My "gel manicure" that hasn't even lasted two days! I get my nails done every 3 weeks. They never chip and if they do it's towards the last week. The nail tech who did my nails as you can see didn't even paint my fingers all the way. He left polish all on the sides of my fingers and didn't clean them up very well during the "manicure". He also didn't use any sort of drill they usually do to smooth the nails down so my nails are bumpy all under the polish. Waste of money. Very disappointed. read more

Last few months under COVID quarantine,no pedicure for months doing on my own which led to ingrown toenail on my big toe and butcher job on my toenails lol. Great service did their best to even toenails as they were quite short! Massage chair, massage feet, and removed my ingrown toenail!!!! Highly recommend, but wear a mask or you may not get service. She will give you exactly what you ask for and will take her time to make them perfect! By now, I trust Ann completely with my nails...I can show her a picture of what I want my nails to look like and she will replicate it exactly, even mixing polishes to get the desired color for me! AVOID THIS PLACE!! The management lacks basic integrity and no client service at all. I've been coming here for over one year, and never had a bad experience before. However, I went in to get a manicure yesterday, and got charged for $43 for roughly the same service I used to get for the price range of $30-$35. When I brought it up at the time of payment, the manager gave me no good reason other than insisting that I had some design on my nails. I explained to him that I almost always got design in some fashion and one of the technician there knew it. Later on I learned that the business was taken over by a new owner, and when I asked the owner if they brought the price up, they denied it. I'd like to see how long this business can stay by ripping people off with a 30% overcharge with no communication at all! read more

SLOPPY JOB!! Worst mani pedi I've ever had. He used DIRTY tools, THAS NASTY AND ASKING FOR INFECTIONS!! And then he used the same DIRTY TOOLS on my nails!! he barely cleaned up my nails and when the acetone was on my nails it was unbearably painful. I get a shellac manicures ever two to three weeks and it NEVER hurts. When I said it was hurting he told me it needed to stay on longer. My toes are messy, my finger nails are sloppy and the nails are all uneven! One side of my fingernail is longer than the other on almost every nail I had to fix it myself after I left because I said something and he only fixed two of them! I'm livid. $50 later and I have ugly, sloppy nails. NEVER COMING BACK. read more

This is my go to place for a gel manicure, pedicure or regular mani. They have very fair prices, are very clean, and I am either extremely satisfied or at least pleased with every person that works here (and I have had at least 6 or more work on me). They're not open on Sundays but do always work me in whether or not I have an appointment. They do good quality work and are time efficient. I would enjoy a longer massage but maybe this is available with more deluxe services. They did recently remodel after a fire and the place looks great. I think this is probably one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. I got gel and had to have my old gel removed. There wasn't enough acetone used to soak off the polish so the nail tech had to scrape off the polish and layers of my nail which completely takes away the point of soaking the polish off ... the nail tech was really rough and pushy with how she handled my hands and fingers. Really odd... the clear coat that goes on at the end was barely thick enough so you can see the brush strokes on my nail and some parts aren't even covered. Also, my cuticles look like a hack job as well. I just wanted it to end the entire time. So unfortunate, I'll never go back there again. read more

I am on vacation from VA and desperately needed a pedi & liquid gel fill. I read a ton of great reviews for In'Dulgence so I made an appt. and made sure I asked that someone with liquid gel experience did my nails as not everyone does know how to. They took me on time which is why I gave 2 stars and the lady who did my pedi (unsure of name) gave a great massage but after that it went downhill. The polish (OPI Funny Bunny) was splotchy & I've had this color many times including on my wedding so I know it's not the polish & one of my big toes chipped within 2 hours. Then another lady (Tracy I believe) did my nails. She didn't use a large UV dryer for the liquid gel and instead used the gel polish dryer which I've never had in VA. My nails are quite lumpy but at the same time very thin which is odd and again splotchy. It was also $15 more than I pay in Northen VA which is a very pricey area. read more

After one day my nail polish began fading away. I went back to ask the worker to fix my nails since it had only been a day since my manicure. The manager tells me that it's normal for them to look like this because I didn't get gel, mind you once again this was less than 24 hours. A woman came over and painted one coat over my nails, and there is a clear difference between the shades of color. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Not ever going back, do not listen to what you want. Really disappointed in the services, they use to be good but have gone downhill. They first messed up putting on nail tips, she cut my nails way down, put tips on and cut them shorter than my fingers, i told her they are way to short but she laughed and said i would like them. I did not like them, i called and was told to come back. I waited for them to grow out, i went for fill, horrible, within 1 week gel nail polish is peeling, they charged me 35 for the fill, not cheap. So the last 2 trips were horrible. Almost 100 into my nails and they look terrible. I am going to have to go somewhere else to have them repainted, i have never had gel peel before. Sad, they use to be good read more
