Let me start by saying the ambiance is warm and relaxing from the moment you step foot in the front door. I'd like to start by saying that this spa is very lovely inside. A bit cluttered with retail products in the front, but still pretty. The sauna was great. It was so nice to relax before my appointment started. That being said... I came in two weeks ago with a friend for a massage & facial. The massage was nice, not as deep as I like, but that's ok. My therapist had a nice touch. It was hard to relax when people kept walking right outside our rooms with their high heals on tho. And lots of talking. After massage, I was escorted back to the waiting room where I proceeded to wait more than 20 minutes for my facial to start. I would have left, but I came with a friend and she was already getting her facial. Not a single person came to tell me that my appointment would start that much later past it's original scheduled time. I was so pissed that I couldn't enjoy my facial at all. I also broke out afterwards. My friend ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for me to be done. No one bothered to apologize even once. Needless to say, I felt like they don't appreciate their guests. Went here for a couples massage with my fiancé. The place was very cozy and the steam room was great. The cold eucalyptus towels were a nice touch and were very refreshing. They had fruit infused water, hot tea, and small snacks which was nice because we went early in the morning and hadn't eaten breakfast yet.The massages were pretty good and the staff was extremely friendly. The only thing I didn't like about Indulgences was the changing situation. Each gender has their own locker room with a shower in it. There are no changing curtains (except for the shower curtain) and anyone could walk in at any second. I was actually walked in on while trying to get my clothes back on after my massage which was really awkward and uncomfortable. Definitely need some curtains or changing screens to give privacy when multiple customers are changing. I would also have to recommend a different color for the robes and wraps. I had a very nice facial and face mask done. I did the light and bright facial with the 24k face mask. The hour flew by! It was a very relaxing experiment and I enjoyed it. However, I can't honestly say if the $175 (including tip) spent was worth it. This day spa is seriously a hidden gem. While visiting from out of town, my boyfriend and I decided to go to a spa. We found this place here on Yelp and within half an hour of calling we we had appointments and receive exemplary service. The diamonds and pearl body polish service that I received was enjoyable and relaxing, and the deep tissue massage that my boyfriend received was one of the best he'd ever had. The steam room was also excellent and continually maintained a good temperature and humidity. All of the staff here is very friendly and accommodating, and overall it's an aesthetically pleasing, relaxing environment in which to experience a couple hours of serenity and bliss. :) read more

I always leave Indulgences Day Spa feeling pampered, relaxed and glowing! The massage staff provide excellent and astute body work and Sarah, one of the excellent estheticians takes care of all my skin needs. Mike at the front desk provides professional and friendly services. The spa is lovely, bright and welcoming from the dressing rooms to the steam room and the treatment rooms. There are always plenty of fresh towels, soft robes, fresh-fruit water, tea and snacks. The atmosphere is relaxed and set up to ensure that customers are pampered in a tranquil environment while receiving treatment services. The practitioners are professional and I've never experienced anything but fantastic treatment. I'm so proud that this wonderful, small business is located in my neighborhood of Northwest Denver. Positives:Cute location. no push for upgrades. no push to buy any other products. easy to book an appointment. nice client lounge area. Eucalyptus Towels- The best part of the steam room experience. Negatives: Mixed gender steam room, a negative for me, but obviously not everyone. Teeny tiny shared bathroom for changing with no stalls, so if you want privacy you have to use the restroom. While trying to relax before my massage the staff were talking in a back room and I could hear every word as they complained about scheduling and talked about lunch. Not relaxing. Massage: I have had better. I told her that I have a chronic pain condition and she had me rigid in pain on the table pushing on my pressure points- and then told me to relax. I asked for lighter pressure, but I was in pain for days afterwards. (Though with my condition the "days afterwards" part could have just been my health being it's usual self.) Also, she wasn't really welcoming or friendly like the front desk guy, who was sweet. Kind of a bummer that I took my mom here for bonding time and she didn't love her massage either. Next time I'll pay more elsewhere. read more

Wow! I wish I lived in Denver because I would make a monthly stop, at least, to this spa. I got a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. Pros: Jason was AMAZING! The best massage I've had in years! He really found the spots in my body that hurt and worked out those kinks. Steam room was amazing as well. Cons: We did an hour and they only do one side of you; every where else will do your back then you flip over and get both sides of your body done. If you want the full experience, you have to buy 90 minutes. Everywhere else I've been, can get everything worked out in a hour. It was kind of disappointing. And the front desk lady seemed....bored. Not welcoming at all. She was not engaged at all. For the price, I'd go elsewhere. BUT Jason was amazing so it was worth it for the one time. read more

I had an exceptional prenatal massage with Shay today. She (and the owner/receptionist) was very conscious about checking in with pressure, which was just about perfect without any adjusting anyway. The spa was clean, smelled wonderful, and felt very relaxing. Though I couldn't partake today, I love that they have a steam room that you can use while waiting for your service. The price is very reasonable for such excellent service and amenities!!! My only suggestion for minuscule improvement would be the up-sale of products. Friend and I booked the blissful experience package to wind down after a whirlwind of hikes around the area. From my understanding booking was pretty easy and the person was helpful. When we arrived we were greeted and given some paperwork to complete. Space was inviting and smelled nice. We were led to the locker rooms/sitting area which was cozy. Bathroom was clean and offered feminine products. Shower in ladies room was out of service. I had Laura (or Lauren) who did the rose clay wrap and also 90 min massage for me. She noticed I was wearing a mask and made sure to ask if I wanted her to wear one too. I liked the room I was in- book themed. I am pretty sure the music was also book/fantasy themed playlist. Laura was great at explaining what was happening, and it was nice to get the dry brush at the end. My skin did feel nice/soft. I also had the scalp oil add-on which was fantastic. She was phenomenal at the massage- I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times. The pressure was just right (med firm) and really worked out a lot of tightness I had in my shoulders/low back.
