Unfortunately, lately I've been having some car troubles and every time I call, Inexpensive Towing, Anthony is so efficient, understanding and affordable. My first experience with Inexpensive Towing was a couple weeks ago when I hit debris on the freeway and popped 2 tires and messed up my alignment. I waited 3 hours on the side of the freeway with my 2 year old because the towing company my insurance was contracted with took forever, not to mention they were rude. I found myself needing another tow the next day to the tire shop, after my first encounter with my insurance's towing companies, I was so frustrated I googled companies near me and found Inexpensive Towing. Anthony showed up in 15 minutes, was so kind with great customer service and towed my car for a super affordable rate. Last week, I had to call Inexpensive Towing again, sadly. My car wouldn't start and I was again stranded but this time at Costco. I called Anthony, and he was honest saying it could take him a couple hours so I decided to go shop while I waited. Not only did it take Anthony less than an hour to get to me, he offered to run Diagnostic tests to make sure my battery wouldn't leave me stranded. Again, it was so affordable and easy. It's really hard to ever be happy with your car getting towed, but Anthony made the experience as painless as possible. My car was left about 5 miles away from my home, and he was able to get it back to my place within about an hour. Dude was chill and professional. We had car problems driving to Rancho Cucamonga and made a stop in Ontario, that is an hr 30 from my home city, almost 60 miles. My husband called AAA but we had used up our towing miles and suggested a towing company who we called and for 60 miles were asking $365. If I hadn't suggested to call a couple towing places for pricing we would of paid just that. Inexpensive towing was significant in price. I'd say half of 365!! For 60 miles? It felt good knowing I was saving so much for the same service plus we needed a crew cab for myself, husband and two daughters. From the beginning he was courteous very nice guy. Most people do not have positive associations with tow truck companies. I think I was one of those people before. But yesterday I had the great fortune of meeting Anthony of Inexpensive Towing. Anthony helped me deal with a sensitive repossession of my own car from an auto shop that had run off the rails with my car. Anthony showed up on time and was extremely patient as we dealt with stubborn shop people who did not want to let me car leave the shop. During the entire ordeal, I felt great that Anthony had my back. As an additional note: Anthony clearly has abundant experience with high-end sports cars that are low to the ground and which require extra care to not damage. Got a tow from Anthony, he was a great person to deal with. I have a lowered vehicle that had a seized transmission that needed to be towed, first I called AAA and they sent a tow truck from Martinez Towing and the driver said they couldn't tow it. I usually don't write reviews but when I do its for Anthony. All jokes aside, my wife and I were on a road trip from norcal and our car happen to breakdown after lunch break on July 4th. We tried calling multiple companies but nobody answered. My wife dialed "Inexpensive Towing" Anthony picked up and agreed to tow our car for us. Long story short, Anthony jumped started my car and I drove to walmart which was open 24hrs and we got a new battery and fixed my car (thank god that was the problem.) I initially contacted Inexpensive Towing to have my car towed because it wouldn't start, the tow truck got there at the time that told me they would be there, the tow driver asked me what was wrong so I told him and he then mentioned about mechanic service that they also provide I decided to give them a shot and I don't regret it!
