I got a flat on my rear tire while riding my motorcycle. Thankfully I was safely able to exit the freeway without incident. I called a few tow companies, and there was something about Anthony that came across as very genuine. Just like the other positive reviews, he is very professional and also has a reasonable rate. He towed my bike from Pomona to Fullerton smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Needed to have my sons ford ranger towed so I went on yelp and found this awesome company. Anthony was the most professional , polite and prompt tow truck driver I've ever had the privilege of being towed by. And I've had lots of crappy cars in my day and wore out my Aaa card. My husband called late Saturday night to tow his non opperatable project car to our new house. Anthony came faster then the 45 minutes he estimated for his arrival which was awesome. He was so friendly, and had our car loaded up in minutes! Since my husbands car had a couple flats it was hard to get off the bed but Anthony handled it so professionally and got it off pretty fast as well. I decided to give Inexpensive Towing my business because Anthony is a stand-up guy and was willing to work around my schedule and had great communication. I needed to tow my project car, and wasn't willing to take a chance with just any towing company that AAA would've sent. 6June2015- Had an issue that actually required me to call in for a Tow! Anthony from Inexpensive Towing was available right away! Unfortunately, my tow was gonna be for more than 30 miles... But Anthony gave a flat rate deal I couldn't refuse and far better than those other guys! When he arrived, he showed up with a flatbed that was "lowered car" friendly!!! A big plus, considering my vehicle was on air suspension and up as high as it could go. Anthony is professional and considerate. Also, he supports our troops and service members! I will never hire them for any property I manage. They towed my brand new work vehicle from in front of my home. I watched them load it correctly using a dolly because the emergency brake was engaged. But when I arrived at their yard, I saw them remove the dolly and drag the vehicle with the emergency brake still engaged, forcing it across the lot. This careless handling caused multiple faults in the vehicle's computer system, which now requires professional diagnostics and repairs. Their drivers are extremely unprofessional. Instead of answering simple questions, one of them chose to use profanity and disrespectful language, which I have recorded. No customer should ever be spoken to like that, especially by someone representing a business. The office staff was no better. The woman behind the counter gave me a form to fill out, and the moment I completed it, she closed the window, shut the door, refused to give her name, and stopped responding. She also refused to show a business license, which any legitimate business should have visible or available upon request. That alone raises serious concerns about how this company operates and whether they are even compliant with city requirements. Because of their negligence, unprofessional behavior, and refusal to take responsibility, I am filing a police report and will be pursuing legal action for the damages and the time they cost me. As a property manager, I strongly advise HOAs, apartment communities, commercial centers, and property owners to stay far away from this company. Their behavior creates unnecessary liability, angry residents, and potential legal issues. There are plenty of towing companies that operate professionally, this is not one of them.

I started bringing my vehicle here with no issues just regular maintenance oil changes over the last couple of years. A few months ago, my car was making a weird sound, and was informed it was the left wheel bearing (had to be replaced) including all my brakes as well as a cracked water pump. Fortunately, the water pump was still under warranty through the dealership - Hector did call & find that out for me. I decided to wait on the brakes and get the water pump repaired first. Upon inspection at the dealership, my brakes were still good and nothing was wrong with the left wheel bearing. The noise from my engine was the differential (also covered by warranty). Now, fast forward to recently... my battery is dead! I had purchased the previous battery from Chino Auto last year & it was under warranty. Called Hector, he said to bring in the old battery and he would get a new replacement for me. Took the replacement to another mechanic & he advised me that battery was in fact the wrong size for my vehicle!!! This mechanic said it was " forcibly made to fit" when Chino Auto put it in last year. Yes, I am done with Chino Auto. I was dishonestly advised all brakes needed replacing and now a wrong sized battery?! Be advised, it's best to shop around - just because a person seems nice, they can sometimes fool good customers.

Excellent service! I'm an auto claim adjuster for one of the biggest insurance companies in the US and have worked with a looot of tow companies. This one is exceptional. I was overseeing a claim for an accident that had JUST happened, and my poor customer was stranded out on the accident scene and flustered at the very end of a long hard day. After having already contacted a few other tow comps who couldn't help us at the 11th hour timing, I found "Inexpensive Towing" on yelp. Anthony didn't hesitate to pick up the mantle. He was completely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Once they arrived at the bodyshop, Anthony went absolutely above-and-beyond the call of duty and ultimately helped us avoid hundreds of extra dollars in potential impound yard fees and headaches getting the vehicle where it needed to be.He then gave my customer a ride to their home as they were in a pinch. To top everything, the price he charged for his services was insanely low! Anthony, owner of Inexpensive Towing, was a godsend. I had used my 4 free tows from Expensive Tow, AKA Triple-A, and would have to pay $60 for them to come out and tow me to a tire shop. I teach English but know zero about cars, and l had a flat. I wouldn't have known how to change the tire had l had a spare--but the point was moot, as my donut tire went flat, so l was in a pickle. I looked up tow shops and saw Inexpensive Towing--and figured maybe they were. I called and when Anthony answered, l told him my problem. He came immediately, took off the injured tire and took me to a tire shop. He was quite pleasant, and generous, saying he would install the tire free--which he did. His tow price was less than Expensive Tow's for doing a lot more! I highly recommend Anthony for towing and related services--as a couple of weeks later, he quickly came out and opened my car when l locked the keys inside--and charged me next to nothing! read more

Anthony, Kenneth, and Inexpensive Towing are a class act. The service is timely, professional, and reasonably priced. Their equipment is clean, and in excellent condition. I asked if they would be available to assist with a return tow to a shop to have my car repaired; Anthony not only said he would be available, but since it may be a bit more pricey to use his service due to the distance, he graciously recommended another tow service as well as provided me with options that may cut costs a great deal. This to me is a sign of integrity. By far the quickest service I have ever dealt with! Going home after a 10 hour shift I blew out a tire in the freeway and I did not have a spare. I gave Anthony a call he asked me a few questions gave me an estimate and in less than 30 minutes he arrived. Other places I had called were overpriced and had to wait for an hour to an hour and a half for a driver to arrive. I am very impressed with the service provided. He's easy to talk to and very professional and also treated my 130,000 mile pos as if it was a ferarri. If you're ever stuck between a rock and hard place give him a call you won't be disappointed. Arrived in about 20 mins and kept me informed of arrival time thru his GPS. Used his battery tester and diagnosis the problem on the spot. Shorted cell. Had to have 2 tows in one week. Anthony was dispatched for the first one through my insurance and was very professional, kept me notified of his ETA and handled the situation like a champ. When I needed another tow, I didn't want to wait hours for the insurance to find me someone, I took out his card and set it up. Anthony was amazing. No one else wanted to come out to my location and tow my car because it's lowered. And the people that did want to come out were being unreasonable with the pricing because it required a flat bed. He drove out of his way about 45 minutes to come pick me up. His pricing was reasonable considering the distance he had to drive. I was all around satisfied with the way he handled my car. Needed a tow to move my '64 Nova from my old residence to my new residence. After an infuriating experience with AAA, who said they don't "relocate" vehicles, I came to trusty Yelp.
