I used Anthony to tow my car about 2 years ago and had a great experience. I finally needed a tow after an accident and he was the towing company I decided to text. I texted Anthony about two days before a tow and he responded literally within 1 minute. We setup a time for him to pick up my car. About 1 hour before our scheduled pickup, he texted me saying that he finished his route and will be headed towards me. He pulled up at our scheduled time and easily put my car on his tow. Now, I have a Tesla Model 3, so I was worried if he knew how to handle that. He said he owns a Model Y, so he knew exactly what to do! In no time, he put my car on his tow and drove off. He met me at the repair shop. Such a nice guy and will definitely be working with him again if I ever need a tow. read more

Let me start by saying Anthony truly was a life saver! I appreciated how prompt and reliable he was. I got into a small accident one night recently around 10pm. After 30+ calls to roadside assistance through my insurance, and no luck or help sadly, I looked for my own tow because my car was not driveable. I came across Inexpensive Towing around 1 am. I called to ask for a quote, and at the time there was actually men circling my broken down car so I was more frustrated then ever that my insurance hadn't gotten a tow to me yet. I was even calling the company myself because they had gave me the name. I truly can't believe how Unprofessional That tow person Was to the point that they repeatedly rejected mine and Mercurys calls then shut their phone off completly! I had let anthony know if I truly needed to pay out of pocket I would call him back, he was sooo kind enough to say if I needed to call him back to stay on the phone until police arrived because of the men circling, that it was ok with him. I honestly appreciated that so so much! Long story short, maybe around 2:39 I called back and asked him to come. At the time he was off the 60fwy in chino and told me it would be about 20-30mins I believe. He actually got to me off the 10 fwy, near fairplex in Pomona, in about 15mins. He kept me updated on his ETA and location a few times which to me I was just happy waiting for him to arrive because that was the kind of care and professionalism I expected from my insurance! And let me say I live in Colton so it was a good 30mins drive home. Finally got home around 4am thanks to Anthony from Inexpensive Towing. I couldn't believe the night I endured. I highly recommend this company for any type of vehicle hauling. Anthony gave me a great price and took excellent care of my 1966 Mustang. He is very professional, courteous, and has the right equipment to safely move any vehicle, even an old classic car like mine. It was by far the best experience I have had with road side services. It was about 11pm and I had to get off the freeway in a very sketchy area because I had a flat tire. I had my old 4-runner towed to San Bernardino (over 35 miles) and scheduled it for this morning between 7am - 9am. I Spoke with Anthony about this last Thursday and he was very professional and polite. I contacted three other towing company's and his was the least expensive (by a few dollars). This morning Anthony reached out to me to confirm (via text) our appointment. He was about 20 minutes late (due to unforeseen circumstance). What I really liked was the fact that I didn't have to call him to ask him where he was.
