It was my first time going here, so I called and made an appointment. It took me a while to be seated and when I finally was, every minute I was interrupted to where they had to switch me techs after 15 mins because I just kept sitting there. The vibes were good so far and I was just eager to get a fill/design. I swap over to Spring who began doing my nails. It felt as if she was rushed and slightly annoyed with having to do my nails. She seemed rather careless and left lots of dust on my nails to which impacted my nails. Once my design was finish, it looked somewhat decent but was bumpy from all the dust left on my nails. I wasn't the most pleased with them. My tech then tells me that she hates the design I chose and laughs about me with the guest next to me which made me feel absolutely terrible. One of her regulars then came in towards the end of us finishing up and she began rushing even more to throw me out of the chair. I move over to get my pedicure done which went well. I notice one of the larder bumps on my nails and my new tech calls over Spring to fix it which she yanked my arm, fixed it very quickly but annoyed and pulls me down to let my finger cure with my toe nails and tell me "look exercise". Beyond rude. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want genuine care. For the sake of how I was treated, I would like a refund.

The lady I got was very nice. I like how she did my nails if you wanted to talk she talk if you wanted to be quiet and not say anything like she wouldn't either which I appreciate that. But the in Stone Oak offered me a drink right away and even a towel for my neck and even explain all the products this one's completely different not how I experience before. I didn't even get offered a water. Then when it was time to pay and check out, no one was in the front desk and I waited another 10 minutes standing until someone finally came. You could tell us just chaotic and a lot of miscommunications within the workers.

If your a customer who is looking at which nail tech to choose, I highly recommend Diu and if your new you need to make an appointment and when you get there go straight to her chair which is #7. When you enter go to left side and you'll see number #7. Why Am I pointing this out? Because not everyone in this Nail Spa works with integrity which is very sad. I just experienced a very disgusting behavior by one of their techs names Vi. I walked in another lady asked me how she can help me I told her I have an appt with Diu and I'll just sit down and wait since I already spoke to Diu on the phone. And Vi came up and asked me what she can do for me, I look at her and was 100% sure she was not Diu. I told her I have an appt with Diu and she then tilts her head acting confused so I pulled my phone trying to show her the text that maybe I was in the wrong place or maybe I was saying Diu's name wrong. I heard Diu's voice calling me and I turn around and saw her telling me sit at her table. When I sat down I came to realize what Vi was trying to do. I work in a sales job and experience sales theft and poaching of customers and Vi was trying to pretend either she was Diu or that there's no one names Diu there. This is very wrong, I pay good money and leave a generous tip because when I see someone goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails I will come back and bring people with me. That's who I am. But not everyone in this nail salon believe in their own capabilities and talent that they resort to taking someone else's customer. The other nail tech should WORK HARDER to be known for their work to gain more customers and not take Diu's customers that she builds relationship with and take care of. I hope the Spa owner reads this, please address this. You're gonna lose customers if this toxicity keeps happening. No one wants to be tricked and lied to because what if Diu wasn't there to guide me to her chair! Then Vi would have lied to me to try and poach me. That is disgusting behavior. She always delivers what I ask for and sometimes when I am unsure, she is so great at giving suggestions whether it is about a new length, shape or color. This is a newer nail shop location, but the technicians inside of this place are well experienced. This place is clean and the vibe and atmosphere is phenomenal. The owners are also great people. They took the time to come and hold a conversation with me while I was being serviced and asked me a few times if I needed anything to drink.
