Worst pedicure. Very rude. Chewing gum and blowing bubbles continuously. Argues and threaten to pull up video when she has clearly made a mistake. I ended up with the wrong color and a bleeding toe. Barely speaks English. I will NEVER be back or recommend to anyone. read more

I had a manicure and was charged an extra $5 at the end for shaping my nails. I was never informed of the additional charge previous to checking out. It was also advertised that I'd have a sugar scrub of my choice, which I was never given any options. The hand massage was very brief. It was a waste of additional charges overall. read more

I was going there for over a year and 2 of my other friends also went with. Amy is very RUDE and disrespecful. laughed at my injuries and was not understanding how much she was hurting me she then turned to her coworkers and laughed and pointed at me!!! I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time and then got the absolute rudest man ever. He is so slow, incredibly rude, and gives an awful massage. They really need to stop overbooking, and if the older man is coming to do your nails, run! read more

they do a good job at the manicures and pedicures themselves and aesthetic is very nice but my biggest problem is that they prioritize the older costumers, and they don't treat there younger customers with much respect. I'm in my early 20's and I always have to wait for my appointment while older costumers get seated right away even when there appointment is after mine. I notice a large difference in better costamer service when I come with my mother. You will definitely get treated better if you come to with someone older than you. read more

I used to love it here but it's recently declined in service and quality. I naturally have very stiff fingers. I'm used to techs asking me to relax a few times, which is fine. What isn't fine is them angrily sighing and raising their voice at me telling me to "relax! relax!" when I'm stiff. I don't recall the name of that specific tech but she also filed a piece of the tip of my finger off. That resulted in me bleeding. It took that happening for her to speak to me kindly. As for the quality, my dip nails lasted 5 days before they raised up by my cuticles. That caused my hair to get snagged every time I run my hands through it. I had to get them removed at 7 days after I got them. read more

This used to be my favorite salon and had been going here for almost a year. I was so impressed with the salon itself and had some really great experiences every time. However, most recently I had gotten a dip manicure as usual and the entire manicure was chipped and gone in under ten days. Never had I ever experienced a manicure like this before. I even had extensions put on that were clearly not fully glued down. When returning to the salon for a repair, I was denied service after speaking to someone hours prior about the confirmation of my appointment. Staff would not work with me after seeing the results of my manicure and instead told me "If you stay today, you have to pay for the entire manicure. If you come tomorrow, we will fix your manicure for free." They could not get ahold of the owner/manager and did not accommodate. Instead, the staff continued to repeat that I would have to come back the next day or they would not service me all together and would not respect the fact that I made the appointment for that day as that worked best in my schedule and would not be able to come "another day". I mean thats why we make appointments right?? Eventually, the owner and other staff reached out in a very apologetic manner, wanting me to return to make up for the experience previously. When getting back to them, no one picked up the phone or returned my call after leaving a message. Overall, this salon screwed me over pretty bad and inconsistencies really damaged my experience and overall thoughts on this salon as a whole. read more

I have gone here 3 times. all 3 times my dip nails have had dents in them, been filed totally unevenly, and are so sharp on the corners. I usually have to fix them immediately when I get home. This last time I went with a friend, and we couldnt even sit together because the counter only has about 10 seats and the rest of the options are booths where only one person can sit. This last time my left numb nail was at an obvious angle, and it was painted filed and finished that way. my left hand nails were longer than my right hand. The other thing I dont love about this place is that if you want to book online, they let you pick a time slot then it has to be approved by the owner which can take up to 48 hours. At one point I booked an appointment online but it never "got approved" so I had to book elsewhere. Average at best. read more
