polish is much more expensive and I refuse to take them back here again and I hope that nobody else goes back there until they change their ways. This is unacceptable. read more

A one star is generous for the service we received. Our pedi lasted 15 minutes ... 15 minutes. The 15 included 5 minutes of them running the water and getting supplies. My feet are not bad but the individual didn't even spend a minute on my heals. The attendants demeanor changed when we chose the Basic pedi. We are allergic to the paraffin wax and other things so we are very cautious of chemicals and perfumes. Obviously they were talking about us as they would look at us and comment among themselves after each question we answered. We notice other people coming in and were offered a drink which we were not. I usually don't leave comments but this was a terrible service that needed to be mentioned. We are new to the area and wanted to support a local establishment and this experience has ruined it for us. Needless to say we are not going back and not recommending it. read more

Clean nail salon and polishes are neatly displayed. Got a pedicure today and thought the service was spot on with time, price, and service. My last pedicure was on Mother's Day and i felt it wasn't as nice as this place. My attendant was friendly and not overly aggressive with the clipping or filing. Adequate time spent with the scrub and the leg massage. Chair massager was not as comfortable as others I've used so I left it off. I had no wait and arrived at a good time @12:30 on Saturday but got pretty busy as I was leaving about an hour later. Will gladly come in again read more

Most TERRIBLE nails I have ever had done. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chose that. Today I was the first one in the store and the lady was doing so well at first. She was taking her time and being very nice. Then all of a sudden people started coming in and she wasn't paying attention to how she was shaping or drilling my nails. After she was done, there were chunks of nail polish on the side of my nails, discoloration of my color, and big bumps if you feel the nails. She kept staring at me because I was looking at my nails. She knew they were bad. Waste of $40. I can't describe how bad these nails are and how bad this experience was. I was trying a new nail place, but after this experience, I will never ever come back. Poor service. Deluxe pedicure advertises 7 minute scrub and 8 minute foot massage. Scrub was literally 30 seconds and massage 2 minutes which was not even a massage. When I asked about it s as md referenced the booklet the man just ignored me. I then had a different lady paint my toes snd before she started I asked her about the massage snd she said he already did it. Really poor customer service. Won't be going back snd don't recommend. Disappointing because close to my house and lady that did my pedicure before was really good but terrible today and no desire to make it right. read more

I was on the other side of town and decided to try a new place for a pedicure. Indulge Nails is in the same lot as HEB off Hwy 46. I went at about 4pm on a Saturday. At that time I was the only customer ...3 employees were sitting in pedicure chairs... I'm ok with that since there wasn't any business. No one bothered to get up from their chair, one woman yelled for me to pick out my color, so when I looked around for the polishes she yells "behind you". Hmmm.The lady who did my nails Ling ( not sure if I'm spelling it right) was very sweet and came up to me to suggest a color. At the start of the pedicure she let me know if I needed anything to just tell her " let me know your demands so I can fill them", sometimes a hard time understanding her but she was nonetheless polite, bubbly, and talked if I wanted to( important trait for a hair & nail person... Talk only if your customer wants to. 4 other customers came in within 10 minutes of my arrival during my pedicure, and they were offered a glass of wine ( they were on the other side ). I came in with a huge Sonic Route 44 drink ,I figured I really didn't need a glass of wine,but If I wanted one I'm sure she would have given me a glass.. Maybe next time. What I liked about this place that I have not seen at other nail places, is that she opened the package of sterilized nail cutters , scissors, etc in front of me. I have gone to several places where they just pull out nail implements and you wonder if they are clean. So I really appreciated this. The business looks clean and pedicure chairs look new. It is nicely decorated and the atmosphere is relaxing. By the time I left there were 11 more customers... Popular place! I think I'll come here again. read more

Pros: I think the quality is actually very good. Cons: I usually go when they open at 9:30 on Saturday and there are usually several clients waiting and the employees are always late. They saunter in 5, 10, 15 minutes late. It happens every time which is just bad business in my book. read more

I started coming to this salon since it is convenient to where I work. Clean facility, attentive staff, cute setup. Today, I came in for a gel manicure. Not my first ever gel manicure, but my first at this salon. My nail tech did a FANTASTIC job. In fact, it's actually the best gel manicure I've ever had, so I will certainly come back for more. In the last year or so, I've gotten a handful of pedicures here and they have all been wonderful. Overall, I really like this salon and it has become my go-to for my nail needs. read more

