Sadly, didn't get a cut here and wasted my whole day... [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called at around 11am and asked if the business was cash only; during this call I confirmed my 1pm appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I arrived an hour early for my cut. I asked where the closest atm was. I went down and withdrew the funds and came back 15mins before my appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was called to get my cut on time, but I asked to use the bathroom to pee before sitting down. Whilst in the bathroom, I heard the barber converse with the next client, who arrived significantly after me. The client stated that he thought he had a 1pm appointment, but actually had a 1:30pm appointment and was in a hurry because he had a doctor's appointment. When I came out of the bathroom, the barber was beginning to cut the next guy's hair. I was in the bathroom for about 2mins. Absolutely amateur hour scheduling practices! I was told that I'd have to wait, or reschedule. Totally unacceptable. I was there first, and spent my whole day planning around this. A little disappointed by this place. I've been twice and the barbers seem really competent. But both times I have used several reference pictures to display what I wanted and the barbers have rushed me through and acted like they knew what I wanted....but then the cut was completely different, often taking far too much off. In the case of one of my haircuts I was told it would be a 30 minute wait, it was 1.5 hours before I got in the chair, and the buzz cut I wanted was rushed and my wife had to spent another hour at home trimming long hairs on top of my head. Im sure these guys are good, but in my experience I just didn't feel heard and it felt like they were in a rush to get me out the door. read more

In town from LA and I had to get a haircut for the holidays and almost every place was booked up or closed. I randomly stumbled upon Indy and saw they had walk-in appts only and could do a fade, so I decided to check them out. The barber Caleb took his time on my cut and gave me a great fade and formed the top well. He spent time styling the hair and made sure I left looking great. The $19 haircut was just as good as my much more expensive barber in LA. I definitely recommend Indy's and having Caleb cut your hair! read more

The space is roomy with a hunting lodge aesthetic and classical barber shop appointments from the chairs and mirrors to the barbers themselves. Jason, well coiffed and groomed in his own right, took great care of me, working with quick precise movements to give me a neat, stylish cut and one of the best beard shape-ups I've had in ages. Visiting from out of town, walked in and got a fantastic cut from a super friendly barber. I don't know his name, but both he and the other barber working were kind and warm. This is a precision skin fade on a person who likes it really short and with really salt n pepper (emphasis on the salt) hair. Definitely recommended!
