I would like to say big thank you to Natalia, who did my eyebrows microblading in the middle of March. It took me a long time to find a right place and Natalia was recommended by several people. I remember how nervous I was before the treatment and it honestly took me about 3 years to finally get the treatment. This is why I would like to share my experience because I'm sure I am not the only one for whom it's hard to decide. Firstly, I want to say it was easy to schedule the appointment for consultation and , yes, it costs money but this treatment is something you don't want to be cheap about as it is your face and it'll change your daily routine and even self-esteem as in my case. Secondly, the salon is gorgeous located in the heart of SF,so you get both great service and esthetic pleasure. I decided to trust Natalia with the color but we did discuss it and worked on the shape. I'm very happy with the result already even though we haven't done the touch up yet. And I'll definitely share the pictures of before and after. My biggest argument to get eyebrow microblading is that it saves you time. Every morning I wake up and my face already looks good as beautiful full eyebrows define the face. Also now after I clean my face and apply tinted sunscreen I often don't use any make up and the most important part that they made me much more confident about my own looks. So if you are thinking about it - do it ! :) One tip about the color after the treatment they look quite darker than they will look after they heal and peal. I wanted a nice brown color to match my hair color and I think Natalia did awesome job. And another important fact that after I did the treatment I was able to come back to work the same day and I looked good already , so don't think that once you do the treatment you need to take time off work to not look weird. I did a lot of research before booking eyeliner permanent makeup at Infinite Beauty. Natalia was welcoming and explained the procedure before we started. She used a pencil to design the upper lid eyeliner and allowed me to comment before she ever started the procedure. Unfortunately, I didn't ask her about colored ink prior to my appointment -- I wanted navy and she only had teal from a previous customer but was willing to go along with my wish to try it. The initial session was about 90 minutes -- she uses numbing cream, which helps. She did an amazing job and it healed nicely with careful maintenance on my part. I went back about 2 months later, this time with blue ink I had purchased myself and asked her to do more of a cat eye. I was really pleased with the first run but felt that I would like it even better with the color I wanted and a more dramatic look -- and I was right! Natalia is truly an artist and I am so thrilled with not having to do any eye makeup daily. If you're on the fence, I would urge you to do it! It really is a treat for yourself. I've been seeing Natalia for over a year now. I don't see her on a weekly or even monthly basis, but she always remembers me and she has always done the same service every time and she does it professionally and very well. She is super gentle, makes you feel super comfortable and has a great sense of humor (which I think is a must when you're going for the bikini area). First off let me start by saying that I am a perfectionist. I researched so many different permanent makeup artists and I finally went with Natalia because of her reviews. Best decision ever! They are 100% accurate. This is one tattoo that you will never regret. I went in for permanent eyebrow makeup about a year and a half ago. The Process: Making the appointment with Natalia was easy as she returned my phone call the same day. When I arrived for my appointment, the place looked clean and professional. I arrived with my eyebrows drawn in as I would have liked them so she could see the shape and color I wanted. She removed the makeup placed some numbing cream on my eyebrows and let it rest for several minutes. When we went into the room, she meticulously drew out my eyebrows with pencil first leaving them still looking natural. She is just as a perfectionist as I am! She even let me draw in my eyebrows a little bit more as I liked them just a little thicker although she advised against the shape because they didn't look so natural. I took her advice (great advice btw) and she noted you can always add more on later with makeup for a more intense look but you can't take it back. This process took a while as I wanted them to be perfect. I asked questions throughout the entire process and she was extremely kind and patient with me. When the tattooing started I didn't feel a thing. I started to dose off actually. She tattoos with a special technique that makes the tattoo appear like real hair. When we were done she looked at my eyebrows carefully, fixed a few spots, had me check them, fixed a little more, looked at them again, fixed a little more, she left them absolutely perfect! For the follow up appointment, which is meant to be much quicker, I asked her to add to the shape little more (this was just my paranoid mind they were perfect). This was the only time I saw her a little annoyed with me as she explained the second appointment is just for a touch up not to reshape. I understood, shes busy and that's what the first appointment is for. MAKE SURE THEY ARE YOUR IDEAL SHAPE IN APPOINTMENT 1! Also, please