I came today for a pedicure four of us, and the old lady did my pedicure very fast. I had a green tea pedicure and was supposed to be a longer session w extra massaging, but it took her 10 minutes. I cannot believe how they used dirty files and dirty gadgets like nail cutters and nail clippers . one time, I saw an old nail stuck inside a nail cutter from a previous customer they were going to use on me . they do not use fresh and sanitized nail gadgets. owner does not look out seems like what is best for their clients . they take so much clients all at the same time without providing proper hygiene to their customers . unclean basins, and employees at least ran into does not seem happy taking requests from clients . They want what they want to do with the clients instead of honoring client's request. Lazy and unethical. Stopped in because my regular place did not have a slot and I wanted my nails done before a trip. The woman who did my nails spoke terrible English and was nearly impossible to understand when asking me which pedicure I wanted so I asked for their options. She handed me a book open to the upgraded pedicures but I found the basic on the previous page. Selected it and she did the pedicure. When it can time for the manicure I asked for the same service/level so did not look at the book again. She didn't do the same service but it was too late to go back so I said never mind. Upon checkout the cost seemed higher than it should be so I questioned it, and she informed me that I had chosen a "select" color that was $20 more. I complained that she did not tell me that nor was it anywhere I could have seen it. She picked up the book and went to a page I was never shown. There was nothing special about this polish - just regular nail polish (not gel or anything). $20 upcharge on what would have been a $70 bill is ridiculous (28%!). Hiding it until after the fact is unethical. Finally, the manicure was quite sloppy - left a lot of dead skin around my nails and the gap between the polish and the top of my nail looks like it's 5 days grown out. Never going back. read more

I went in after work since my normal place is closed on Mondays and this was the only real free evening I had. They were packed and I expected a wait (as with most places). I LOVE this place! Have been going to Lindsay the manager for 5 years. Make an appointment to see Lindsay! She and husband Victor both care for my elderly mom and they are so caring and patient and careful with her! Walk-ins to see anyone are always available. They will take great care of you! I highly recommend their rose pedicure with shellac polish (lasts a month) and mani-dip that lasts approximately 3 weeks and honestly makes my nails much stronger and healthier. read more

If I could give less than 1 again I would. I went in to see the nail tech he did great with my fills however he had to leave so his wife did my nail art, again neither of them they were my issue. However I go with a picture of a design but say in advance if too complicated I am flexible and can pick something else no problem. The wife did my design part and honestly I liked it and after 35 mins of art wiped off the do again then again. I was unfortunately out of time so i said hey if this is too hard let's pick something else, went right back into doing, the owner Lindsay who has done my daughters nails and after going there many times tried to speak to the wife to do something simple (supposedly) but then became angry with me and was very not friendly and embarrassed me in front of other patrons when all i said is if we are not able to do pick something else...to the point I cried in the salon. Lindsay this day was to treat myself bc I was having an awful week and found out I needed surgery, maybe have a kinder approach when you are dealing with patrons. Shame for the folks that really work for you because otherwise had great experiences and you lost good business by being nasty....remember you never know what someone else is going through. I'm on vacation and was in a dire need to get a acrylic fill. This was 10 mins away from my house and were able to get me in right away. The salon is nice but the fill wasnt up to my standards. They were thick (I like them thin and natural) and I had asked her I wanted them shorter and round. She didn't do either, okay fine. The shellac paint was pretty bad. She didnt use a base coat and they were bumpy on the tips. I didnt want to go back so I just filed them the best I could. I will never be going here again. They were very rude when i walked it. Then snatched the colors i was looking at out of my hand as well as didn't listen to anything i said about my nails. i wanted short square nails. I got gloopy rounded nails. horrible. she cut my pointer finger so bad with the file and drill twice, then tried to put nail glue over it to close the cut. it was horrible. do not recommend anyone coming to this salon. read more

Lindsey did a fabulous job on my dip manicure. For the last couple of months I have had an allergic reaction on one of my fingers after getting my nails fixed. I mean a serious reaction having to see a Doctor. Today Lindsey said she could assure me I wouldn't have a negative reaction as they soak off Dip vs using foil and cotton balls. Ta da, NO REACTION, I mean none and soaking the polish off was soooo much quicker. My nails are once again in perfect condition and I can officially say I found my nail spa. Tom did my pedicure, he was delightful and left me feeling relaxed and with pretty toes. This salon was recommended to me my new hair salon, @TheFixx2 and I am forever grateful. I love Lindsey and Victor and Tom, he and I had fun singing. Such an exceptional salon. Something they offer is lash extensions, 3D micro blading and waxing. UPDATE 10/15/18: while I still love this salon, they are getting to busy and are becoming unorganized. I made an appt for two pedicures and a manicure. I didn't do "walk in" because I needed this done prior to leaving for our sons wedding the following day. I saw a Yelp review from another shop about someone doing really good eyelash extensions. After seeing that person no longer worked at the previous shop and started working here, I decided to call and give them a try. After calling, I found the lash specialist no longer works here but that someone else could take care of me. I decided to give it a try. I went in and Lindsey was the one to take care of me for my eyelash application. She was very nice and we conversed the WHOLE time I was laying on the table. There was never a dull moment!! Being that she just had a baby herself 7 1/2 weeks ago, she totally wanted to make sure I was comfortable on the table. She adjusted my back so I didn't have to pay completely flat (which you're not supposed to do while pregnant... cuts off blood and oxygen circulation to baby) making it more difficult and uncomfortable for her, without me asking her to. An hour had passed and I didn't even realize I had been laying there that long. It seemed like 20-30 minutes at most! After she was done applying the lashes, she handed me the mirror and I fell in love!! I absolutely LOVE my eyelash extensions! They really bring out my eyes and enhanced my beauty. I will most definitely be back from now on for fill ins and maintenance on my eyelash extensions. Right now, there's a special goin on for eyelash extensions. You get 20% off for a full set. Paying $100 was definitely worth it!! This price is a lot cheaper than most places and the extensions are nice and full!
