Anna made me Vietnamese coffee that hit the spot. Mia got a towel to cover my legs since I had a summer dress on which was very conscientious on her part. The receptionist was so helpful with picking my color. She picked the perfect color for my skin tone. The gentlemen that checked me out was patient with me as I struggled with Apple Pay ! But the in Stone Oak offered me a drink right away and even a towel for my neck and even explain all the products this one's completely different not how I experience before. I didn't even get offered a water. Then when it was time to pay and check out, no one was in the front desk and I waited another 10 minutes standing until someone finally came. You could tell us just chaotic and a lot of miscommunications within the workers.

With Happy's disgusted attitude, I went ahead and just went with a regular white nail and white tips. He decided to use a "purple" tint base for the general nail instead of the normal white, pink or clear coating used. It looked awful! Got him to change despite his frustration and attitude. I went to checkout and I generously gave a $10 tip but got home and found a $17.50 tip charge! I would have never agreed to pay that much for a nail job! Conclusion: Do not waste your time and money

This is the second time that my daughter who is 16 has gone to get her nails done without me and asked for a gel polish manicure and they have told her no and went ahead and did whatever they wanted to today they put dip on her fingers when she asked for gel polish so now not only did she get what she wanted but now I have to pay for the difference. Her friend also wanted gel polish and they told her no the design that she wanted wouldn't work on her nails so they put tips and acrylic on them without her asking. both of them too scared to say no because they felt like they had no choice and were being argued with. now they both have to pay for a service that they did not ask for nor did they want if the design couldn't be done with what they wanted. They just simply say no not told that they're gonna do something else or just go ahead and do it without the approval. This is incredibly frustrating because the cost of a acrylic full set of manicure versus a gel polish is much more expensive and I refuse to take them back here again and I hope that nobody else goes back there until they change their ways. This is unacceptable.

Telling a customer she is wrong AFTER my appointment was confirmed via text message as proof and then saying she didn't have time for me at my appointment time. ASININE.
