Tommy did an amazing job with the audio install, it is a very clean and professional installation and tuning. The only 2 issues I encountered out of the whole process was that my vehicle was accidentally left outside with the sunroof open and an unexpected rain cloud decided to open up right over the area and my seats, headliner and interior got wet. Second issue and I'm not 100% sure it is related to the audio upgrade is that my android auto connection is extremely finicky when trying to connect with the USB C cord. It was working perfectly fine when I dropped my vehicle off, and after picking up it has been having that corded connection issue, I do know that android auto did have an update while my vehicle was there being worked on so I am unsure of the cause of this issue, could be an issue with the update.They were very upfront and honest when I came to pick up my vehicle and immediately informed me of the rain situation, and gave me an apology and an explanation of how it happened. I informed them I was unhappy about this and also that my android auto connection was unstable and they offered to send a technician to my home which is over an hour away, I am very impressed with their dedication to their customers at this point. I ended up driving my vehicle back up there the next day because I had nothing going on and they tried to figure out my connection issue which I believe is actually possibly a software issue with android specifically because apple car play works correctly when plugged in. They also offered to give me some apparel and shipped me out a set of weather tech window deflectors free of charge as an apology for my car getting wet inside. Overall I am happy with my stereo and tires. Of course I am disappointed about the rain getting inside my vehicle, however this is life and accidents happen. I would not hesitate to bring them my vehicle for any future upgrades based on the phenomenal quality of the work their installer Tommy did on my audio upgrade. I have been questioning if i should mention the incident with the water but I feel if I'm going to leave a review a full honest and open review with full disclosure is what everyone deserves, and again I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future. The only thing I could wish they offered was maybe have a professional detail done to make sure my interior was completely dry and no risk of any mold in the future, but I am confident if I would have asked them they would have done this for me. I will update this review if anything changes.

Intrigued, I called and spoke to Robert personally about repairing the original Delco 2700 series AM/FM cassette unit on my '82 Oldsmobile that had never worked since I've owned the car about 15 years. I wanted it back to full it's full functionality. After speaking with him on the phone I was confident he was the right person for the job. His knowledge and attention to detail was evident. Not only can he fix it but he can do one better. I had been putting this off for years because I didn't know who I could trust to do it right, and I wasn't about to send my original 44 year old stereo to just anyone. Choosing Robert was the right call. I opted for his additional services to improve sound quality and also add an aux input cable to be able to play any music from my iPhone as well. What I like is that it runs out of an existing hole in the back of the unit and no external modifications are made for a completely original look. I can tuck the cable under the dash and you would never know. Stereo retains full normal functionality when device is not connected. He also touched up the chrome outlines as I requested. Being able to hear clear music though my car's own speakers for the first time brought a big smile to my face and has greatly enhanced my driving pleasure. While getting my stereo fixed on my VW I perchance had a discussion with Robert about my car's issues. He wanted to try to figure out the problems. Well it took several weeks getting used parts and hours of Robert's time digging deep into my car's electrical systems. He found all my issues and fixed them. My camera now works with- 3 PDC sensors and a Parking module, my proximity sensors work, and my push button start is doing what it should. Thank you Robert for all your hard work and due dilligence.
