This review is long overdue.. Our two boys have been going to Infant 2 Kinder since they were little babies they are both now 2&3. We wholeheartedly recommend I2K to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their child. Mayra, Toni & Thalia are fantastic, combining professionalism, experience and genuine care for each child's well being. They provide delicious breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I love all the projects they bring home, almost on a regular basis and most of all the pictures I receive through out the day it makes my heart feel at ease. Overall our boys have blossomed at I2K, learning essential skills and cultivating positive behaviors that will serve them in kinder and beyond. This is my child's first daycare and she has been there now for a little over 7 months. My daughter loves all the staff there and has made really good friends. One of my favorite things about this daycare is how education based they are. My daughter has learned so much in the little time she has been there. My son has been coming to this day care for about 2 months now, and I love it! He always is happy when im bringing him here, running up to the door all on his own. After 2 1/2 years of my son being schooled and cared for here, it's hard to say goodbye to the wonderful and loving teachers who have taught my son so much; numbers, alphabet, site words, addition, subtraction, as well as numbers, colors, shapes and the alphabet in Spanish! Yes, they even started the basics in Spanish preparing him for his spanish-emersion elementary school! He began just before his 3rd birthday and they had him completely potty trained within a week. Besides learning, they also opened his creative side through arts and crafts and various projects and homework assignments. But above all, these two teachers have loved my son as theirs. As a new, working mom, I was very nervous about enrolling my 3 month old baby in daycare. I was referred to Infant 2 Kinder by my sister, so I already knew they were a trusted childcare facility, but they have truly exceeded all expectations and I drop my daughter off everyday knowing that she will be loved and well taken care of. The three ladies (Mayra, Toni, and Thalia) have such a warm, kind and friendly spirit and welcome my daughter every morning like she's part of their family. I love that it is a home-based daycare and more intimate than other facilities. They are very clean, and provide individual changing stations for each baby that requires one. I greatly appreciate how they text me pictures of my daughter during the day, and always notify me when she is running low on supplies. I love all of the festive crafts my daughter brings home and that they adjust the activity to include kids of all ages. It comes with the territory of any type of childcare that there will be an increased risk to illness, however, these matters have always been addressed promptly and with utmost care. These women put their heart into their family business, and the genuine love for what they do is apparent on a daily basis. Our son has been going to Infant 2 Kinder for 4 months now after being home with his Nana for his first 13 months. They were so great helping him transition to a new environment and now most mornings when he is dropped off he is smiling and has hugs ready to give! Infan2kinder is amazing! My twins have been going here for the pass 2summer and will be a attending this summer as well. Toni and Myrah are amazing! They work with you to accommodate any needs you have for your children. They also provide breakfast , lunch and snacks. This is a huge deal for us, as both my husband and I work and not having to worry about what my girls will be eating for the day is a really big help. They have a board stating what meals they had for the day also so you know. and the tuition/ pricing is very reasonable. It's hard to find great care for your kids without it costing and arm and a leg. I am so happy we found them! Best licensed home daycare! I2K is the best thing that ever happened to my family. After years of switching daycares and childcare centers with my oldest child, we found I2K to care for our 2nd & 3rd children. They have provided my little ones with exceptional child care and preschool education. I2K providers are patient, caring, structured, consistent, and fun! They even patiently potty-trained my stubborn 3yr old (at the time). Both of my little ones are learning their letters and numbers in English and Spanish. They are also avid readers (or try their best to be) for their age (2 & 5)! Lol My kids are regularly doing music, art, math,, reading, yoga, dress-up, outdoors activities, birthday/holiday celebrations etc!!! We love everything about this daycare! It's just like a preschool. My son has learned in Spanish and English the abcs, numbers, shapes, months, days, and gotten potty trained by these wonderful ladies! They are so loving towards my son and he looks forward to go learn and play every day! Their rates are very reasonable for the area. They keep it super clean and vary the activities regularly. I cant say enough about this place! Toni and Mayra are amazing with my 1 & a half year old son. Everyday he comes home with new words and a great attitude. The best part of my day is when my son runs to my arms after being there. But what makes