This review is long overdue. Natalia did an amazing job microblading and shading my eyebrows. I had a consultation with someone else prior to seeing her, and was told my eyebrows could not be touched up or redone until the existing (old) tattoo was removed. I realized that my above review was a little too brief to explain why Natalia is a 5 consistently. Natalia puts you to ease when you are getting your bodily hair removed from your body. As we all know this can be a bit of an embarrassing experience (only if you are shy) and I'm sure most people have had those time when they've been to an esthetician to get your brows done, lip etc and have been chastised for one reason or another... mine has been for over thinning my brows.. which happens when I wait too long between waxing sessions and get impatient (leading to over plucking or plucking in the wrong area.) That's where Natalia comes in to save the day! She makes sure your brows look natural and full and also has gives amazing facials. My skin looks so much better since I've been with her. Since l've moved cities it has been hard to replace her. My skin isn't quite as radiant. I will definitely be booking an appt next time I'm in SF to see Natalia. Natalia is a combination of skilled professional and artist. There is an artistry to getting permanent make up color right and you won't find this with all permanent makeup practioners. Natalia takes the time to analyze the look you are striving for. She is meticulous in her application and excellent with judging how to mix the pigments to factor in the tones already in your skin. Her pricing is good and the procedures include a touch up a month or so after the initial application so that anything that might not have taken the pigment well can be fixed. I elected to try the microblading option for brows. Although it sounds awful, in reality this just means that the pigment is placed in a shape that mimics brow hairs. So instead of just a powdered or penciled look, your new brows are made from 'brow hairs' . Little hair shaped lines. I had permanent makeup for brows and eyeliner 20 years ago and although i was pleased with those results, i have to admit this new microblading technique is exceptionally natural looking. Natalia is a perfectionist and wants any of her clients to demonstrate that perfection. I had brows and eyeliner done and could not be more pleased with the results. I love my experience with micro-needling at Infinite Beauty with Natalia. She is a real beauty professional. After a few procedures my skin (face, decollete and hands) looks fresher and younger, and sports of pigmentation have been dramatically reduced. The procedures were performed with local anesthesia so basically I did not have any pain. One drawback of the procedure is that your skin gets reddish and then peels off during 2-3 days so you need to consider that making an appointment. It might better to be done right before your couple days off. Natalia was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs. Her workplace is clean and comfortable. Microblading is the best beauty invention ever! I love love love my new microbladed eyebrows! I wish I had done them sooner so I didn't have to suffer for as long as I did! Microblading Process: I scheduled a consultation with Natalia a few months before getting the procedure. There she looked at my brows, drew out what the ideal shape, and explained the entire process. I was still a little nervous but decided I just HAD to do it. First Session: During my first session, we spent some time drawing out the shape again, discussing the arch I wanted, the color, etc. Then Natalia put tiny (and I mean REALLY tiny) cuts in my eyebrows to apply the numbing cream. After the cream kicked in, I barely felt anything so Natalia was free to work her magic!!. I felt the pressure of the tools she used but no pain whatsoever. After about 30-45 minutes, she handed me the mirror and he me take a look. I was floored! We had to do a little adjusting but then they were perfect. - So by adjusting, I mean there was a "hair" or two that was a little out of order. She was able to remove the ink so no color was left behind. Just a tiny scab that healed after a couple days. The good news is this is super easy to do so don't worry...if you don't like it, she can fix it right then and there. Healing Process: The healing process was so nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews I've read on blogs. Yes there was some scabbing but it was no big deal. After a few days of healing, it just looked like dry skin. I read some people wore huge sunglasses to cover up their brows...I felt that was totally unnecessary. I know some people heal differently but for me, I was totally ok to go in public and even to work. The only annoying part is not being able to get your brows wet. So I had to be creative when showering and washing my face. For my hair, I got a few blowouts so I didn't have to deal with covering my brows. Second Session: After 6 weeks, I went back for my second session. There were a few gaps that became more evident as time went on. During my second session, Natalia filled them in easily. The second session was much faster as there was far less to do. 2 months later: I'm SO happy!! The color was very dark at first but it has faded to a natural color. I no longer have to worry about wiping my brows off at the gym or having patchy uneven brows at the beach! If you're thinking about doing it, stop thinking and JUST GO DO IT! You won't be sorry! I went to Natalia on the recommendation of a friend and am beyond grateful that I did. Natalia is an excellent aesthetician and is knowledgeable, and easygoing. I went for a brazilian...my first ever and after sweating the process all day in anticipation of this momentous occasion i had a wonderful experience despite the circumstances. I made my appointment through text message but it can also be done by phone.(text is a bit odd but convienent especially if you are in a drop dead quiet office making your appointment and dont care to let your coworkers know about your afternoon plans to get your hoohaa beautified) I let her know that i was a rookie to this process and she quickly let me know some of the basics: 1. at least two weeks since last shaved 2. least painful time to get waxed is during the first 3 weeks after your monthly visit 3 . take some advil at least an hour prior to help reduce the amount of discomfort I follow the basics and get to the office and immediate change into a little cotton skirt like wrap from the waist down and she walks me through the process and proceeds to work her magic. During the entire time she is explaining what she is doing, explains the after waxing process (rookies: yes there is a process nothing too burdensome just some things to keep in mind) and also holding a conversation with me to help keep my mind off of the potential pain..which I have to say is slim to none (lord knows i was expecting fire and brimstone type pain) She is quick and thorough! I definately plan to continue going to Natalia for my waxing needs and recommend that anyone else that is considering their first or just needs to find a perfectionist in the craft see her too. read more

Hands down I love this place. The shop is located in a great area in San Fran. If you find yourself showing up early for an appointment you can easily just run around and check out the neighboring designer/luxury shops. As far as the service, it couldn't be better. The women in the shop are always smiling and always friendly.
