Came here for a simple pedicure & ended up getting the best one I've ever had! Hari (not sure I came close of spelling his name correctly) was awesome! He took his time & was very personable. Was there 2 weeks ago got a dazzle dry pedicure was $35 this time they charged me $48 the $35 plus $10 for color (pedicures don't come either color?) and $3 for dry whatever that meant. i also had 3 people had to keep switching. Ridiculous!!! One lady walked out. read more

This newly opened location offers a lot of pedicure chairs and manicure tables widely spaced to support social distancing When you first enter the shop, you will be asked to wear a mask (if you do not have one on already) and put sanitizer on your hands. They offer a lot options for colors and manicure types- dip, gel, acrylic and even designs. They offer many pedicure options too. What is key to this location is the quality of work. They techs are highly experienced. They do a great job for they have seen many hands & feet. They do a great job on dipping powder manicures which is hard to find a manicure that last 3 weeks. I won't be back to have my nails done (dip). I had one of their "experienced" nail techs and she STILL cut me on 3 cuticles. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! ! ! This happend once before here but someone else complained about the male tech who they fired. Don't expect that because this is one of their long term techs so it's up to me to NOT let them EVER touch my cuticles AGAIN! ! ! It took almost a week to heal and I will NEVER as in NEVER EVER had them touch my fingers again. read more

My boyfriend and I came In for their most expensive pedicures with add ons. I got my acrylic nails filled with gel on top. We spend over $250. My nail chipped a day later so I went in. I sat there for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me other than telling me to sit in a chair and wait.. I went about my errands for the next couple of hours and then I came back in because they were too busy to acknowledge me hours earlier. Then they refused me at the door saying they were too busy/ it was 15 minutes before close and no one was in there. We will not be back. read more

Hands down the worst dip manicure I've ever had in my life. Everything about my dip manicure was wrong. My nails are so chunky and thick it looks like I have 100 layers of polish on them. In addition to the size the shape is all wonky. Each nail is a different shape and height. After the first week the dip started to come up from the nail and two weeks in the polish turned yellow. Not only do these look absolutely horrible but they didn't even give me a massage. Nothing, no frills. I was also extremely uncomfortable as my nail technician was speaking in another language literally the whole time. It's fine once an awhile but the entire time?? you don't need to be laughing and speaking in another language for the entire service. It's very unprofessional. read more

The staff was VERY friendly. So much so I forgot I was at a salon and the time seemingly flew by. I had been at bad salons before and the staff took their time fixing my nails and giving them the care that they needed! The price is what you would expect. An acrylic fill in is $35. Clean, modern, friendly nail salon! While vacationing I needed a little pampering and I'm so glad I picked Noire in St. Pete's beach. The staffs are soo friendly. Upon arrival they asked me to wash my hands and everyone is wearing masks which made me feel at ease that they're taking Covid precautions very seriously. I went for gel manicure $35 with Hanna. Let me tell you she's so cute and professional. I don't get my nails done often but I do know when I'm getting good service or not. She waited patiently as I spent time picking my color and brought the color fan to the seat. Boy did she take off a lot of cuticles. I was a regular customer and I will not go back EVER. This morning I went in and I had a gel removal plus manicure with no polish. They charged $35 when the price of a basic manicure is $25. It was NOT the technician's fault but rather they seem to have a new male manger who takes advantage of customers on pricing. After she rang me up, and was getting change for the tip, this guy tells her "no change" because she should have charged $35 for a gel removal. Ridiculous!! I've gone in the past with my daughter and I even went one Christmas with my family (about 12 of us) for a special spa day. But I will NOT go back! read more

Well, it happened. After years of loyal patronage the quality of pedicures has started to decline in terms of being rushed going from minimal massage to pretty much no massage. The quality of acrylics is still very good and the sanitation is excellent. That being said I've only returned twice in close to three years to have repairs done to services. Today I was told to leave. They were too busy to fix one nail. After three years of fills and pedicures every two weeks plus monthly waxing services. After referring close to a dozen friends to the salon. They were too busy to fix ONE nail. Pretty short sighted. So much for loyalty. read more

Just completed my visit at Noire and the service was great! Each person I encountered was professional, cheerful, courteous and efficient. I requested a manicure, pedicure with their signature spa treatment and eyebrow wax and two staff members attended to my services. Before, during and after they checked in with me to see if the service was to my liking and what I asked for. While I was a walking in customer I was treated as if I was a regular. I shared a conversation with each and some laughs. The space is large, clean, neat with a number of pedicure chairs and manicure stations.
