Infinite Frontiers Collectibles - Few comics I picked up - Comic Books Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

So much great stuff! Great employees too! All the geeky, nerdy, dorky fun items in one store! And better prices and quality of items than I have seen anywhere else. Dan loves to chat up folks about things, and makes everyone feel welcome. So many places I have gone to if you are not in the store owner's circle of friends, you aren't worth their time. But Dan likes to geek out on stuff as much or even more than the customers. Some folks have said this is disorganized, but I honestly like that. I have found so many random treasures just browsing. I guess if you are in a hurry or hunting for something specific that would be frustrating. But if you ask for something, the staff knows right away if they have it and where it would be. So much nerd fun I have found here. I hope to go back soon. read more

The selection at this store is incredible. Lots of games you won't find anywhere else in the Tri-Cities region. The owner is friendly and helpful. It is a cluttered place but this is due more to the extensive selection than anything else. read more

This store is chaos at first glance, but once you start looking through you'll find that there is a particular organization to it. Can't find it? Ask! I was able to find a few comics I was searching for, plus the owner offered for me to send him a list of what i need before coming back to town so he can pull those out for me if he has them. Reasonable prices. You can spend hours here either looking through the store, talking to the staff, or playing with Mango, the beautiful dog they have. read more

The sushi was terrible but Dan was a friendly knowledgeable person who could answer all my questions and was supportive of Gamesfest.

If you are looking for wargaming, comics or cards this is the place to go in Tri Cities. Plus, Dan is always very helpful and great to deal with as are the rest of the staff. read more

Dan is great. Always wants to help and get you the products you want. The store does feel like its going to cave in on you at any given moment. But that is due to the fact of the sheer amount of product he has in stock! If you like to go through everything in a store to find something, you could for sure spend an entire month here before you got through it all. Great products. Great service. I'll change my review to 5 stars when they fix THIS HUGE ISSUE. I think they have a great selection of stuff, but what's the point if you can't even move in the store? It's honestly a safety hazard. My bf tripped in the store, and walked into a boxes almost knocking stuff over. You can't really look for anything because they have stuff all over everything. They really should get a bigger place because "cluttered" doesn't do this place justice. It's like walking in on the TLC show Hoardering: Buried Alive. If you don't like small spaces don't go here. The people are really nice, and the stuff is good and affordable, but they need to organize it, and get a bigger place or take stuff out before someone gets seriously hurt. read more

Though the store is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays I actually don't mind too much. My only problem actually is the organization, if it was more organized then it would be an awesome place to go. I get a lot of my D&D minis here, my friends all got their dice from this store. It is a neat little nerd shop, tucked kind of out of view. Which is a shame since I am sure more people would know it existed if it was more visible. If you are a local area nerd, this is the place to go to. Since it is just down the way from where I live it is also a lot more convenient to go to than Adventures Underground is. Not big on AU's selection of RPG stuff, it is rather small. Stopped by here during a visit to the area and was impressed enough to spend close to an hour (maybe more?) browsing the wares. The place reminds me of another store that we have in Lynnwood, WA called Harvy's Bikes. Not because Infinite Frontiers sells bikes as well, but because it's organized much the same, how I imagine a tweaker would organize such a place. Wherever there is room for product, it's there, whether that be comics, graphic novels/trade paperbacks, D&D, Warhammer, Magic, Shadowrun, Star Wars... really kind of overwhelming once you first come into the store, but a blast to dig through. I would describe it as stimuli overload for sure, but that's not a bad thing here. If I'd had more time, I could easily have gawked and browsed for another hour, maybe more. There were several things that impressed me beyond the sheer and overwhelming amount of stuff kept in this place, like stumbling across publishers I wouldn't expect to find in a place like Kennewick: Humanoids, Radical, Avatar... all added to the expected canon under imprints like Marvel, DC, Vertigo, Image, IDW, Dark Horse, etc. A treasure trove of lead minis for D&D and Warhammer, rule books and other compendiums... just awesome. The clincher, though, was the personable nature of the shop owner that chit chatted happily while my friends and I lurked. He was funny and had quite a bit to say, and humored me with a discussion based around Jodorowsky, which I appreciated. I bought a couple new monthlies and will happily return the next time I find myself in the Tri-Cities area for sure. This place is EASY to recommend. read more

Excellent shop, my go to shop for MTG. They have everything you could want, store is absolutely packed with cool stuff. So packed It can be hard to get around if more than 3 people are in the shop, but I see that as a bonus because more stuff. If you need D&D stuff, MTG stuff, anime, manga, collectors figures, comic books, etc they have it. Could not recommend this shop enough. Great prices and excellent selection read more

Like others have noted this is an amazing store that is absolutely jam packed with merchandise. It could easily fill a space twice its size, which is why I am taking one star off. While the staff is amazing and the merchandise is quality there appears to be little organization which makes finding things difficult. I was able to find what I was looking for with the help of the friendly clerk but it would have been better had there been normal displays to sort through. Worth the visit to be sure. This store revitalized the nerd inside me. After living In Yakima for many years I thought comic stores were only for sad people and coin collectors. After coming here and seeing the amazing selection as well as the awesome service it reminded me why I loved the game and comic hobbies I always did. read more

Great service and great items. The problem is this is the most disorganized comic store I have ever been in. I have been collecting for over 30 years and never found it so hard to find anything. I just moved back and visited Infinite Frontiers for the first time in years. Different location, but still jam packed from floor to ceiling with merchandise-good quality merchandise, by the way. Everything is in good shape too; the older items in particular appear well taken care of. The owner is a walking data base, and yet he's still as friendly as ever. (I've been in similar places in other cities where the owners/staff knew their stuff but were irritable, condescending, and acted like you were the reason no one else was in their store). The only complaint I have is that this store causes me to lose all sense of financial self-discipline. read more