Consistently crappy service- yes I know.. shame on me for going back after I was dissatisfied, twice. ALWAYS understaffed- not once has this place been clean and tidy... towels and random nail polishes line the pass-through separating the pedicure chairs from the manicure tables. By the time a nail tech gets to you the water is freezing and you can't find anyone in to do anything about it. There are usually one or two young men who.. I think.. are suppose to be helping keep the place clean, coordinate the clients, and assist their fellow coworkers... instead they are on their cell phones, lounging around proving to be worthless. A little disappointed. I went to indulge when I got off of work at 5:30 after a long day. I show up they told my friend and I to sit down. They started doing my friends nails and I sat there for about 20 min and asked when someone would get the chance to help me and they said someone would be right with me. After 45 minutes of waiting (my friend was already almost done) someone finally came over to do my nails and I told them no thank you and decided to leave. All I wanted was a new set of nails. Let me start by saying, I DO NOT normally get pedicures or manicures performed. To me as a man, the experience just feels weird. That was how I felt about Nail Spas until my wife Kathy & Sister-In Law Peggy convinced me to give Indulge Nail Spa a try. I'm glad I did as it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the very instant that I sat in the massage chair, to dipping my feet into the spa, I felt relaxed and Kim in particular made me feel at home. SO disappointing! I have been going to Indulge for awhile now, and this past Sunday I went for a French pedi gel set. I sat there for AN HOUR AND A HALF and the only thing that was done in that time was the polish...and then another person had to step in to fix the mess the (very sweet) young lady made of my toes. I had to leave after 1.5 hours - no massage, no lotion, no hot towels...and they charged me $47.00! I don't mind paying for a good pedi and do so every month...talked with the manager and he refused to listen to the story of what transpired here...seriously? Terrible service. No desire to save a loyal customer. Shame on you Indulge Nail Spa. Wasted afternoon and lost time with visiting family. Ugh! read more

I absolutely enjoy Indulge. I come every 2 weeks, and I am generally pleased with their service. Love that there's no TV in the area; good time to shut off the outside noise. And I dont know any other place that has 10+ technicians working nonstop. Most of the technicians do an excellent job; I've only had one incident when my gel polish cracked. I'd tell you my favorite tech but then he/she might not have time for me! NOTE: They are popular and generally super busy on weekends, and they wont tell you a wait time. So be honest with yourself; if you come in on a Saturday, and you see several unattended customers waiting in the pedicure spas, it's likely you'll wait 15+ minutes. Do what I do: ask for wine or bring your own and relax! read more

I have gone to this salon a few times, but I'm sorry to say I will not be going there any longer. I got a simple manicure, and was extremely disappointed by the quality. But that wasn't what made me so upset. A woman was picking out her nail polish when she accidentally dropped a bottle and it shattered on the floor. Instead of immediately going over to clean up the mess, none of the workers did anything. The woman kept trying to catch someone's attention without any luck. Finally, after about 10 minutes, a little girl came out with a bottle of polish remover and a rag and made the woman clean it up herself! She was on the floor, in a business suit, cleaning up this giant mess. HORRIBLE service. read more

I have gone to Indulge Nails for over a year and a half. Ben always did my nails and he was amazing. Last week I went in and was told he moved to Gonzalez. A man named Hung did my nails. I always get the solar nails with pink powder on the tips. They looked very poor but I'm usually not one to complain. Problem is they started falling off. First one on day two and second one on day five. I pay entirely too much for this not to mention I tip extremely well. I went back in today and nicely explained the situation. Hung was very rude and short with me during the process. I was going to pay to have them all redone due to the quality. You can see the pictures for yourself. After being treated rudely by him, I decided to just get the two fixed. The two he "repaired" are not the same length as the others and they look even worse. He got up and left me before I was done with the gel. Then he charged me $10. Horrible experience and he should not be working with the public. I told him when I left that he was horrible at doing nails but his attitude was even worse. I am a store manager myself and would want to know that someone like this is representing your business. i'm new to the area and this is the closest salon by me. i was kinda scared to get my eyebrows waxed at first but i just went for it and i'll be back!!! Jenny did my eyebrows like i've never had them done in my life. i told her i like thicker brows since mine are thin and in some spots bald lol. so i just needed a clean up, i didn't want them super thin like most salons and she did sooooo good!! i've never seen my brows look so perfect omg. definitely recommend her 100% read more

What a waste of time and money! I should have listened to my instincts when I saw the techs lounging on the couches with their shoes off, then acting irritated having to get up and do a manicure. Enough with pushing the shellac, already! My nails were trimmed (crooked) to nubs and not a smooth polish in the bunch! Maybe if she looked at my nails instead of out the window, the job would have been better. Never again! read more

Only a few days after getting a fill and pedicure my polish and fake nails were chipping off. I have never had that happen. If I could give no stars I would, I cannot even begin to explain the lack of service I received. The man who did my pedicure didn't clean up my nails at ALL, barely filed them. And when I asked him to clean them up around the edges, he refused. Then when he polished them, he left nail polish all over the sides on my nails! I am so disappointed with the service.