note that tattooing the second time hurts much more! I have a bunch of tattoos and this was definitely painful even after all the numbing cream. The Aftermath: My eyebrows for about a week after were very dark and puffy. It is important to keep them covered in ointment, as awkward as you may feel in public, the reward will last you a long time! It helped to wear more makeup than usual during this time on the rest of my face to make my intense eyebrows a little less noticeable. Now: They are still beautiful! They have faded a bit but only recently have I been having to fill them in a little more. This changed my life! I had super light eyebrows and dark hair that I had to wear makeup all the time! It's amazing to be able to jump in a pool and feel confident when you jump back out. Definitely got rid of an insecurity of mine. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time! People ask me how I get them so perfect every time. They look so natural they don't even look like tattooed! When I tell my friends they are permanent makeup, they aw in amazement on how great they look and can't believe they're tattooed! Price: WORTH IT. Seriously, this is permanent on your face, don't look for something cheap by any tattoo artist. I was only going to settle for the best and I'm so happy I chose Natalia. Natalia is fantastic. I have been going to her to get my eyebrows shaped for over a year now. Wow, how time flies. She is very sweet and really takes the time to get to know you and what you're looking for. I have the kind of unruly eyebrows that hedge trimmers probably work best on, but Natalia manages them amazingly well. She is professional, quick and very attentive. She also gives added bonus tips on how to maintain your skin. My eyebrows look great, they are now easy to maintain and she does a great job on them on a monthly basis. She's also very good about rescheduling appointments and takes the time to text you if there's an opening you might be interested in if you are waiting on her because she is booked. Her services are on the pricier side but given the union square convenience (which I'm sure does not come with cheap rent for her), it is well worth it. So Very Happy I went to see Natalia for my PMU Smokey/Stardust Eyeliner procedure. The studio was Christmas cheery, bright and especially clean. Natalia took her time to listen to my wants and worked with me to chose the right style. I was hesitant to go very dramatic, we went subtle but noticeable . Need brows? Ask for Natalia! For years I have considered permanent makeup to enhance my over plucked brows. The thought of having permanent tattoos on my face kept me from taking the next step. Year after year I drew my brows on my head, never got them even, and usually by midday they melted off or worse, just one was gone. Finally I'd had enough and took the plunge. A tattoo artist in town came highly recommended by several friends. BIG mistake! A tattoo artist is not a make-up artist. I asked for light brows matching more of the darker tones in my blonde hair. What I got were too high, uneven, orange brows.., neon orange! After a good cry I hit the phone to interviews several licensed make-up artists in the city to discuss my options. All were very kind and offered great options and advice but...I just didn't felt right about committing until I spoke with Natalia. There something about Natalia and I now know why she holds a five star record. She is patient, kind, compassionate, and a gifted make-up artist. Natalia took the time to evenly draw my brows to compliment my face and welcomed suggestions for questions or changes. After my procedure I must say, it was a bit disturbing to see my brows so wide, shiny and black but Natalia assured me that the color would lighten to match my hair and skin tones and the thickness of my brows would thin once my swelling went down. I was playing with the thought of getting a permanent eyeliner for a while and after long online research, I found Natalia's studio. It seemed very appealing and trustworthy to me, I knew somehow, "this is my girl". I didn't hesitate long and soon had my appointment. I would lie if I"d say that I wasn't nervous, this is finally a needle with an ink so close to my eye, but Natalia's honest, confident and professional explanation about the procedure, pain level, risks, etc let me feel very secure. We discussed my desired final look and she started to draw the draft of the eyeliner I wanted. She is almost religiously careful with cleanliness to avoid any risk of infection. After the numbing cream was set, the procedure begun. I cannot say it was painful, more like scratching the skin with the pen that needs reshaping, but it was not so bad at all. She was really gentle. After about an hour and half, she gave me a mirror and I was absolutely stunned. The precision and the artistry were beyond my expectation, it was just amazing. I left her beautiful, very tasteful studio very happy, with an after care kit and additional instruction for the next few days. The swelling on the next day was minimal and disappeared on 2 day. Natalia is a very nice, pleasant person, warm and carrying, she is not pushy at all, doesn't try to "sell" you any of her products and services. There are a lot of studios out there offering similar services, but I know that not everyone who learnt this "craft" in the beauty industry is an artist. She absolutely is one.