my day is watching him and his friends all say bye give hugs and show that they are learning and growing together. He knows abc's his numbers to 10 and almost all of his months. The kindest teachers ever! This place is a gem. My 3 year old loved to go here for 9 months and we were sad to leave because of relocation. She would come home bubbling happy stories and I could see she was well cared for. Also, I would get occasional photos from her daily activities there and communication was easy. Infant2kinder is an amazing childcare/preschool they deserve more then 5 stars Toni and Mayra are amazing ladies / teachers that go above and beyond for this kids to learn and get ready for when they go to kindergarten. My son is 3 years old loves to go to school and has learned a lot and from ABc, numbers , months , sight words, shapes, math ect .and not to mention they also potty trained him in just 1 week me and my husband were excited. I've tried myself to potty train him I did all methods and he just didn't seem interested. These ladies for sure have the magic to potty train. I'm happy that choose I2K for my son to go to. At first my son was with a family member who had their own home daycare. But then they decided to retire. I understood why, I was still devastated and worried I wasn't going to find someone who cared or who we felt safe and comfortable with and in such short notice. It was already June and most centers I called were already filled and only had waiting list. Even though I felt pressed for time. I feel like Infant 2 Kinder was such a blessing in disguise. I was able to make 1 visit before choosing this child care home. I appreciated seeing how organized, clean the home was. I was happy they had a safe backyard and ample space for the children to play on nice sunny days. I really appreciate the time they take to send photos of my son doing activities or sending me a photo of him just because I asked. They are clear and understanding if you need some accommodations. I appreciate the flexible payment options from 2 weeks or monthly payments. My son adjusted in about a week which is typical. For me, I was just more sad because I couldn't stay with him, but he was always happy when I would pick him up. Mornings tend to tough no matter what but who wants to get out of your comfy bed and go into the cold!? Nobody. Mayra, Toni, Thalia and mom are always welcoming to the children. Thankful that they still carry my big (almost two years old) baby when he arrives in the mornings to help him transition. I appreciate the daily activities they do because my son comes home singing the alphabets, numbers, and many other songs during our drive home. Lots of sensory and interactive play, and celebrating holidays and cultures helps promote social skills and social awareness and as well independent skills. Helping with transitions from bottle to sippy cup to potty training. All these skills help when he's at home. I can't thank them all enough for keeping my baby safe, loved, and cared for while I am at work and appreciate the learning environment they create for him. Our son has been attending this daycare for five months and we could not be any happier. The place is run in a professional way and both of the teachers are qualified pre school teachers! My son is learning so fast all the letters and numbers and is always happy to go to daycare. They do arts and crafts and music and movement and much more. By far the best daycare for me personally, Toni and Mayra do such an amazing job at teaching the kids the basics in a fun way. I'm amazed at how much my kids have learned already in such a short period of time. It's comforting to know that they follow a curriculum based on age and to actually see the results. In about 3 months, my kids have learned the alphabet, counting and colors in English and Spanish as well as identifying shapes, months of the year and days of the week. Infant 2 Kinder Child Care has exceeded my expectations. My twins have been with Mayra and Toni since they were 3 months old. At only a year and half they taught them how count in Spanish and English up to 10. They have started potty training and over all have taught them manners. This isn't your average "Business" daycare/pre-school. Mayra and Toni treat all the children like if they were their own. As I was transitioning into a full time job. I needed to find a reasonable priced Day Care for my son. I started to look through yelp when I came across Infant 2 kinder child care. I requested a quote and went to look at the location with my Fiancé and We opted it was a good place for him to start and reasonably priced. As our son started at age 2 1/2 he was very shy and used a few words here and there and was using diaper. Within a couple months of starting we started noticing his communication was evolving. Using full sentences, and started singing . Now our son has been attending this day care for almost a year and has become fully potty trained and has become a smart little boy. He is already fully knowledgeable of his colors, shapes, ABC's, numbers, months and days of the week in English and in Spanish. He is also starting to trace out his name. I cannot complain about these Wonderful ladies , who are great teachers, and people. We are so happy to have found them and have them involved in our child's day to day life.
