The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. Ultimately decided to cancel due to how far away the location is, the awful weekend availability, and how poor the customer service is. Several of my appointments have been cancelled with very little notice. The most recent time I received no notice and only found out after driving 30 miles. I received no apology and was provided several pieces of incorrect information. Since cancelling my membership I only have 60 days to use 4 credits and will not be able to use them due to the limited availability and the unreliability that the appointments will actually take place. The manager told me that there was nothing they could do because my membership was not with their location. No apology and no attempt to rectify the situation. I then received an extremely awkward and unprofessional phone call from the COO of Massage Envy in the state of Oregon. She asked how my day was, but apparently didn't want the real answer. I had to ask who she was because she never introduced herself or gave her title.
